1 -You need to confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. On some dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets that you arranged and purchased without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 -Our guide and our company can make changes in the tour program flow while keeping the content the same.
3 -In Egypt, the cancellation and refund of any additional service purchased individually or collectively is not possible. If you purchase them along with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to additional services. We recommend purchasing a security package insurance policy at your agency against any mishaps, as our company has no other applications in this case, as reservations for service providers are made and paid for. For individual purchases, list prices apply.
4 -Depending on the number of people in vehicles;
* For groups of 16 or more people, a bus will be used,
* For groups of 9 to 15 people, a midibus will be used.
* For groups of 8 or fewer, a minibus will be used.
5- The bus and flight routes of the tour can be changed without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.

The services included in your tour package are clearly specified. However, we recommend that you purchase extra tours from us to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely. Please remember that many individuals you may reach via social media or who approach you in Egypt to offer services are providing tour services without a license and may disregard your safety in order to offer lower prices. Unmaintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single exhausted driver, boat trips where safety is not prioritized, and meals produced in unsanitary conditions can result in irreparable consequences. Our company operates all extra tours with its own offices, a dedicated staff, and managers with over 30 years of industry experience, prioritizing your safety and well-being. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you at least buy them from a corporate firm that meets these conditions.
You can purchase all extra tours in Egypt either individually upon arrival or collectively for a more 'budget-friendly' option.

If you want to break the monotony of life with exciting moments, we recommend that you participate in this thrilling tour, which includes ATV, Jeep, snorkeling, and camel ride, in addition to the Dahab Blue Lagoon trip offered with your package. We will first go to the 3 Pools area and provide free time for you to snorkel. (One non-alcoholic beverage is included in the price.) During this time, you will also have the experience of riding a camel. (included in the price) Afterwards, we will do an ATV safari in the oasis filled with green palm trees in the middle of the desert. (a 10 USD helmet rental which you will need in the desert, a scarf, and sunglasses are included in the price. The scarf and sunglasses are yours to keep.) Finally, we will take a fun desert safari visiting the canyons with 4X4s.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- For tours to be conducted in Turkish with a guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not met:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with guest approval)
B- A price difference for English or Turkish can be arranged (with guest approval)
C- If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that tour. If the discount applied to package deals is greater than the refunded price, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund for the remaining balance amount will be made.
2- At the moment the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If a doctor’s report confirming a health problem for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room occurs, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without any deductions. If the discount applied to package deals is greater than the refunded price, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund for the remaining balance amount will be made.
B- 50% of the amount paid will be refunded for cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour starts. If the discount applied to package deals is greater than the refunded price, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund for the remaining balance amount will be made.
C- No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour starts.
D- Guests who are not at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their own way to another location. If they choose not to do this, or if it is not possible due to the tour's content, no refund will be made.
E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, delays may occur. In such cases, guests should contact our representatives to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays cannot be used as reasons for tour cancellations, and if a cancellation is requested, no refunds will be made.
F- During the free time and break periods given during the tour, our representatives will provide the necessary information regarding movement times. Guests' tardiness may not affect the flow of the tour; however, our personnel have the discretion to wait for a reasonable period if feasible or to continue. In other circumstances, the guest may join the next stop by making their own way or return to the hotel on their own. In these cases, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services utilized in our tours are based on an emphasis on price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt; all of them comply with International Tourism Standards and have been certified by the Egyptian Authorities. We continuously monitor your experience in Egypt, and any defective services will be immediately addressed or full or partial refunds will be issued depending on the issue. The discount applied to package deals will be deducted and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions, traffic situations, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical failures, and other circumstances beyond its control.
4- Some of our tours may require significant physical activity. If you have health concerns, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour's conditions and decide whether to participate.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities may carry some risk of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse events. Please ensure you are aware of these risks before participating in these types of tours and activities; if you have any doubts, please ask our authorized personnel for information. If you are still unsure, please do not complete the purchase. When participating in these tours and activities, we kindly request you to follow the warnings from our authorized personnel, adhere to the specified safety measures, and wear the provided safety equipment as necessary. Otherwise, you may endanger yourself and other participants.
6- The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing in religiously significant locations lies with our guests. Our company cannot be held responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to their attire.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. The responsibility for bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothes, flip-flops, swimsuits, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, and the ability to borrow towels from the hotel and return them lies solely with our guests.
8- Guests must inform our guides of any food allergies or other allergies, or special dietary needs due to health reasons. Please be aware that we may not always be able to meet these specific needs; we can only promise to do our utmost.
9- During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, it is strongly advised that you do not drink open water or any other beverages, only eat fruits/vegetables that are thoroughly washed and peeled, and avoid consuming open, unpackaged foods sold on the street. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, which may result in fever, diarrhea, nausea, and other symptoms. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, any related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- As a precaution, we highly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
