ISTANBUL – BERLIN – (Dresden Tour) – PRAGUE
We arrive at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight, complete baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, and then fly to Berlin on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight TK1721 at 07:30. After arriving at Berlin Airport at 09:20 local time, we proceed with our private vehicle waiting for us to start our Berlin city tour. Berlin is the capital of Germany and the country’s largest city, an important center that offers history, culture, and modern life all at once. During our city tour, we see structures bearing the traces of World War II and the Cold War, along with today’s iconic landmarks of Berlin. We begin our panoramic city tour with the Brandenburg Gate. Then, the Reichstag Building, home to the German parliament, is seen panoramically. The nearby Holocaust Memorial is also on our tour route. During the city tour, we continue along Unter den Linden Street and see Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom), Museum Island, and the Humboldt University area panoramically. The remaining sections of the Berlin Wall, the symbol of the era when East and West Berlin were divided, are also visited during the tour. We then move on to the Potsdamer Platz area, notable for its modern architecture. At the end of the tour, after free time in the city center, we depart for Prague. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Dresden Tour (50 Euro). Dresden, whose history dates back to 7500 BC and which is located on the banks of the Elbe River and considered the heart of the State of Saxony, is home to some of the finest examples of Baroque architecture. Although it suffered severe damage during World War II, many of its historic landmarks were quickly restored, and today it is one of Germany’s most important technology centers. The city, which hosted the Kings of Saxony for centuries and is therefore also known as the “City of Kings,” is adorned with monuments, historic buildings, and bridges in various styles. During our tour in Dresden, we will see Frauenkirche, Zwinger Palace, Brühl Terrace, the Royal Route, the Elbe River, and the Martin Luther statue. After the Dresden tour, we continue our journey to Prague. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Prague region, we check in to our rooms and have free time to rest.
PRAGUE – (Prague Masterpieces & Karlovy Vary Tour) – (Czech Night)
After breakfast, free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Prague Masterpieces & Karlovy Vary Tour (85 Euro). On our tour, we first visit the unique nature of Karlovy Vary, one of the most famous towns of its era and a favorite destination of European high society and statesmen in the 17th and 18th centuries. We will see the dozens of palaces built side by side, the hotel where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed in 1918, the homes of Dvorak, Mozart, Goethe, Beethoven, Pushkin, and Russian Tsar Peter the Great, visit the thermal galleries where 12 different thermal springs emerge, and have the opportunity to shop for crystal, porcelain, garnet, amber, and other traditional Czech souvenirs in the stores. After the Karlovy Vary tour, we return to Prague city center and begin our Prague Masterpieces tour. We start with Prague Castle, one of the largest castles in the world and, according to the Guinness World Records, the largest ancient castle in the world. During our Prague Castle visit, St. Vitus Cathedral, one of the city’s most striking symbols, The Royal Palace, and the beautiful Royal Courtyards will be among the sights we see. We then visit Mala Strana, one of Prague’s oldest districts; Lennon Wall in Mala Strana, which preserves the memory of John Lennon, the legendary lead singer of the Beatles and features song lyrics and various graffiti; Charles Bridge, one of the oldest bridges in the world; Wenceslas Square (New Town Square); Powder Gate Tower, the historic entrance gate of the Old Town; Jewish Quarter, the historic Jewish district enclosed by the old city; the Presidential Palace; the Old Town Square, built in honor of King Charles IV, who made Prague the capital of Bohemia; and the Astronomical Clock Tower, known as the world’s oldest functioning clock. After the tour, following free time in Prague city center, guests who wish may join the optional Czech Night (70 Euro) program. In this program, we enjoy a dinner served with unlimited drinks accompanied by local Czech music and dance performances, and experience an entertaining gala night. After the entertainment program, transfer to our hotel.
PRAGUE – OUTLET – BRATISLAVA – BUDAPEST
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Bratislava. On the way, we will visit an outlet center. After free time at the outlet center, which hosts the stylish stores of many prestigious brands, as well as cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, and offers quality shopping at affordable prices, we continue our journey to Bratislava. Bratislava, which was the capital of Hungary for nearly 500 years in the recent past and is now the capital of Slovakia, has managed to preserve its traditional structure unlike many European cities, and reflects this feature in its architecture, culture, and culinary flavors. After a tour through the old city center formed by cobbled side streets and along the Danube River dividing the city into two, and some free time, we continue to Budapest. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Budapest region, we check in to our rooms and have free time to rest.
