ISTANBUL – PARIS – (Paris Icons Tour)
Following the baggage drop-off, check-in and passport control procedures that we will complete at the International Terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before the flight, we fly to Paris at 08:55 on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1133. Arrival in Paris at 10:45 local time. At the airport, we depart in our private vehicle waiting for us to conduct our Paris city tour. During our panoramic city tour, starting with Paris’s magnificent squares, we will visit Trocadero Square, located on the hill directly opposite the Eiffel Tower, offering the best view of the tower and featuring many cafés and restaurants. The Opera House, Concorde Square decorated with 365 street lamps, and Champs-Élysées Avenue will be seen, and after free time here, we arrive at our Paris hotel. Free time to take the rooms and rest. In the evening, our guests who wish may join our optional Paris Icons Tour (65 Euros). On our tour, we will first visit Montmartre Hill, known as “Painters’ Hill” because bohemian life still continues there today, with street painters and caricaturists, and because many famous painters worked there; it is also the highest point in Paris. After visiting the Sacré-Coeur Basilica (Church of the Sacred Heart) rising atop this 130-meter hill (the funicular transportation fee is included in the optional tour price), we will have free time to have your portrait drawn in the painters’ square and explore the surroundings. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel.
PARIS – (Paris Phenomena Tour and Seine River Boat Tour) – (Paris Local Neighborhoods & Luxembourg Gardens Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Our guests who wish may join our optional Paris Phenomena and Seine River Boat Tour (85 Euros). We begin our Paris Phenomena tour with the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris and even France. This steel-and-iron structure, built by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Paris World’s Fair, attracted great interest from tourists during and after the World’s Fair, so its demolition was abandoned and it has survived to the present day. We offer free time around the Eiffel Tower for photography and exploring the surroundings. During this free time, guests who wish may go up to the tower’s second floor, which consists of 3 sections (levels), each accessible by elevator, enjoy the unique view of Paris and take beautiful photographs (The optional Eiffel Tower elevator fee is €23 and is not included in the optional tour price). Following our Eiffel Tower tour, we organize a boat tour on the Seine River. (The boat tour is included in the optional tour price.) The 776-kilometer-long Seine River, one of the best-known rivers in the world, divides the city in two. During our tour aboard the long boats gently cruising along the river, we will see many of Paris’s famous buildings and the 37 bridges over the river from a unique perspective. Following our Seine River tour, via Invalides (Veterans) Square, we will panoramically see the Lady Diana Memorial, Palais Royal, the royal entertainment center of the 17th century, and Comédie-Française Square, home to many historic buildings including the French State Theater. We then arrive at the BENLUX Store, the international center of Paris fashion with its perfumes since 1959, and offer free time for shopping and exploring the surroundings. Our guests who wish may visit the Louvre Museum during the free time offered after a photo stop at the museum, which was built as a fortress for defensive purposes in the Middle Ages but began to be used as a museum after the French Revolution and was visited by nearly 10 million people in 2012 (The optional Louvre Museum entrance fee is €23 and is not included in the optional tour price). After the tour, during the free time offered in the city center, our guests who wish may join our optional Paris Local Neighborhoods & Luxembourg Gardens Tour (50 Euros). On our tour, we first offer free time for shopping and exploring the surroundings following a walking tour and visits to passages in St. Michel and St. Germain, which are lively and vibrant at all hours of the day with their luxury shops, cafés and restaurants, and where mostly Parisians prefer to maintain their daily lives, allowing us to observe the true Parisian atmosphere. Continuing our tour, we visit Saint-Sulpice Church, called the pearl of artistic architecture in Paris and host to the weddings of many world-famous figures, followed by the Luxembourg Gardens, which inspire painters with their colorful flowers, impressive lake views, enchanting statues and historic monuments. After the tour, we return to our hotel.
PARIS – (Bruges Tour) – BRUSSELS – AMSTERDAM
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we depart for Brussels. On the way, our guests who wish may join our optional Bruges Tour (50 Euros). Bruges, known as “the Venice of Belgium” thanks to its houses built over the water and its streets formed by canals, is considered a dream city. The historic structure and medieval architecture of the city, which escaped damage by chance during World War II, have survived to the present day. The colorful, single-story houses resembling cakes that we encounter in the city square, churches, statues and medieval urban roads paved with cobblestones will draw us into a fairy tale. After our city tour in Bruges, we continue our journey toward Brussels. We head to Brussels city center to conduct our city tour. Brussels, also regarded as the capital of Europe and the European Union because it houses many institutions related to both Belgium and the European Union and NATO, is a city that has managed to preserve many historic works throughout history. After our city tour in Brussels, home to the Grand Place, one of Europe’s most famous and liveliest squares, as well as renowned venues with Gothic-style historic and architectural features, we depart for Amsterdam. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Amsterdam region, we take our rooms and have free time to rest.
AMSTERDAM – (Amsterdam Icons & Fairytale Villages and Windmills Tour) – OUTLET – COLOGNE
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we depart for the outlet center. On the way, our guests who wish may join our optional Amsterdam Icons & Fairytale Villages and Windmills Tour (95 Euros). On our tour, we first arrive in Volendam. We complete our program with a walking tour through the streets surrounded by well-maintained and beautiful houses and along the waterfront filled with restaurants and cafés, then depart for Zaandam, our next point of visit. Located on the banks of the Zaan River in the north of the country, Zaandam is among the favorites of Instagram influencers as an open-air museum where modern shopping opportunities and historic traditional green Zaan houses come together. After free time and an exploration of the surroundings in Zaandam, which holds the distinction of being the place where the first McDonald’s restaurant in Europe was opened, we arrive at Zaanse Schans. With its windmills, museums, nature and culture, this historic town is one of the Netherlands’ most popular tourist attractions. After our visit to Zaanse Schans, where we will see mills currently used for producing paint and oil, as well as shops where we can find handmade souvenirs such as wooden clogs (Archaeological site entrance fees are included in the optional tour price. The optional Zaanse Schans Museum entrance fee of €15 is not included in the price), we depart for Amsterdam city center to conduct our Amsterdam Icons Tour. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, Dam Square, the Royal Palace and Central Station are among the main sights to see. After our tour, during which we will discover the city from different angles by walking along the famous walking paths and canals of Amsterdam, through its local neighborhoods and narrow streets, and visit its world-famous streets, we continue our journey toward the outlet center after the free time offered. After the free time we will offer for enjoyable and affordable shopping at Roermond Outlet Village, home to elegant shops of world-famous prestigious brands, cafés and restaurants, and personal activity areas, we depart for Cologne Airport for our return flight to Istanbul.
