ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – (Siena Tour) – ROME
We arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s International Terminal 3 hours before departure and, after completing ticketing, baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we fly to Bologna on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1217 at 12:40. After arriving in Bologna at 14:20 local time, we proceed by private coach waiting for us to our hotel in the Rome region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Siena Tour (50 Euro). Siena is famous for its narrow streets and lanes dating back to the Middle Ages, as well as Campo Square, which is regarded as one of the largest squares in Europe. After a pleasant visit to Campo Square in Siena and the narrow, historic streets leading to it, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Rome region. ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euro). Our first stop on this tour is Nemi. Known for its wild strawberries and therefore called the “Strawberry Village,” Nemi hosts an annual strawberry festival. After a sightseeing tour in Nemi, where narrow streets opening onto squares, a captivating lake and valley view, and the scent of strawberries in the air come together, we take you on a historical journey through Rome and its icons, a city described as Urbs caput mundi, meaning “the city at the center of the world,” presenting art, history, music, shopping, sunshine, and cuisine. With buildings in different styles ranging from antiquity to the Renaissance, Rome showcases the city’s history and aesthetics. While architects compete with one another to create these works, thousands of tourists flock to the city in every season, yet Rome can accommodate even these crowds without overwhelming visitors. On our tour, the Colosseum, the city’s symbol and the ancient amphitheater that hosted gladiator fights throughout the Roman Empire; the Roman Forum, the ceremonial center of the city in imperial times; the Trevi Fountain, where legend says that whoever throws a coin in will return to Rome; the Spanish Steps, famous for street performers; Piazza Pietra; and Piazza Popolo will be seen panoramically. At the end of the tour, we offer free time at Pantheon in central Rome. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour (65 Euro). Starting with a view of Castel Sant’Angelo and Piazza Navona, we visit Vatican / San Pietro, the center of the Catholic branch of Christianity and the world’s smallest country by area. We offer free time at St. Peter’s Square (Piazza San Pietro), where thousands of Catholics come to worship every year and where the Pope greets the public from his residence on special occasions, and where the Basilica of Saint Peter, the world’s largest cathedral with 140 statues of saints, stands. After the allotted free time, we begin our Rome Local Neighborhoods tour. In this tour, where we mingle with the people of Rome and feel like residents of the city ourselves, we experience the authentic Italian atmosphere in Trastevere, with its natural charm and simplicity as well as its cafés, small family restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and many other small and charming shops; Piazza Trilussa; Ponte Sisto; and the Ghetto district, along with the ancient Tiber Island, connected to the city by two bridges, are among the places seen panoramically. After a walk through the small tables-lined, labyrinth-like narrow backstreets, we conclude our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (Naples Tour) – (Pearl of Amalfi Sorrento or Lunch Included Pompeii Tour) – ROME
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Naples Tour (40 Euro). Upon arrival in Naples, we conduct our tour, seeing Castel Nuovo, Palazzo Reale di Napoli, Galleria Umberto, Teatro di San Carlo, Via Toledo, Piazza del Plebiscito, and Basilica Reale Pontificia San Francesco da Paola. After the Naples tour, during the free time offered, guests who wish may join the optional Lunch Included Pompeii Tour (80 Euro). We begin with lunch at a local restaurant, then continue to Pompeii, which lies at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, whose eruption in AD 79 destroyed the city. After extensive excavations by archaeologists starting in 1748, the city was revealed in all its liveliness. We complete our tour with a visit to the ancient city of Pompeii. Or, guests who wish may join the optional Amalfi Pearl Sorrento Tour (80 Euro). Sorrento, whose history dates back to prehistoric times, combines Italian character and charm with a Mediterranean style, captivating visitors with its small tourist boutiques, stunning beaches, breathtaking views, and its famous Italian lemon liqueur, Limoncello. After a city tour and sightseeing in Sorrento on the Amalfi coast, we offer free time. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (San Gimignano Tour) – (Florence Masterpieces and Pisa Tour) – FLORENCE
