- DAY ISTANBUL – VILNIUS
After completing passport and customs procedures at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Airport's international departures terminal, we will depart for Vilnius on Turkish Airlines flight TK1407 at 07:45. Arriving at Vilnius at 10:40 local time, we will take a panoramic city tour of Vilnius with our waiting vehicle. The places we will see include Vilnius Cathedral, the Old Town, the Hill of Crosses, Cathedral Square, the Three Crosses, and St. Anne's Church. After the tour, there will be free time before transferring to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
- DAY VILNIUS
After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Trakai tour organized by our guide. (50 Euro) In this city spanning approximately 500 square kilometers, known for its nature and history, we will visit Trakai Castle. The castle is famous for its Gothic architecture and unique location; it is situated on an island in Galve Lake, one of Lithuania's deepest lakes. The castle was built in the 14th century and served as the residence of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania. However, it fell into neglect in the 17th century and was only reconstructed in 1951. The castle has been a part of the Trakai History Museum since 1962. After the tour and free time, we will transfer back to our hotel in Vilnius. Overnight at the hotel.
- DAY VILNIUS – RIGA
After breakfast, we will depart for Riga with our waiting vehicle. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Rundale Palace tour. (60 Euro) This is one of the two large Baroque palaces built for the Dukes of Courland in present-day Latvia, the other being Jelgava Palace. After our palace visit, we will head toward Riga, the capital of Latvia. Upon arrival in Riga, we will have a panoramic city tour where we will see the Old Town, Central Market, Freedom Monument, Riga Castle, Art Nouveau Museum (from outside), the Three Brothers Architecture Museum, St. Peter's Cathedral, the Dannestern Mansion, and the statue of the founder of Riga, the Great Kristaps on the banks of the Daugava River. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Riga for an overnight stay.
- DAY RIGA
After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Sigulda tour organized by our guide. (50 Euro) Sigulda is located in the Vidzeme region and within the bounds of Gauja National Park. We will see Sigulda Castle, Gauja National Park, and Gutman Cave. The natural beauty of Gauja National Park and the Gauja River valley will leave you in awe. After the tour and free time, we will transfer back to our hotel in Riga. Overnight at the hotel.
- DAY RIGA - TALLIN
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Tallinn with our waiting vehicle. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour where we will see the Three Sisters buildings, Tallinn Old Town, the Estonian Maritime Museum, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Toompea Castle, the Viru Gate, and the oldest still operating pharmacy in Europe, which has been in service since 1422. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Tallinn for an overnight stay.
- DAY TALLIN
After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Rocca Al Mare Estonian Open Air Museum tour. (60 Euro) We will explore the lives of Estonians a century ago in a beautiful natural setting by the Baltic Sea. This museum encompasses 14 farmhouses, a church, an inn, a school building, a windmill, a fire station, and various shops, all dating back to the 18th century. You can shop for handicrafts and enjoy a traditional meal at the inn. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Tallinn for an overnight stay.
- DAY TALLIN
After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Helsinki tour. (130 Euro) Upon arrival in Helsinki, which is the capital and largest city of Finland, we will see Senate Square, Uspenski Cathedral, the Sibelius Monument and Sibelius Park, the Helsinki City Museum, and the Helsinki Olympic Stadium and Esplanadi. After the tour and free time, we will head to our ferry at the designated time by our guide and upon arrival in Estonia, we will return to Tallinn where guests who wish can participate in the optional Viking Village Dinner Tour. (75 Euro) In this village in the Old Town, which offers an authentic medieval experience, we will enjoy meals prepared based on recipes that are 700 years old. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Tallinn for an overnight stay.
- DAY TALLIN – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel and completing check-out procedures, there will be free time. At the time determined by our guide, we will depart for Tallinn Airport. After luggage and ticket procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1424 at 19:35. We will arrive at 23:15 local time, concluding our tour.
- It is recommended that passengers participating in the tour have comprehensive Covid health insurance.
- It is the responsibility of the guests to follow the Covid-related procedural changes defined by the Ministries of Health of the countries to be visited.
- For international trips, a passport that is valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed prior to the tour departure date. Entry with torn and worn passports is not permitted.
- For visa applications, a passport that is valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa requirements documents that can be obtained from our agencies must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month prior to the tour departure date.
- The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry for the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the inability of the passport police to allow entry into the country.
- In case of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our clients, and holds no responsibility for any reason related to the denial of a visa, delays, and/or errors in the visa.
- Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
- During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. No-show fees arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office at least 48 hours prior to departure dates.
- The destination city of the flight may vary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for any time changes or delays caused by the airline companies.
- Guests who do not confirm their flight times and routes are not covered by Adonis.com for any changes experienced in domestic connection flights.
- In group tickets, airline rules apply, and if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- Generally, the baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline company and the destination country. On domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
- If the number of participants in a package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation at least 20 days in advance.
- The tour itinerary specified in the program is a sample itinerary and may be subject to change.
- City introduction tours may be conducted the following day(s) based on the time of arrival in the city.
- The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on different days than those specified at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
- Additional tours will be conducted only with a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, the price may be adjusted at the discretion of the guide, and Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
- Extra tours along the way will take place only if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be held at the break location.
- Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
- Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
- All hotel names mentioned in the programs are for reference purposes only, regarding star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made at the mentioned hotel.
- In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed or is an extra foldable bed.
- During your trip, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the vehicles and hotels you use.
- Child discounts are valid only for children in a certain age group who stay with 2 adults.
- In cases where children under the age of 18, who are not of legal age, do not participate in the tour with either one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the necessary consent forms with them during travel.
- In case of cancellations and changes, the 'ADONIS.COM SALES AGREEMENT' is valid.
