In such a case, the agency must inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or e-mail. The guest has no right to claim in this situation. • Guests can get a refund for cancellations and changes made up to 30 days prior to the start date of the service without specifying a reason. For cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days prior, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; for those made between 15-7 days, 50% will be deducted; for those made 7 days or less prior, 100% will be deducted. • Guests who have purchased a Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package may cancel their purchased package tour without specifying a reason until 72 hours prior to the start date of the tour. All museum entrances must be paid by guests. **INFORMATION ABOUT BATUM** According to the agreement made between Turkey and Georgia, Turkish citizens can enter Batumi with their identity cards that contain their TC identity number. Entry is not allowed with other identification cards (such as driver's licenses, institutional ID cards, etc.). For guests under 18 who will not be traveling with both parents (their mother and father at the same time), it is necessary to obtain a notarized consent form for entry into Batumi. It is mandatory for all IDs, including those of infants and children, to have a photo. Identity cards must be undamaged and not older than 10 years. As of September 1, 2020, entry into Batumi with old identity cards is no longer permitted. Guests are required to carry their TC identity card with them. The foreign departure fee of 710₺ must be paid by the guest. DGN Travel is not responsible for problems encountered at the Georgian border due to deformities in the identity documents. Foreign guests who have entered Turkey with a passport must have a multiple entry visa to be able to travel to Georgia and return to Turkey. Moreover, the visa protocol between Georgia and the countries to which the passports or identity cards belong will determine if visa-free passage is allowed. Citizens of the TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) may enter Turkey using their TRNC identity cards, and they will also be able to enter Georgia with these identity cards. TRNC citizens entering Turkey with an EU passport must also have a multiple entry visa to be able to return to Turkey.

Commonly known as the Virgin Mary, Sümela Monastery is believed to have taken its name from the word "melas," meaning black. We explore Sümela Monastery with the guidance of our tour guide. After completing our tours here, we will meet our bus and head to a facility where we will taste the famous Hamsiköy rice pudding.
