- DAY ISTANBUL – ATHENS
Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart for Athens at 08:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1843. Arrive at 09:00 local time, and then our city tour of Athens begins with our vehicle awaiting at the airport. Notable places to see include Agora, Temple of Zeus, Parliament Building, Syntagma - Omonia Squares, Presidential Palace, Prime Minister's Residence, Historical Olympic Stadium, Panepistimiou Boulevards, National Library and Academy University. Following the panoramic city tour, free time. Then transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Athens.
- DAY ATHENS
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Athens Acropolis Tour which will be organized (60 Euro). The most important of acropolises meaning "high city" is the Athens Acropolis. Sites to see include the Temple of Athena Nike, the Parthenon Temple, and the Erechtheion. After the tour, guests may join an optional Corith Canal & Piraeus Port Tour (40 Euro). The canal connects the Aegean and Adriatic Seas over 6.5 km. After watching the passage of ships and taking photos, we will head to the port city of Piraeus located south of Athens. It is a large city closely integrated with Athens. Places to see include the City Theater, City Walls, and Mega Port. There will be free time to experience fresh seafood and typical Greek cuisine. After the tour, return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Athens.
- DAY ATHENS
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Nafplion Tour (70 Euro). Nafplion is a town in the Peloponnese that has a medieval atmosphere. Not only because of this feature, but also it has been an important port city for both the Venetians and the Ottomans. However, Nafplion's characteristics are not limited to these. Its narrow streets, well-kept colorful buildings, cafes and taverns lined up next to each other, and small to large boutiques, jewelry-design shops, and its long coastline and beach will be seen as the beauty of this rarely encountered city. Among the sights is the historical bronze fortress that dates back to antiquity, Akro Nafplio Castle. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Guests who wish can experience an optional Greek Tavern (70 Euro). A pleasant experience opportunity with Greek music, dance performances, typical Greek dishes, and limited local drinks at one of Athens' best local taverns. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Athens.
- DAY ATHENS
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Athens Outlet Tour (30 Euro). Free time for shopping until the hour specified by our guide. Then proceed to Athens airport. After luggage and ticket procedures, depart for Istanbul at 21:40 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1846. Arrive at 00:20 local time, and then the end of our tour.
- It is recommended that passengers participating in the tour have Covid comprehensive health insurance.
- It is the responsibility of the guests to follow the Covid-related procedural changes determined by the Ministries of Health of the countries they will be traveling to.
- A valid passport that has been issued for at least 6 months is mandatory for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Torn and worn passports cannot be used for entry.
- For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required documents for visa that can be obtained from our agencies must be submitted completely to the agency in writing at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
- The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or the country where the most accommodation will take place; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the failure of the passport police to allow entry into the country.
- In the event of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Adonis.com acts merely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, thus having no responsibility in case of non-approval, delays, or inaccuracies in the visa application, and the passenger has no right to claim compensation from Adonis.com in any way.
- Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
- When registering, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Fees for cancellation or changes in flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the passengers.
- Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be written confirmed by the guests by calling the central office 48 hours prior to departure dates.
- The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for changes in flight times and possible delays caused by airlines.
- Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not supported by Adonis.com for internal flight connections.
- For group tickets, airline rules apply, and if the outbound flight of a group ticket is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- The general baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On internal flights within the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
- In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be informed of the tour cancellation 20 days in advance.
- The itinerary specified in the tour program is a sample route and may be changed during the tour.
- City promotional tours may be conducted on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
- Excursions mentioned in the programs may be conducted on different days from the specified day/days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
- Additional tours can only be conducted if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; otherwise, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide, and prices may be adjusted if necessary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the non-conductance of these trips or tours.
- Additional tours along the way are held if there are at least 10 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be waited at the rest stop.
- Tours or excursions not permitted for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
- Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
- Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star rating.
- All hotel names mentioned in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are listed to provide examples of star rating and distance. This does not imply that accommodation will be in the mentioned hotel.
- In triple rooms, an extra bed may be applied, where the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed or is an additional foldable bed.
- During your trip, please make sure to take all your belongings with you when leaving the vehicles and hotels you stay in.
- Child discounts apply only for children of certain age groups staying with 2 adults.
- In cases where children under 18 years old, who are not legally adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the consent letters required for participation during the trip.
- In cases of cancellation and changes, the "ADONIS.COM SALES AGREEMENT" is applicable.
