DAY 1 ISTANBUL- HURGHADA (Dinner)
At 20:15, we recommend you to be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
At 23:35, we depart for Hurghada with Ajet Airlines flight number VF251.
Note: To ensure you can immediately receive your room upon arrival, your hotel reservation starts from this night. Your dinner will be served as a cold platter in your rooms.
DAY 2 HURGHADA (Breakfast, Dinner) (City Tour Included)
At 01:15 Arrival. After completing necessary procedures, we transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at your hotel.
After breakfast, you will have free time for rest. After lunch, guests who wish can join our optional Glass Bottom Boat Marine Observation Tour. The Red Sea is one of the seas with the richest underwater life, home to colorful corals and various exotic fish. In this enjoyable trip, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our glass-bottomed boat. (You can make this trip more enjoyable and comfortable by opting for SeaScope / Semi-Submarine for an additional fee.) Guests who wish can participate in the ATV/Buggy Desert Safari and Bedouin Camp Tour, which will be organized by our guide for an additional fee. (Scarf, glasses, and water are not included, it is 10 USD per person) Afterwards, we will start our Panoramic City Tour (the cost is included in your package). Among the places we will see are the bustling points of El Dahr Region, the attraction center Marina, the famous hotels of Sahl Hasheesh Region, the city's most important religious structure Al Mina Mosque, the most important temple of the Christian population Coptic Church, and the Fish Market where seafood caught from the bountiful waters of the Red Sea are sold fresh.
DAY 3 HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can participate in the optional East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour. For this tour, we will depart very early in the morning with our special vehicle after you take your specially prepared breakfast package from the hotel to go to Luxor. (Approximately 330 km) (Note: We provide safe travel with our vehicles, the oldest being 5 years old, and with double drivers on long roads. We offer snacks, water, tea and coffee service in our vehicle and also provide free WIFI internet connection. Your safety and comfort are our priority. ) Upon arrival, we will conduct our Panoramic City Tour (the cost is included in your package); we will visit Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of III. Amenhotep, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Avenue of Sphinxes, Corniche, and the Nile River on the East bank of Luxor. Our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaonic Period, which is thousands of years old. Following this, we will have a Karnak Temple Tour, known as the "temple whose construction never ends" due to the constant additions made by every Pharaoh, which is the most important religious structure of the Pharaonic Period. (entrance fee is included in the price.) We will have a shopping break at the Alabaster Shop, where various souvenirs made from alabaster, one of Egypt's world-famous natural stones, are sold. Afterwards, you will have free time until the evening. (You can participate in the Lunch-Inclusive West Luxor Tour for an additional fee) At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to Hurghada. You may have your late evening meal at the buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the obligation to travel in convoy to Luxor, it is very important to pay close attention to the times announced by our guide. If you are not on time for the departure, you may have to make your way to and from Luxor on your own.
DAY 4 HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After checking out of the rooms and having breakfast, we transfer to Cairo with our special bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Note: We provide safe travel with our vehicles, the oldest being 5 years old, and with double drivers on long roads. We offer snacks, water, tea and coffee service in our vehicle and also provide free WIFI internet connection. Your safety and comfort are our priority. )Upon arrival, we will conduct our Panoramic City Tour (the cost is included in your package); we will explore places such as Nasr Region, Heliopolis Region, Unknown Soldier Monument, Enver Sedat Memorial, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, Cezire Island, while learning about this ancient city, which has hosted many cultures and religions throughout its history. We will then give free time in the center.(You can opt for an evening dinner and show Nile cruise for an extra charge) After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and check into the rooms.
DAY 5 CAIRO (Breakfast)
After breakfast, check out from the rooms. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour. In this tour, which is one of the seven wonders of the world, you will be amazed at the architectural features and the technology and resources that allowed it to stand until today; you will visit Panorama Hill, Khafre Valley Temple, Sphinx, Khufu Pyramid, Menkaure Pyramid, and Khafre Pyramid with our guide. (The entrance fee to the pyramid site is included. The ticket to enter the tunnels within the pyramids is not included and we do not recommend entering.) After the tour, we will visit a Papyrus shop to see and learn about the production stages of the most important products of the Pharaonic Period, papyrus paper. Then, we will go to the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop, rooted in the Pharaonic Period, to complete our shopping. After the tour, you will have free time. (Guests who wish can participate in the new opening of the Grand Museum/GEM Tour with Lunch for an additional fee)
We will transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide.
