1. Day: Diyarbakir - Skopje - Bitola - Resne - Ohrid
Meeting at the Ajet Airlines counter in the departure terminal of Diyarbakir airport 3 hours before the flight. Departure from Diyarbakir to Skopje directly with Ajet Airlines scheduled flight. After approximately two hours of comfortable travel, we arrive in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. After completing the entry procedures into the country, we will proceed with our specially arranged vehicle for the tour of Resne and Bitola, which are famous for their stunning nature and historical richness. We will head towards Bitola, once one of the most important cultural and commercial centers of the Ottoman Empire. Upon our arrival in Bitola, we will visit the Military High School where the great leader Atatürk studied and the Atatürk Museum from the outside. In this enchanting city, we will also explore historical Ottoman sites such as the Turkish Bazaar, the Bedesten, the Ishak Pasha Mosque, and the New Mosque. While feeling the historical texture of Bitola, you will have the chance to enjoy a pleasant walk in the nostalgic streets of the city. After a short break here, we will continue towards Resne, where we will see the Palace of Resneli Niyazi Bey, an important figure in Balkan history, panoramically. Resne offers a fascinating atmosphere both with its nature and Ottoman traces. After our tour, we will head towards Ohrid. Breathtaking views will accompany us along the way. Upon arriving in Ohrid, we will conduct a tour to explore the historical city of Ohrid, which was one of the significant strongholds of the Ottomans in the Balkans. The places we will see during our tour include: the Statue of Saints Cyril and Methodius, who are believed to have developed the Cyrillic Alphabet in the 9th century, the Church of St. Sophia, and the Roman-era Ancient Theatre. Additionally, we will stroll around the main square of the city, Chinar Square, and have the opportunity to visit the Old Bazaar, which dates back to the Ottoman period. Here you can visit the Halveti Tekke and deeply feel the cultural fabric of the city. Afterward, we will explore the New Bazaar and Ohrid Market, witnessing the daily lives of the local people. Finally, the famous Ohrid Lake and the mesmerizing view of the lake will accompany our tour. After the tour, we will have free time and then transfer to our hotel. Our overnight stay and dinner will be at our hotel. After dinner, you may enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of Ohrid in the night’s silence, take a short walk by the lakeside, or retire to your rooms to rest.

2. Day: Ohrid – Sveti Naum - Tetova (Kalkandelen) – Matka Canyon - Skopje
After our breakfast, we will leave our hotel and set off for Sveti Naum, where the spring of Lake Ohrid and the St. Naum Monastery are located, described as "A Corner of Heaven in the Balkans." Here, you will have the chance to photograph the unique beauty of the natural scenery situated in the heart of nature. During our free time, we will enjoy discovering this historical and natural wonder. After unforgettable moments filled with wonderful photos, we set out to explore the unique nature and cultural treasures of Macedonia. Our first stop will be one of Macedonia’s picturesque towns, Tetova (Kalkandelen). Here we will visit the Alaca Mosque, one of the most colorful and striking mosques in the Balkans, built in the 15th century. The vivid colors and intricate decorations on the exterior of this mosque will truly captivate you. While exploring this exquisite example of Ottoman architecture, we will embark on a journey through the depths of history. After our visit to Tetova, we head towards Matka Canyon, amidst lush green mountains. Are you ready to explore Matka Canyon, located among the enchanting forests and wide pastures of Vodno Mountain? This natural wonder, covering approximately 5,000 hectares, will take you to mystical monasteries dating back to the Middle Ages and serene lake views. While walking on the rugged cliffs, you can observe the region's endemic plant and animal species. Hiking on green trails is the best way to connect with nature for nature lovers. After our Matka Canyon tour, we will continue our journey to Skopje. Upon arrival in Skopje, our first stop will be the Mustafa Pasha Mosque, one of the largest and most magnificent mosques in the city, built in 1492. We will then visit the Murat Pasha Mosque, constructed in the 15th century, which is particularly noted for its carvings and architecture from the Ottoman period. Continuing our tour, we will see Kapan Han and Sulu Han located in the heart of Skopje. These structures are beautiful examples of Ottoman-era inns, which were once important centers where merchants stayed and traded. Next, we will visit the Stone Bridge, which has become a symbol of Skopje, built in the 15th century connecting the banks of the Vardar River. Walking from the Stone Bridge, we will continue our tour by seeing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods along the banks of the Vardar River. During our walk by the river, we pass through Macedonia Square, the largest and most central point in Skopje, surrounded by modern buildings. Here, we will encounter the statue of Alexander the Great and other monuments. After that, we will see the Ottoman Bridge dating back to the 15th century from the outside and visit the Davut Pasha Hamam, feeling the grandeur of the Ottoman era once again. We will continue to explore the city as we head towards Skopje’s Turkish Bazaar. Before reaching the bazaar, we will see the Clock Tower built in the 16th century and one of Skopje’s iconic structures. Here, we will visit the Sultan Murat Mosque and the Isa Bey Mosque, which are significant parts of the Islamic heritage of the city and noted for their architecture. Finally, we will have free time in the Turkish Bazaar. In this bazaar, you can find many products ranging from traditional handicrafts to souvenirs. After spending a pleasant time in the bazaar, we will transfer to Restaurant Gardenia for a Balkan Evening. Afterward, we will be transferred back to our hotel and then retire to our rooms. Overnight stay will be at our hotel in Skopje.

