Day 1 İstanbul - Doha
We arrive at Istanbul Airport at least 3 hours before the flight for international departures. We depart for Doha at 20:10 with Qatar Airways scheduled flight QR246. Arrival in Doha at 00:10 local time, and then departure for Bali at 02:50 with Qatar Airways connecting flight QR962.
Day 2 Doha - Bali - Ubud
Arrival in Bali at 17:20 local time. After completing passport and customs procedures, you will be met by our guide at the airport and transferred to the hotel. After check-in, free time for rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3 Ubud
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Sacred Monkey Forest and Temples tour” with lunch (95 USD per person). We set off toward the Sacred Monkey Forest, which has become an icon of Ubud. In this mystical forest, home to hundreds of friendly monkeys, we learn about the temples and sacred trees accompanied by our guide. After the nature walk, we enjoy our lunch consisting of traditional Balinese dishes in Ubud’s peaceful atmosphere. After lunch, short free time is given to visit the local handicraft workshops or the Ubud market. You may shop or discover local products. At the end of the day, we head back to your hotel; upon arrival, free time and overnight at our hotel.
Day 4 Ubud
Open buffet breakfast at your hotel and free time. Guests who wish may then join the “Kintamani Volcano Tour” with lunch, which your guide will organize as an extra (95 USD per person). We leave the hotel at 09:00 in the morning. The journey begins with a visit to traditional Balinese houses to see their simple way of life. Then we visit the village of Batuan, famous for painting, and continue to Mas to see the art. You can see wood carving using ebony wood, mahogany imported from Borneo and Java islands, as well as crocodile wood from Bali. On the next excursion, we will go directly to Kintamani village for a buffet lunch of Indonesian dishes. While drinking Kopi Luwak, the world’s most expensive coffee, in a coffee plantation with tropical forest views, we will see the sacred springs of Gunung Kawi Temple, one of the holy places for Hindus, and the very beautiful Tegalalang rice fields will be the last places we visit, after which we will return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 5 Ubud - Bali
Open buffet breakfast at your hotel and free time. Guests who wish may then join the “Bangli - Bali Breeze Tour with Lunch” (95 USD per person), which your guide will organize as an extra. We depart from the hotel in the morning and visit Penglipuran Village, famous for its traditional architecture. Then we explore Pura Kehen, one of Bali’s oldest temples. We enjoy our lunch consisting of traditional Balinese dishes at a restaurant surrounded by nature. Afterwards, free time at the impressive Tegenungan Waterfall. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel after a Bali coffee tasting in a local spice garden. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 6 Bali
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Nusa Penida Island” tour with lunch (95 USD per person). We are picked up from our hotel early in the morning and take a boat from Bali to Nusa Penida Island. Upon arrival on the island, we board our waiting vehicle and begin our exploration. First, we visit Kelingking Beach and take plenty of photos with breathtaking views. Then we have the opportunity to see the island’s most famous natural beauties up close, such as Broken Beach and Angel’s Billabong. We take our lunch at a local restaurant and rest for a while. At the end of the day, we board our boat back to Bali and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 Bali
It is the Hindu New Year celebrated every year in Bali, during which the entire island falls silent for a day and nature is given a rest. Today is the Nyepi Festival, so free time at the hotel. We have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Then we relax by the pool and enjoy the silence. In the afternoon, we have a light snack. During the day, you may visit the spa center and relax with a massage. After having dinner in a peaceful environment, we rest in our rooms.
Day 8 Bali
After breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out procedures and then have free time. We depart for Denpasar Airport at the place and time determined by our guide. After check-in and entry procedures, we take our places on Qatar Airways scheduled flight QR961 to Doha.
Day 9 Bali - Doha - İstanbul
In the first hours of the new day, at 00:50, we first board the scheduled Qatar Airways flight to Doha and then the Qatar Airways connecting flight to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul at 12:20 local time

GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; DGNTRAVEL may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. For the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic connecting flight purchased from DGNTRAVEL is also refunded to the guest, but if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the visa service and travel health insurance, these services will have been used and therefore cannot be refunded to the guest. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance are also canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independent of DGNTRAVEL, in the event the trip is canceled by DGNTRAVEL, the guest cannot request any refund from DGNTRAVEL. The guest accepts in advance the financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and DGNTRAVEL cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, DGNTRAVEL has the right to not cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will only cover the airport transfer for outbound and return international travel.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel free of charge, excluding airline tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to by DGNTRAVEL, provided they notify DGNTRAVEL in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date. If there are fewer than 31 days remaining before the trip start date, they may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the tour fee remaining after the airline ticket amount; if there are 15 days or fewer remaining before the trip start date, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, since the cancellation/refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the requested cancellation period, information should be requested in advance regarding refunds. DGNTRAVEL cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation/refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and last no more than 2-3 hours, with panoramic narration from the vehicle, without museum or historical site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits/entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
7- Our guide may make changes to the day of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and historical sites. This also applies in cases of changes that may occur in flight times.
8- Points to be considered in our tours by Speed Boat: do not eat a heavy meal or drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their condition.
9- If participation is not made in the tour or meal services specified under the services included in the price, there will be no refund.
About Flights
10- DGNTRAVEL is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in possible disputes, in addition to the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention shall apply.
11- On scheduled and special flights, delays or flight time changes may occur. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time change/cancellation.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures required for people participating in tours with flights are personal procedures, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest before the flight at airports, from the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines' websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed personally by the guests.
16- DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for tour participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, are unable to take the flight. All expenses arising from matters such as obtaining new round-trip tickets required for missed flights and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the plane to join the tour are their responsibility.
17- The standard luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL.
18- For our guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles (upgrade to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrades may be made depending on the airline's availability (please check your membership airline). Miles are not guaranteed for every flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradable class.
19- On some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
Other Matters
20- DGNTRAVEL will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation procedures made by the guest directly through communication with the hotel. In this case, DGNTRAVEL cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where the hotel(s) in the tour program are listed only with category information without naming them, and/or are offered as alternatives for the same destination, DGNTRAVEL will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances farther than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by DGNTRAVEL 15 days before the tour departure date.
23- During registration for the purchased tour; the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered/disclosed correctly by the guest into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, check whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company your line belongs to.
25- The hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by DGNTRAVEL. Efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.
27- The breakfast served in hotels differs from the rich breakfast commonly known in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options, known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and for groups it may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
28- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined together if needed.
29- Child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel and room type.
30- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 (maximum).
32- Triple rooms have an extra bed application; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds and beds called coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms due to the extra beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations, and the bed type.
33- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an extra fee. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to the “single child” who falls within the age group staying with 2 adults.
35- Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment apply. Your additional requests, some extra services you may receive at the hotel (mini bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to an extra fee by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes that are applied in this way are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
37- The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works, and road conditions.
38- DGNTRAVEL may, in mandatory cases or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program.
39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the people participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during delivery to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
40- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health problems, the relevant medications and reports with them.
41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel at check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and DGNTRAVEL has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa application for Turkish citizens.
43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.
44- At customs crossings/border gates, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages so that entry-exit stamps can be placed in it.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed; passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
46- Our guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the other country passport must personally consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, DGNTRAVEL will not be responsible for the consequences.
47- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
48- Since there is a possibility that the police officer on duty at country entry-exit may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the mother and father when our guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