DAY 6 CAIRO- ISTANBUL
At 04:30, we depart for Istanbul with Ajet Airlines flight number VF 248.
At 06:40, arrival in Istanbul.
1 - You must confirm your flight times 48 hours before departure with our company. On some dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be available. We bear no responsibility for domestic tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without confirming with us. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may change the tour program flow, provided the content remains the same.
3 - In Egypt, cancellation and refund of additional services purchased individually or collectively are not possible. If you purchase them with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to additional services. We recommend purchasing a security package insurance policy at your agency against unforeseen circumstances; since necessary reservations are made and paid to service providers, our company has no further applications in this situation. Single purchase prices will be based on the List Prices.
4 - According to the number of people in vehicles;
* For groups with 16 or more people, a bus is used,

* For groups of 8 or less, a minibus is used.

EXTRA TOURS GUEST INFORMATION:
1- To carry out the tours in Turkish, the minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with guest approval)
B-For an additional fee, they may be conducted in English or Turkish (with guest approval)
C-If none of the above options are accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount from discounted packages is higher than the amount to be refunded, no refund will be issued; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
2- Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report occurs for themselves and/or someone sharing the same room, the paid fee for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount from discounted packages is higher than the amount to be refunded, no refund will be issued; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded. If the discount from discounted packages is higher than the amount to be refunded, no refund will be issued; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-If cancellations are made within 24 hours or less before the tour, no refund will be issued.
D-Guests who are not at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by meeting the vehicle at another location with their means. If they do not prefer this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refunds will be issued.
E-Since some tours collect guests from different hotels, if delays occur, the guest should communicate with our authorized personnel to learn the exact arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refunds will be issued.
F-The authorized personnel will provide the necessary information regarding the departure time during free times and stops on the tour. In case of delays caused by the guest, the staff may decide to wait a reasonable amount of time if this does not affect the flow of the tour, or continue. In other cases, the guest may continue their tour by finding a way to the next point on their own or return to the hotel; in this situation, no refunds will be issued.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR SECURITY: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, places, personnel, and all other services we use in our tours are the best according to the fee/quality balance, based on our long-standing experience in Egypt, and are certified by the Egyptian Authorized Authorities. In our tours and activities; in cases of inadequate and/or defective service, since your process during your stay in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, issues are resolved with immediate interventions, and/or partial or full refunds are made based on the problem. The discount from discounted packages will be deducted from the price paid and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest error, technical malfunctions, and the like.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel about the conditions of the tour before making your decision to participate.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry some risks of accidents which may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any arising issues. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please ask our authorized personnel for information. If you are still in doubt, do not complete the purchase process. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly request that you comply strictly with the warnings of our personnel, wear the safety equipment provided, and follow the specified precautions. Otherwise, you may be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6- It is your responsibility to dress appropriately when visiting places of religious significance. Our company has no responsibility for guests who are denied entry due to dress codes.
7- For some tours and activities, you may need special items/clothes. Comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, or shawls to bring or rent, borrowing towels from the hotel and returning them are solely the responsibility of our guests.
8- Individuals with food allergies or other allergies, or medical conditions requiring special diets must inform our guide of their conditions. Please be aware that we may not always be able to accommodate such special situations. We can only promise to do our best.
9- We highly recommend avoiding drinking open water or other beverages, consuming fruits/vegetables unless thoroughly washed and peeled, and eating unpackaged food sold outdoors while in Egypt and during our tours. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in receiving the necessary medical intervention; however, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- Like any cautious individual, we recommend you obtain health and travel insurance for both domestic and international travel.
