GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. For the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour, the domestic connecting flight ticket purchased from the Agency is also refunded to the guest. If visa service and travel health insurance were used for a visa application made on behalf of the guest, these services are considered used and cannot be refunded. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance are also canceled and refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight ticket from a supplier other than the Agency, no refund may be requested from the Agency in the event the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance, at the time of purchase, any material or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency has the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will cover only the overseas round-trip airport transfer. Cancellation and Changes 4- On our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-refundable flight ticket costs will be charged as a penalty. 5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify the Agency in writing, except for airline tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to by the Agency. If there are 31 days or less until the trip start date, cancellation can be made by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee after the flight ticket cost. If there are 15 days or less until the trip start date, cancellation can be made by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, because the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa service, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the requested cancellation period, prior information should be requested regarding their refundability. The Agency cannot guarantee refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Optional Tours 6- The days and times of the tours stated in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged to introduce the cities in general and conducted as panoramic tours from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting no more than 2-3 hours and not including museum or historical site entrance fees. If the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and at the time they are scheduled due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or if they become impossible due to weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to perform such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, if possible. 8- Our guide may change the day of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of museums and historical sites. This also applies in cases of changes in flight times. 9- In our tours conducted by speed boats, the following precautions should be observed: heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and large amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guide. 10- No refund will be made if guests do not participate in the tour or meal service specified under the services included in the price. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. In possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and special flights. The Agency is obliged to inform such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the trip accepting the risk of changes/cancellation in flight times. 13- Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax. 14- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- For guests participating in tours including flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline’s website. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards in the terminal. Guests must follow this information personally. 17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who, despite completing them on time, do not board the aircraft. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area, etc., required for guests who miss their flight in order to join the tour, are borne by them. 18- The standard baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on those flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class), upgrades can be made after the tickets are issued, subject to availability with the airline (please check the airline with which you are a member). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class. 20- On some airlines, food, beverages, and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, the Agency’s cancellation conditions shall apply. 22- If hotels are specified only by category without naming them in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, the guest will be informed by the Agency 48 hours before departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than the stated locations or kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the departure date of the tour. 24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter/declare the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties arising from cancellation or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company that provides your line. 26- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests related to the room made by the Agency (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel. Efforts are made to ensure the assigned rooms meet the guest’s preferences according to hotel availability. However, these requests depend on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfast offered in hotels differs from the rich breakfast commonly known in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group. 29- In some cases, a double room may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined together if necessary. 30- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room type. 31- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to the hotel’s availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The maximum capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1. 33- Extra bed application applies in 3-person rooms; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are foldable or coach beds. Guests are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type resulting from extra beds added to standard rooms in triple-room and/or child bookings. 34- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children stated in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the child’s age. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to a “single child” in the age group eligible for staying with 2 adults. 36- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. Rates at the time of payment apply. Additional requests and some extra services obtained at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit. 38- Distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be longer due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the destination country, roadworks, and road conditions. 39- In mandatory situations or when deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used without altering the content of the program. 40- The belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the item owner. 41- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and medical reports if they have any health issues. 42- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at checkout is a matter between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement. Visa and Passport 1- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip. 2- For customs crossings/border checkpoints, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages for entry/exit stamps. 3- Being visa-exempt or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not mean that you will be allowed to enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse your entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country’s passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the destination country to the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 5- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gates of the countries to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- For guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, since the police officer on duty at entry/exit may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.