BUDAPEST – (Budapest Combo and Danube River Cruise) – (Dinner Budapest Nights Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Budapest Combo and Danube River Cruise Tour (85 Euro). We begin our tour with a Budapest city tour. On our city tour, where we discover Budapest’s most important historic and symbolic sites, we will see the Royal Palace and medieval houses during our walk in the Castle District, enjoy the best view of the city from Fisherman’s Bastion, see the grand Matthias Church, and then panoramically view Gellert Hill, home to the city’s breathtaking fortress, as well as the famous State Opera, the magnificent Parliament building, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. After the city tour, we will take our Danube River boat trip, where we can enjoy Budapest’s iconic structures and the city’s beauty with one complimentary drink. At the end of the boat trip, we continue our tour by visiting Szentendre, famous for its artists, which will take us on a fairy-tale journey with its historic texture and unique views on the banks of the Danube River, and then Visegrad, a thermal city, where we will witness the magnificent hunting castle and breathtaking natural scenery. Afterwards, we see Parkany, located in South Slovakia on the Hungarian border, stop in this charming town known in Turkish history as “Çiğer Delen,” and finally visit Esztergom and Esztergom Castle, one of the important regions for Ottoman history, before completing our tour and returning to our hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional Dinner Budapest Nights Tour (60 Euro) in the evening. Starting with dinner at a local restaurant, our tour will include seeing the historic sites and streets of the city under the evening lights and experiencing the beauty Budapest has added to the city through our walking tour. BUDAPEST – VIENNA – (Vienna Masterpieces and Palaces Tour) – (Dinner Grinzing Tour) – (Vienna Concert Night)
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Vienna. Upon arrival in Vienna, during the free time we provide, guests who wish may join the optional Vienna Masterpieces and Palaces Tour (60 Euro). We begin with our Vienna tour. Vienna, the capital of Austria and also one of Europe’s most important centers of culture, politics, and art, has hosted many empires throughout history and, thanks to its favorable geographical location, has welcomed many civilizations. As a result, Vienna is very rich in palaces, cathedrals, and historic buildings. During our tour, University, Parliament, the Opera House, Vienna Theater, Prater, Hofburg and the museum district, Karlsplatz, Ringstrasse, Kärntner Strasse, and Mariahilfer Strasse, a favorite among shopping enthusiasts, are among the main sights. At the end of the city tour, we visit the expansive and landscape-marvelous gardens of Belvedere Palace, which distinguishes itself from other palaces in the city thanks to its architecture, history, and unique artworks housed there as a museum. Next, we tour the magnificent gardens of Schönbrunn Palace, which was built in 1683 during the reign of Emperor Leopold on the summer estate of Emperor Maximilian and served as a home for Habsburg Maria Theresa. Then, we complete our tour by panoramically viewing Liechtenstein Castle, known since the 1200s but taking its current form in 1840, and a place reminiscent of fairy tales. VIENNA – (Český Krumlov Tour) – LINZ – (Dinner and Shopping Tour)
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Linz. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Český Krumlov Tour (40 Euro). This is a town introduction tour of this charming city that looks like an island within the curves of the Vltava River. Český Krumlov, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a true medieval town. St. Vitus Church and Český Krumlov Castle, built in the 13th century, are two notable structures in the city. From the tower inside the castle, you can enjoy the view of the entire city. After the tour, we continue our journey to Linz. Upon arrival, during the free time we provide for a short orientation walk in Linz city center, guests who wish may join the optional Dinner and Shopping Tour (45 Euro). After free time in the shopping center and dinner at a restaurant catering to Turkish tastes, we complete the tour and transfer to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in to rooms and free time to rest.
LINZ – HALLSTATT – SALZBURG – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Hallstatt. During our journey to Hallstatt, you will be able to take unforgettable photos accompanied by the enchanting views of Alpine villages and glacial lakes. In Hallstatt, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list and a fairy-tale land with its untouched nature, you can walk around and enjoy nature. After the Hallstatt tour, we move on to Salzburg city center and, upon arrival, conduct our city tour. Salzburg, named after the rich salt solutions that provided the first settlers with their livelihood and today earning most of its living from tourism, will be toured panoramically. During the tour, Old Town, Mozart’s House, Salzburg Museum, Hohensalzburg Fortress, Salzburg Cathedral, and Mirabell Palace are among the sights seen panoramically. After the Salzburg tour and the free time we provide, we head to Salzburg Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing ticketing, baggage drop-off, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight TK1384 at 19:25. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 22:55 local time and end of the tour.
