DAY 1 ISTANBUL – BARCELONA
Meeting with you, our valued guests, 3 hours before the flight time in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Following the baggage and ticket procedures, flight to Barcelona with a scheduled Pegasus Airlines flight. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour. During our panoramic city tour, La Sagrada Familia, also known as the “Unfinished Church,” Spain and Catalunya Squares, Gaudi's Houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street and Port Olimpic are among the places to be seen. Transfer to your hotel after the city tour. In the evening, our guests who wish may join the Barcelona by Night & Gothic Quarter Tour (35 Euros), which will be organized as an optional tour by our guide. During this tour, we will have the opportunity to see Barcelona, known as the sleepless city of Europe, illuminated at night. Afterwards, we will set out for the Gothic Quarter, which we have not visited before. In this quarter, after visiting Barcelona Cathedral, the Temple of Augustus and Carrer del Bisbe, the most famous street in the area, free time will be given on La Ramblas Street for dinner. Transfer to the hotel at the end of the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 2 BARCELONA
After breakfast, our guests who wish may join the Girona & Figueras Tour (85 Euros), which will be organized as an optional tour by our guide. We begin our tour in Girona, founded on the banks of the Onyar River and reminiscent of Florence at first glance, the wealthiest city in the region. A charming medieval city worth seeing with its narrow streets and cathedral, Girona is also the city where the filming of the movie Perfume took place. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Lion statue, Cathedral Square, houses with mezuzahs, the Jewish Quarter, Rambla and famous shops. After free time, we set out for the city of Figueras, accompanied by views of the Pyrenees Mountains. The town has such an impressive atmosphere that it inspired Salvador Dali, the boundary-defying painter admired by the whole world, throughout his life. Here, we will visit the museum house decorated by the famous surrealist painter “Salvador Dali” with his own hands. After visiting this museum, where each work is valued at millions of dollars and which houses his thought-provoking works depicting his eternal love Gala, transfer to our hotel. DAY 3 BARCELONA – VALENCIA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Valencia. During the panoramic city tour in Valencia, the City of Arts and Sciences museum, Gothic Cathedral, Arena, City Hall, Historic Market and Old Silk Exchange are among the places to be seen. Transfer to your hotel after the city tour. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 4 VALENCIA – GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Granada. Following our arrival, the Bib Lambra Square, Christopher Columbus Monument, City Hall and Cathedral (from the outside) are among the places to be seen on the panoramic Granada city tour. After our tour, transfer to the hotel and free time. Our guests who wish may join the Alhambra Palace Tour (80 Euros), which will be organized as an optional tour by our guide [the Alhambra Palace tour is conducted subject to palace availability]. Accepting a limited number of visitors daily, the Alhambra was named Alhambra, meaning "Red," because red bricks were used on its walls and red tiles on its roof. After visiting the Alhambra Palace, a witness that has reached the present day as one of the highest points Islamic architecture could attain, we return to the hotel. Our guests who wish to spend the evening in an entertaining atmosphere may join the Sacramonte Night Tour (55 Euros), which will be organized as an optional tour. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to watch the gypsies living in Granada perform their unique interpretation of Flamenco in stone houses. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 5 GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish may join the Cordoba & Seville Tour (105 Euros), which will be organized as an optional tour. During this tour, we will see the city where the Andalusian Islamic civilization first began, the Jewish Quarter and Plaza Mayor. Then, by touring the building that is today a cathedral and was the main mosque in the past, we will witness traces of history. After our tour, we continue towards Seville. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic tour of this city founded on the banks of the Guadalgivir River, seeing Plaza de España, the tobacco factory associated with Carmen, the Golden Tower and the Jewish Quarter. After free time in front of Seville Cathedral, we return to Granada. Free time after arriving at the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 6 GRANADA – MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Madrid. Our guests who wish may join the Toledo Tour (45 Euros), which will be organized as an optional tour by our guide along the route. Toledo is a true open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, and is one of the most important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Home to the country’s most imposing cathedral and works by world-famous painters, it has come to rival the world’s leading museums. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has remained unchanged since the 16th century. With structures bearing traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, traditional pastry shops, Damascino stores and, of course, its famous cathedral, it is a tourist pilgrimage site. Another tradition in Toledo is the production of marzipan, dating from the time when the Arabs conquered the city. A visit to Toledo is not considered complete without tasting this mouth-watering confection. After a walk through the Jewish Quarter, we depart for Madrid. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour. We begin with the large square called Plaza Mayor. This square contains 136 buildings and 437 balconies opening onto courtyards. In the past, bullfights and people burned by the Inquisition were watched from these balconies. The heart of the city, Puerta Del Sol, the large square called Plaza Mayor, Plaza De Orient, where the Royal Palace addresses the public, Alcala Gate, built as an entrance gate to demonstrate how wealthy the city was, Gran Via with its impressive gallery-covered roofs, Plaza Colon, Cibeles Square and Fountain, and the Cervantes Monument are among the places to be seen. After our tour, arrival and check-in at our hotel in Madrid. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 7 MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish may join the Segovia & Avila & Outlet Tour (90 Euros), which will be organized as an optional tour. During this tour, we will visit the cities of Segovia and Ávila, declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. After passing through the walls dating from the 11th century, we will visit the old town of Ávila, the exterior of the cathedral and the Basilica of San Vicente, Plaza Mayor and the interior of the Birthplace of Santa Teresa de Jesús. After our tour, we depart for Segovia. We will see the enormous Roman aqueduct, the exterior of Segovia Cathedral, Plaza Mayor and the Segovia Alcázar, a magnificent castle reminiscent of Snow White’s Castle in history. After our tour, we will go to Las Rozas Village, known as the largest outlet in the region. After the free time we will have for shopping, we return to our hotel in Madrid. Overnight at our hotel. Our guests who wish to spend the evening in an entertaining atmosphere may join the Flamenco Night (65 Euros), which will be organized as an optional tour. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 8 MADRID – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, transfer to Barcelona Airport depending on the flight time. Following completion of the baggage and check-in procedures, departure for Istanbul on a scheduled Pegasus Airlines flight. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.
