Day 1 – Istanbul - Hamburg
After meeting 3 hours before at Istanbul New Airport and completing our check-in procedures, we take our flight to Hamburg. After our arrival in Hamburg, we are transferred to our ship by private vehicle.
Day 2 – Cruising at Sea
We will spend the entire day cruising at sea. It is a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the buffet restaurant, which offers a variety of dishes prepared fresh by special chefs to suit everyone's taste, or at the A La Carte restaurant at your specially reserved table. During the day, in addition to yoga and fitness classes, you can make use of the sports hall equipped with the latest Technogym technology, including outdoor tennis, volleyball, and basketball, or bodybuilding equipment. After dinner, if you wish, you can spend time in the ship's colorful and entertaining bars and cafés and listen to live music, or you can attend theater performances consisting of Broadway-style musicals, or try your luck at the casino. Day 3 – Bergen | Bergen City Tour & Floyen Hill by Funicular
Our ship is docking at the former capital of Norway. Guests who wish may join the extra tour “Bergen City Tour & Floyen Hill by Funicular” organized by our guide. The tour, which was a stopping point for trade and ships until 1830 and is now part of UNESCO’s World Heritage, will begin at the German Harbor and will captivate you with its beauty. On our tour, you will have the chance to go up Mt. Floien by Bergen's famous cable car and photograph the city from a bird’s-eye view. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in Bergen city center. After this beautiful city tour on foot, we head toward our ship waiting for us at the port.
Day 4 – Hellesylt/Geiranger | Hornindal Lake & Dalsnibba National Park
We have arrived at one of Norway’s most beautiful fjords. Guests who wish may join the Hornindal Lake & Dalsnibba National Park tour organized as an extra by our guide. Our tour, accompanied by magnificent nature, waterfalls, and fjord views, starts early in the morning from Hellesylt. We approach Geiranger Fjord via Hornindal, the deepest mountain lake in Europe, and charming mountain villages and glacier lakes. We travel to Dalsnibba National Park, which is part of UNESCO World Natural Heritage and whose summit is at an altitude of approximately 1500 meters. When we reach the summit, if weather conditions permit, we enjoy the unique view. Then we climb the world-famous Eagle Road slope, travel through a completely different landscape, witness other beauties of Geiranger Fjord, and make a photo stop at the mountain lake on the opposite side of the fjord slope. The excursion ends at our ship waiting for us in Geiranger. Dinner and accommodation on our ship.
Day 5 – Alesund | Trollstiegen Devil’s Road & Alesund City Tour
After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the “Trollstiegen Devil’s Road” tour organized as an extra by our guide. Without a doubt, together with Flam and Geiranger / Hellesylt, it is the tour you must see in Norway. Alesund is an attractive city with a population of approximately 40,000, built on three islands with the “Sunnmore” mountains in the background. Fishing is the city’s main source of livelihood. On our trip, we will see cute suburban houses and well-kept gardens along “Borgundfjord”. Then, following the Storfjord (great fjord), we will see the town of “Sjoholt”. Here, depending on the fjord, we will head south to Stordal Bay. The town of “Stordal” is famous for furniture manufacturing. Afterwards, we will reach the Valldal valley, famous for strawberry production. Heading to the upper part of the valley, we will reach Trollstiegen 850 meters above sea level. Following the Troll Road, opened in 1939, we will head down to the lower part of the valley and take a photo break at Stigerora waterfall. Then we will reach upper Trollveggen and enjoy views of Europe’s famous 1000-meter-high rock walls, the “Troll Wall.” Climbers from all over the world come here to discover different routes to reach the top. On our way back to Alesund, we will see small charming towns along Romdalsfjord, famous for wood carving and rose painting, as well as ship and boat manufacturing. Crossing the “Orskog” mountain plateau, which is also popular among Alesund residents, we continue our route along the fjord and return to our ship at Alesund port. Depending on our time, we will have a photo break at Aksla hill, where you can take bird’s-eye photos of all of Alesund. Dinner and accommodation on the ship.
Day 6 – Flaam | Magnificent Flam Fjord & Gudvangen & Tvinde Waterfall
After breakfast on the ship, on this tour where you will feel like you are traveling through picture postcards, we first visit Tvindefossen, one of Norway’s most famous waterfalls, which can be translated into Turkish as “twin waterfall.” Our next visits will be Gudvangen, which means “meeting place of the gods,” and the Stegastein viewpoint, with its pleasant road and magnificent view. At our stop in Grimsetelvi in another area, which also offers a very enjoyable view, we photograph the magnificent nature and return to Flam. At the end of the tour, before leaving our last port in Norway, you will have time for plenty of shopping in stores where you can find very lightweight famous Norwegian down jackets, fish oils such as Omega-3, and many other souvenirs, and you can also get tax refunds. Dinner and accommodation on the ship.
Day 7 – Stavanger | Lyse Fjord Boat Tour & Stavanger Walking Tour
Our ship docks at Stavanger port in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Lyse Fjord Boat Tour & Stavanger Walking Tour” organized as an extra by our guide. When we dock at Stavanger port, in order to see the region’s most famous fjord and better understand this geography, we will begin our boat trip into the depths of the 42 km Lysefjord, which will take about 3 hours and is one of the most visited and beautiful places in Norway. We see the monoblock granite rock called Pulpit Rock, which rises 600 meters above sea level and is the most striking point of Lysefjord. We see this rock from below, from sea level, from our boat. Although the large cracks visible on three sides of the rock give the impression that rocks could fall into the sea at any moment, it probably still needs thousands of years for this event to happen. Then we take a photo break at a magnificent waterfall flowing from the high fjord into the sea, and you will have the chance to drink the clean waterfall water offered by our guide. If luck is on our side during our pleasant sea journey, surprise animals will accompany us. We return to Stavanger accompanied by magnificent fjord views. After getting off our boat, we have free time and a walk in Stavanger city, then we return to our ship.