3. Day: Skopje – Pristina – Prizren – Shkodra

After our journey, we will arrive in Pristina, where we will start our panoramic city tour to discover both the modern and historical aspects of Kosovo. During our tour, we will also visit many valuable structures from the Ottoman period. We will see the Fatih Sultan Mehmed Mosque and the 18th-century Yasar Pasha Mosque. During our exploration within the historical heritage of the city, we will have the opportunity to visit the Tomb of Sultan Murad I, who was killed in the Kosovo Plain as a result of the 1389 Battle of Kosovo, commemorating this significant historical event and its place in Ottoman history. After our tour in Pristina, we proceed to Prizren, known as Kosovo’s cultural capital. Upon arrival, we will begin to explore the narrow streets of Prizren, reminiscent of an Anatolian Ottoman city, with its architecture and shop signs filled with Turkish inscriptions. In the city, we will visit one of the most important Ottoman structures, the Sinan Pasha Mosque. Other important Ottoman works to be seen include the Halveti Tekke, Bayraklı Mosque, and Mehmet Pasha Hamam. 5. Day: Medjugorje – Počitelj – Blagaj – Mostar – Sarajevo
After breakfast, we will set off for Sarajevo. Our first stop will be Počitelj, a historical village known as the Turkish Village, where we will see artifacts built during the Ottoman period in the 16th century. After the sightseeing, we will head to Blagaj, where the Buna River, Europe's strongest water source, originates. After a brief free time in this magnificent natural landscape, we will proceed toward Mostar. In Mostar, we will see the Mostar Bridge, built by Mimar Hayreddin in 1557. This bridge, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture, was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992; however, with the significant contributions of the Republic of Turkey, it was reopened in 2004. After visiting the Mostar Bridge, we will visit the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Later, we will head to Sarajevo. Upon arrival, we will embark on a panoramic city tour of Sarajevo, which has been the cultural capital of the Balkans for centuries and made history as the site where Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary was killed by Serbs in 1914, sparking World War I. Sarajevo suffered significant devastation during the wars between Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks in 1992, but it has largely managed to retain its beauty. 6. Day: Sarajevo – Belgrade
After breakfast, we will depart from our hotel and head towards Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, for a pleasant journey. Throughout history, Belgrade has been one of the most important cultural and strategic centers of the Balkans, and today it stands out with its vibrancy, liveliness, and historical texture. Upon our arrival in Belgrade, we will begin a panoramic city tour to discover the full glory of the city. Here, you will feel the historical atmosphere and explore the city’s texture, which brings together its past and present. Then, we will go to one of the most impressive spots in the city, where the Sava River meets the Danube River. Enjoying this unique view will be a great pleasure as this area has been the focal point of many conquests and victories throughout history. As we continue discovering this ancient city, you will encounter the Belgrade Fortress, which was used by the Ottoman Navy as a supply center. While tracing the historical footprints in this fortress, we will see important points like the Fortress Square and Stone Square. During our tour, we will also see the Tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, an important figure in the Ottoman period. During these visits, you will deepen your understanding of Belgrade's rich history and its cultural heritage from the Ottoman period. After our tour, we will head to our hotel. 7. Day: Belgrade - Sremski Karlovci – Novi Sad – Tuzla
After breakfast, our first stop will be Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, the Karlowitz Peace Treaty between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary, Venice, and Poland was signed after negotiations lasting 72 days in 1699. During our visit here, we will see the four-gate building where the treaty was signed, the square, four lion fountains, the historical high school, and the Orthodox and Catholic churches. After a coffee break, we will continue on our way. Along the way, we will see the Belgrade Gate at Petrovaradin Fortress, the Clock Tower, the Upper Town, the Long Barracks, and Leopold Gate. We will then arrive in Novi Sad. Vojvodina, located in northern Serbia, is a multi-ethnic province and the most developed region of Serbia, with Novi Sad as its capital. During our walking tour here, we will panoramically view Liberty Square, the People's Theater, Dunav Street, the bank, the Svetozar Miletić Monument, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox St. George Cathedral, the St. Nicholas Church, and the Synagogue. • Limited Free Time: Due to the comprehensive nature of the tour program, free time may be limited. Nevertheless, a significant opportunity to visit all key locations is afforded under the guidance of a tour leader.