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to our hotel in the Florence region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional San Gimignano Tour (50 Euro). San Gimignano, which has preserved its medieval architecture and appearance to the present day, is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is also known as the “Town of Beautiful Towers” thanks to 14 architectural marvels that survived from the 76 towers once standing after wars and natural disasters. In San Gimignano’s narrow streets, which feel like a journey back in time to the Middle Ages, and in its squares where the 14 magnificent towers can be seen panoramically, we enjoy a sightseeing tour before continuing to our hotel in the Florence region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Florence Masterpieces and Pisa Tour (95 Euro). First, in Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, we will see the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral from the outside, instantly recognizable by its orange dome and the world’s 4th largest church in Europe. One of the cathedral’s most striking features is the bronze door known as the “Gate of Paradise,” depicting the symbolic representations of the prophets’ stories mentioned in the Quran as well. We will then see Giotto’s Bell Tower, once used to call the people to parliament, Piazza della Signoria, the political and social center of Florence for centuries and home to Michelangelo’s famous David, and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), famous for its antique and jewelry shops. After the Florence Masterpieces tour, our next destination is Pisa. Upon arrival in Pisa, we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and Miracles Square. After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Milan. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Cinque Terre Tour by Train (65 Euro). Cinque Terre is a region on Italy’s Ligurian coast known for its colorful houses, terraced slopes running parallel to the coast, and seaside towns. With its narrow streets, coastal views, and preserved architecture, it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We complete the tour with a sightseeing visit and tour in one of the 5 villages that give Cinque Terre its name, then continue our journey to Milan. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Portofino Tour by Boat (65 Euro). Portofino, surrounded by colorful houses and having inspired songs with its beauty, enchants visitors with its narrow streets, colorful houses, green hills, and turquoise Mediterranean views. After our Portofino visit, we continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Milan region, room check-in and free time to rest.

After breakfast, during the free time offered, guests who wish may join the optional Milan Masterpieces and Como Tour (95 Euro). Our first stop on this tour is Milan. As one of Europe’s fashion capitals, Milan also stands out for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although known as Italy’s business and financial capital, it is also the right place for shopping and dining. During our tour in Milan, the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano are among the main places to be seen. After the Milan Masterpieces Tour, we arrive in Como. Upon arrival, we visit Lake Como, famous for its luxury lifestyle and natural beauty, home to summer houses of Hollywood stars, European elites, and the global jet set, and we take a photo break while enjoying the lake’s unique scenery. After free time in Como, guests who wish may join the optional Lugano (Switzerland) Tour (45 Euro), arranged only for guests who will participate in the Milan Masterpieces and Como Tour. On this tour, located within Switzerland, we will enjoy a peaceful walk along the shores of Lake Lugano, which will charm us with its unique nature, wonderful views, and city park, and we will photograph the beautiful landscape and enjoy the exceptional scenery. MILAN – (Verona Tour) – VENICE – (Venice Masterpieces and Colorful Islands Tour by Boat)
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we travel to our hotel in the Venice region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Verona Tour (50 Euro). Verona, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to Italy’s second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum and the house of the famous love story Romeo and Juliet, written by the English writer Shakespeare and known today as the world’s greatest love story. After our panoramic sightseeing walk through Via Mazzini (main square) and Erbe Square, surrounded by many shops, cafés, and stores, where we also see Verona Cathedral, we complete the tour and continue our journey to our hotel in the Venice region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Venice Masterpieces and Colorful Islands Tour by Boat (125 Euro – including Vaporetto transportation). In the first part of our tour in Venice, we will see iconic structures such as St. Mark’s Square, built of stone and marble with its columns brought from Istanbul, St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace designed and used as a symbol of splendor and power, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower, then enjoy a pleasant walk through Venice’s streets connected by bridges and lined with narrow canals. In the continuation of our tour, we organize our Colorful Islands program. In this tour, where we will have the chance to observe Venice Island from different angles as we pass through the lagoons, we will see Lido and Murano from the sea and visit Burano Island, a fishing village known as one of the 10 most colorful places in the world and famous for its lace. VENICE – BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, at the time specified by our guide, we depart for Bologna Airport for our flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1218 at 15:25. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:55 local time and end of the tour.
