DAY 1 ISTANBUL- HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (Glass-Bottom Boat, ATV Desert Safari, and City Tour Included)
5:00 AM We recommend you to be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
8:10 AM We depart for Hurghada on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 618.
10:50 AM Arrival. After the necessary procedures, we set off with our vehicle for the Glass-Bottom Boat Observation Tour (included in your package). The Red Sea is one of the seas with the richest underwater life, featuring colorful corals and various exotic fish. During this enjoyable trip, you will be able to observe the magical world beneath the surface from our glass-bottom boat. (You can also enhance your experience by paying an additional fee for a SeaScope/Submarine tour.) After our tour, we will transfer to the hotel and check-in. Your hotel accommodation is on an All-Inclusive basis. After lunch, we will depart from our hotel for the ATV and Bedouin Camp Tour in the Desert. In this tour, you will witness the magnificent views of the sunset in the desert, which will continue with a visit to the Bedouin Camp. (The headscarf, goggles, and water priced at 10 USD per person are not included. You can also switch to a single ATV or use a Buggy or Spider for an additional charge.) Afterwards, we will start our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package). Locations we will see include the lively area of El Dahr Region, the attraction center Marina, the famous hotel area Sahl Hasheesh Region, the city's most important religious structure Al Mina Mosque, the most significant temple for the Christian population Coptic Church, and the Fish Market where fresh seafood caught in the bountiful waters of the Red Sea is sold.
DAY 2 HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour Included)
After receiving specially prepared breakfast packages from our hotel, we will travel to Luxor very early in the morning with our private vehicle. (Approximately 330 km) (Note: Our vehicles, at the oldest 5 years old, are managed with two drivers for safe travel on long roads. We offer various snacks, water, tea, and coffee service, and also provide free WIFI internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will begin a Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); on the East bank of Luxor, we will see Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Sphinx Avenue, Corniche, and the Nile River. Our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs' Era, which has thousands of years of history. Next, we will conduct the Karnak Temple Tour, known as the 'temple whose construction never ends' because each arriving Pharaoh adds something to it, and is the most important religious structure of the Pharaohs' Era. (Admission fee is included.) We will take a shopping break at an Alabaster Shop where various souvenirs made of alabaster, one of Egypt's world-famous natural stones, are sold. After that, you will have free time until the evening hours. (You can join the West Luxor Tour with lunch for an additional fee, if you wish.) After the tour, we will transfer back to Hurghada. You can have your dinner at the late dinner buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the necessity of moving in a convoy when going to and returning from Luxor, you must pay close attention to the times that will be communicated to you by our guide. If you are not ready at the stated time for departure, you will have to go to and return from Luxor on your own.
DAY 3 HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After checking out of the rooms and having breakfast, we depart for Cairo with our private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Note: Our vehicles are at the oldest 5 years old, and we ensure safe travel with a double driver on long roads. We provide snacks, water, tea, and coffee service, and offer free WIFI internet in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will start our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); we will explore key places in the city such as Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Enver Sadat Memorial, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, and Gezira Island. Afterward, we will provide free time in the center. (You can join the Khan el Khalili Bazaar and Dinner Cruise with Show on the Nile for an additional fee, if you wish.) After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and check in.
DAY 4 CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast and checking out of the rooms, we will depart for one of the most exciting places of our trip, the Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour. (Admission fee is included.) In this tour, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and has managed to remain standing to this day, you will marvel at the architectural features and the technology and means used to build it thousands of years ago. You will visit Panorama Hill, Khafre Valley Temple, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Pyramid of Khafre with the guidance of our tour guide. (Entrance tickets to the tunnels inside the pyramids are not included and we do not recommend entering.) After the tour, we will go to a Papyrus Shop to see and learn about the production stages of Papyrus paper, one of the most significant products of the Pharaohs' Era. Then, we will complete our shopping at the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop, whose roots also date back to the Pharaohs' Era. After the tour, you will have free time. Return to the hotel is at your discretion. You will be transferred to the airport at the time determined by the guide. (Guests wishing can join the newly opened Grand Museum/GEM Tour with lunch for an additional fee.)
DAY 5 CAIRO- ISTANBUL
3:15 AM We depart for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 583.
6:20 AM Arrival in Istanbul.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1 -You need to confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, flights of other airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic tickets that you arrange and purchase without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
2 -Our guide and our company may make changes to the tour program flow as long as the content remains the same.
3 - In Egypt, the cancellation and refund of any service purchased individually or collectively is not possible. If you purchase them along with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package will also apply to additional services. We recommend purchasing a secure package insurance policy from your agency against accidents, as there will be no other application our company can make once reservations are made and paid to service providers. Individual purchases are subject to list prices.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;

* For groups of 8 or fewer people, a minibus will be used.
5- The routes of the tour, bus, and flight may change without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-For the tours to take place with a Turkish guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-For a price difference, they can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on package tours exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
2-At the moment of purchasing the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the tour they have purchased;
A-If there is a health problem confirmed by a doctor's report for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on package tours exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the departure of the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount on package tours exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure of the tour, no refund will be made.
D-If the guest is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time, they can join the tour by reaching another point at their own expense. If they prefer not to do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-If there is a delay due to some tours picking up guests from different hotels, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the time the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, it cannot be considered a reason for the tour's cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F-Our authorized staff will provide necessary information about the movement time at free time and break points during the tour. If the guest is late and if the tour flow will not be affected, our staff may wait for a reasonable time or continue. In contrary cases, the guest can either reach the next point at their own expense to continue the tour or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt, all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Relevant Authorities in Egypt. In our tours and activities, if a service is deficient or faulty; since the process you spend with us in Egypt is constantly monitored by our company, problems are resolved with instantaneous interventions, and/or a partial or full refund is made based on the problem. The discount on package tours will be deducted from the price, and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, delays due to technical failures, and similar circumstances that may arise beyond its control.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health problems, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff to learn the conditions of the tour and make your decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel riding activities carry certain risks of accidents that may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held liable for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please consult our authorized staff for information. If you are still unsure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly urge you to comply with the warnings from our authorized personnel, to strictly follow the precautions provided to you, and to wear the safety equipment as required. Otherwise, you may be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-When visiting places of religious significance, it is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing. Our company bears no responsibility for guests who are not allowed to enter such places due to their clothing.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Wearing comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, bringing or renting scarves, shawls, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies and special dietary needs. You should be aware that we may not always be able to meet such special needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-Throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not drink tap water or other beverages, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they are thoroughly washed and peeled, and avoid consuming unpackaged foods sold in open places. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, the related costs will be your responsibility.
10-Like any careful individual, we especially recommend that you obtain your Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
