2- Reservations with local service providers are made and payments are made as soon as the guest purchases the tour. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-if a health problem confirmed by a doctor's report occurs for themselves and/or their companion staying in the same room, the paid amount for that tour will be fully refunded. E-Some tours take guests from different hotels; therefore, if a delay occurs, the guest will contact our authorized personnel to learn the time of arrival of the vehicle. F-Authorized personnel will inform the guest of the necessary information for the meeting times during the free times and breaks during the tour. If the guest is late, they may be waited for a reasonable period if it does not impact the tour flow; otherwise, they will need to continue to the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their expense. In such cases, there will be no refund of the fee.

During tours and activities, if incomplete and/or defective service occurs; since your process in Egypt with us is continuously tracked by our company, on-the-spot interventions resolve the problem in question, and/or a partial or full refund is made according to the issue. The discounts of discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net paid amount will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical malfunctions, and such.

5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, diving, camel rides, and such activities carry certain risks of accidents and can even lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please consult with our qualified personnel.