• Weather Conditions Depend on the Season: Weather conditions in the Balkans may be variable during certain periods. Thus, with suitable clothing choices, this situation can be made comfortable.
• Quality of Accommodation and Services: The hotels in the tour are carefully selected from options that reflect the region's character and local culture, though hotels in smaller cities may not have facilities as luxurious as those in Turkey. GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation is not ensured for the trip, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. However, if the visa service has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered utilized. If a visa application has not been made, visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independently of the Agency, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency if the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts that any material and moral losses due to the cancellation of the tour are accepted in advance when purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not ensured for the trip, the Agency reserves the right to show good faith by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour would be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service in the package will only cover the airport transfers for the overseas departure and return.
Cancellation and Change
4- In our tours, transportation tickets are arranged at the time of reservation. In case of cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the non-refundable ticket prices will be reflected as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding airline tickets that have been paid for and/or pledged by the Agency. In case of less than 31 days remaining until the start of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour price from the airline ticket price, and in case of 15 days or less before the start of the trip, they may cancel by paying the full price of the tour as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the time of cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund. The Agency cannot provide any guarantee regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of the museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and involve sightseeing through the vehicle without museum or archaeological site admissions, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be the Agency's responsibility if they cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing entrance on the designated day and time, closed roads due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where access to closed roads or vehicle entry restrictions exist.
8- Our guides may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the status of the museums and archaeological sites, and this is also valid for changes in flight times.
9- Important points to consider for our tours conducted by Speed Boats include: no heavy meals and excessive water consumption right before getting on the boat. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions.
10- There is no refund for services such as tours or meals included in the prices if participation is not provided.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations, return flights purchased as round-trip will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures that need to be carried out for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these must be conducted by the guest at the airports, from the relevant airline counters or online through the airline's websites before the flight.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards within the area. This information should be monitored by the guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the indicated airport during the hours reported by the airlines, who fail to carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. Any costs related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region for those who miss their flights will be borne by them.
18- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class), the upgrade processes can be carried out based on availability with the airline after the tickets are issued. No guarantee is given for miles on each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meals and online check-in services.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in communication with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- In cases where only category information is provided and/or options are presented for the same destination without specifying hotel names in the tour program, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located further away than the specified distances or km. In such cases, the Agency will inform guests 15 days before the departure date.
24- When registering for the purchased tour, it is necessary for the guest to accurately enter/declare their name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport. Flight tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalty fees for any cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with the relevant company before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is activated for international use.
26- The check-in time for accommodation is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 12:00 PM.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by the Agency. The reserved rooms will be tried to be aligned with the preferences of the guest depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. They are generally served as limited options typically consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
29- In some cases, instead of a double bed, there may be two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel and room type.
31- All extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to availability at the hotel and must be confirmed by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1.
33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed, and the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds and coach beds. Our guests state that they accept the possible crowding and bed type due to the extra beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations.
34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children and their ages staying with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, the responsibility falls on the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed for the child may not be available. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are only applicable for one "single child" staying with two adults.
36- Daily exchange rates are reflected in the Turkish Lira prices. The applicable rates are the ones at the time of payment. Additional requests, and some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) provided at the hotel may incur extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, construction works, and road conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program without disrupting its content and may also change the main airline to be used if deemed necessary.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are the sole responsibility of the guests, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten belongings are found, the costs incurred for delivery to the country and/or the owner will be borne by the owner of the items.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports for any health issues.
42- For any additional expenses, upon checking into the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be required by the hotel. The return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date.
2- To ensure that an entry-exit stamp can be applied to your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries included in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exist into the country, and the Agency cannot be held responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and intend to travel using another country's passport are required to consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country of travel; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
5- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent should take care as there may be a possibility of being asked to present a consent document showing both parents' permission at border controls. Guests under 18 and their parents are advised to pay attention to this matter.
