1st Day – Istanbul – Rome - Civitavecchia
After meeting at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 4 hours before the flight, we complete our check-in procedures and take our flight to Rome. Upon arrival in Rome, we are transferred to Civitavecchia port for check-in procedures on board the 5* Costa Toscana.
2nd Day – Genoa | Portofino Tour
After breakfast, our guests who wish may join the Portofino tour organized as an extra by the ship. We will take the dreamlike village of PORTOFINO, which has even inspired songs, tour. Our bus departing from Genoa will first go to the town of Santa Maria Liguria. From there, we will take local boats to Portofino. We will have the opportunity to get to know this beautiful town more closely. During this approximately 5-hour excursion, we will see unforgettable places. At the end of our tour, we return to the ship. Dinner and overnight on board.
3rd Day – Marseille | Aix-En Provence & Marseille City Tour
After breakfast on the ship, our guests who wish may join the Aix-En Provence & Marseille Tour organized as an extra by the ship. We begin our tour with a 10-minute walk from Marseille port. After approximately a 40-minute drive by bus, we will go to AIX-EN-PROVENCE, one of the chicest cities in Southern France, which has inspired many writers such as Paul Cézanne and Émile Zola. In this region famous for lavender fields, we will visit a city full of beautiful buildings, flower-filled balconies, fountains that are each a work of art, and history around every corner. After Aix-en-Provence, we return to Marseille and begin our city tour. During the tour, we pass through the old port and visit the Notre Dame De La Garde Church, one of the city’s most iconic historic sites, located on a high hill. Palais Longchamp is the second stop of our tour. During our visit to this building, which serves as the Fine Arts Museum, we will visit the gardens and fountains from the outside and take a photo break. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board.
4th Day – Barcelona | Barcelona City Tour
After breakfast, our guests who wish may join the Barcelona city tour organized as an extra by our guide. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our private bus waiting for us at the port. La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum artificial harbor, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic district and port, Catalunya Square, Passeig de Gràcia avenue, where Gaudí’s houses have been turned into a street museum, and the Sagrada Familia, his most important work, are among the places we will see. During the tour, we will go up Montjuïc hill and take panoramic photos. After free time for shopping on La Rambla, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board.
5th Day – At Sea
We will spend the entire day cruising at sea. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the open-buffet restaurant, where a variety of dishes prepared fresh by special chefs to suit everyone’s taste are served, or at your specially assigned seat in the A La Carte restaurant. During the day, in addition to yoga and fitness classes, you can use the sports hall equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, as well as outdoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, or bodybuilding equipment. After dinner, if you wish, you can spend time in the ship’s colorful and lively bars and cafés, listen to live music, join Broadway-style musical theater shows, or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and overnight on board.
6th Day – Cagliari | Cagliari City Tour & Dolianova Wine Vineyards
After breakfast, our guests who wish may join the Cagliari city tour & Dolianova Wine Vineyards tour organized as an extra by the ship. With our private vehicle at the port, we head toward Danilova, where Sardinia’s famous wines are produced. Along the way, we will visit San Pantaleo Church, which dates back to the 13th century. Then we will visit a local wine cellar in the area and learn in detail about the wine-making process. Our guests who wish may taste the wine. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board.
7th Day – Naples | Pompeii & Naples City Tour
After breakfast on the ship, our guests who wish may join the Pompeii & Naples City Tour organized as an extra by the ship. Naples, the famous port of the Campania Region, is one of the few European cities whose ancient past has never completely disappeared. Founded by the Greeks and developed and expanded by the Romans, the city has, over the centuries, been the most precious treasure for foreign invaders. Its extension into the present day is a noisy, high-crime, somewhat shabby, somewhat chaotic metropolis, but one worth seeing. On this tour, while exploring the remains of people and houses in Pompeii, buried under the ashes of Mount Vesuvius, you will experience the incredible destruction nature can inflict and the power it holds over us. Then we will stop in Naples and, after a panoramic bus tour, we will see the Royal Square. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board.
8th Day – Civitavecchia – Rome - Istanbul
After breakfast on the ship, we complete our check-out procedures. Our guests who wish may join the Rome city tour organized as an extra by our guide.
