- Day ISTANBUL – TASHKENT
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in the Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal 3 hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Tashkent at 01:20 with Turkish Airlines flight number TK 368. Arrival in Tashkent at 07:55 local time. After passport and customs procedures, we will depart with our private vehicle waiting at the airport to have our breakfast. After breakfast, our city tour begins, and we will visit places including Barak Khan Medresseh, Kaffal-i Shashi Mausoleum, and Tilla Sheikh Mosque. Following this, we will see the original copy of the Quran from the time of Hazrat Osman at the Directorate of Religious Affairs, visit the Kökaldash Madrasah, the famous Tashkent Metro, and the famous Tashkent Bazaar. After our tour, dinner and overnight accommodation at our hotel.
- Day TASHKENT – SAMARKAND
After an early breakfast at the hotel, we will depart to Samarkand with our private vehicle. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. The ancient city of Samarkand, described as a fairy tale of the East by poets and travelers, was a symbol of power and elegance in the 14th century. Samarkand is the only city where three great commanders ruled (Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, Tamerlane). The places we will visit include Guri Amir (Tamerlane), Registan Square, Ulugh Beg Madrasah, Ulugh Beg Observatory, Shir-Dor Madrasah, Tillakari Madrasah, Kökaldash Madrasah, and Shah-i-Zinda Necropolis. After our tour, dinner and overnight accommodation in Samarkand.
- Day SAMARKAND – BUKHARA
After an early breakfast at the hotel, we will depart to Bukhara with our private vehicle. Upon arrival, we will trace memories of a time when the Renaissance of Islam took place in Bukhara, the university city of Turks in the Middle Ages. The places we will visit include Lebi Havuz Mosque, Jewish Quarter, Poi Kalon Complex, Kalan Minaret built by the first Turkish Islamic state Karakhanids, Mir Arab Madrasah, Ulugh Beg Madrasah, and Chor Minor Madrasah. After the tours, free time will be available. Dinner and overnight accommodation at our hotel in Bukhara.
- Day BUKHARA – KHIVA
After breakfast, we will head to Khiva, the heart of Khwarezm. Upon arrival in Khiva, we will check into our hotel and have some free time. At a time determined by our guide, we will have dinner amid the unmatched architectural beauty of Khiva. After dinner, we will take a fairytale-like stroll through the streets of Khiva, which was once a unique stop on exhausting desert journeys. Overnight accommodation at our hotel in Khiva.
- Day KHIVA
After breakfast, our city tour in Khiva begins. The places we will visit include the UNESCO World Heritage site Ichan Kala, the old fortress Kunya-Ark, Juma Mosque, the Islam Khoja Madrasah and Minaret, Allah Kulu Khan Madrasah, Muhammad Amin Khan, Muhammad Rahim Khan Madrasah, Shirgazi Khan Madrasah, Pehlivan Dervaze Gate, and Tashkale Caravanserai. After our tour, we will have free time for shopping in the fairytale markets of Khiva. Dinner and overnight accommodation at our hotel in Khiva.
- Day KHIVA – URGENCH – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Urgench Airport. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at 08:30 with Turkish Airlines flight number TK263. Arrival at 10:50 local time marks the end of our tour.
- Passengers traveling to Uzbekistan for tourism must have health insurance.
- It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or worn passports.
- In order to apply for a visa, it is required to submit a passport valid for at least 6 months along with the documents specified in the visa requirements list, which can be obtained from our agencies, at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
- The visa must be obtained from the first country you enter on the tour or from the country where you will stay the longest; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
- In the event of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our clients; therefore, in case of visa denial, delay, or errors in the visa, Adonis.com holds no responsibility, and the passenger has no right to claim compensation from Adonis.com.
- Adonis.com is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
- During registration, the name, birth date, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the passengers.
- Flight times may change before departure, and all guests are required to confirm the flight times in writing by calling the central office at least 48 hours before the departure date.
- The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for any time changes or delays made by the airline.
- Guests who do not confirm their flight times and routes are not covered by Adonis.com for any changes in domestic flight connections.
- For group tickets, the airline rules apply, and if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- Generally, luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights in the countries visited, this weight may drop to 15kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
- In the case of insufficient participants for the package tour, cancellation will be communicated to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
- The tour itinerary specified in the program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the tour course.
- City introduction tours may be carried out a day or days later depending on the arrival time in the city.
- The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than the designated days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
- Extra tours can only be carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people; if there are fewer participants, it will be conducted at the discretion of the guide and may have its prices adjusted if necessary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
- Optional extra tours along the way will only take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Passengers who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at the break site.
- Tours or excursions that local authorities do not allow for any reason will not take place. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- Museum and historical site entry fees are not included in the prices.
- Adonis.com reserves the right to change the hotel names while keeping the star category the same.
- All hotel names mentioned in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written only as a sample for category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made at the mentioned hotel.
- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed option; the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed or can be an additional folding cot.
- Please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the vehicles and hotels you are using during your trip.
- Child discounts are only valid for children within a certain age group who are accompanied by 2 adults.
- In cases where children under 18 years of age who are not considered adults are not accompanied by either one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent documents during the trip.
