Important Notes
INFORMATION,
- It is recommended to use credit cards for shopping and expenses in all countries included in the tour. Each country has its own currency, and the most common and secure payment methods are bank cards or credit cards. If we have Euros, currency exchange will only be possible in certain locations. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation system (seat changing) is implemented in the daily seating plan, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
- There is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days to bring items (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) from abroad into Turkey.
- The duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcohol-containing beverages over 22%, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including wine and champagne with less than 22% alcohol), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- The tour guides may make changes to the program flow as long as they show all the places specified in the program, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests registering for the tour have a right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour departure.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 persons. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the names of the hotels and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days prior to the tour departure.
- Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds consist of folding beds or coach beds, participants in the tour accept that they acknowledge the potential cramped conditions and bed types in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child matching the age group staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfasts included in the tour services are generally served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, suitable for the breakfast culture of the country being visited and can be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as up to 2-3 hours tours with a presentation by the guide from the vehicle, showcasing the general introduction of the cities and do not include museum or site entry fees. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if they cannot take place due to local authorities denying access, closed roads due to any event, or if the tours become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot in places where vehicle access is not allowed or where roads are closed within the scope of available possibilities.
- During customs crossings made by road, waiting times may exceed standard durations, and Viyatravel is not responsible for any negative outcomes resulting from these waiting periods.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 persons. If sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, the tours cannot be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may change depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited and weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour acknowledge that they accept to wait in a suitable resting facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the location they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
- For participants on flight tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal matters and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters in the airports or online on the airline's websites before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures in a timely manner, or who complete the check-in and boarding procedures in a timely manner but do not board the plane. All expenses related to purchasing new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination area due to missed flights will be borne by them.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur in scheduled and charter flights, or timings may change before the existing trip and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of timing changes when they purchase the trip. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport taxes and fees for airport services.

- Istanbul – Oslo
- Meet at the Pegasus Airlines counter at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Oslo on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1273 at 10:55. We arrive at 13:50 local time and start our city tour of Oslo with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Oslo is known for its high standard of living and natural beauty. Founded as a port city in 1049, it was formerly named "Christiania" and has been called Oslo since 1925. During our city tour, we will see places such as the Royal Palace, City Hall, National Theater, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Opera House, Akershus Fortress, and Frogner Park. Upon arrival, we will board a ship and photograph Norway's breathtaking fjords from the deck while enjoying the view of waterfalls cascading from snowy mountains. Karlstad is a small settlement located at the confluence of Klarälven, one of Sweden's longest rivers, and Vänern Lake, one of Sweden's largest lakes. The city harbor here is the second-largest lake harbor in Sweden after Västerås. During our tour, we will see Karlstad Cathedral and Karlstad Old Town Square. - After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a city tour of Stockholm, one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and colorful cities in Northern Europe. As the capital and largest city of Sweden, Stockholm has been the cultural, artistic, and economic center of the country for centuries, and with its colorful buildings, historical structures, and natural beauties, it continues to be a popular destination for tourists. During our city tour in Stockholm, we will see the City Hall, Kungstradgarden Central Park, National Theater Building, Stock Exchange Building, Gamla Stan (the Old Town) district meaning "Old City," and the Royal Palace. After the city tour, guests who wish can join the optional Vasa Ship Museum tour (50 Euro). The Vasa Museum is an impressive structure carrying traces of the 17th-century warship Vasa. Although Vasa was designed to be a majestic and powerful warship when it was launched in 1628, it tragically sank on its first voyage.
