• The duration of the tour is 2 Nights 3 Days, including the departure and return day, and requires 2 nights of hotel accommodation.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding excursions are packaged and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, surrounding excursions, etc. are not refundable.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided with a separate bed during hotel stays.
• In hotel accommodations, our 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays on an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities of DGN Travel. Depending on the density in the area and hotels, changes may be made provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours prior to tour departure upon request, based on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection among rooms is not possible.
• Our resting places may change due to reasons such as density, renovation, etc., while maintaining the same location and service standards.
• In the program schedule, in case of weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at visit sites, etc., the guide may make changes if deemed necessary.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for places that could not be visited despite being listed in the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visitation sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by the guide during the tour. Under such circumstances, guests do not have a right to claim.
• In our tours with flights, changes may be made to the itinerary at regional airports as long as they do not affect the points of interest in the tour program. In such cases, DGN Travel will provide information to the guest along with the flight tickets. If there are no deficiencies related to the airport change in the program, the guest does not have a right to claim.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for delays in our tours with flights due to weather conditions or delays caused by the airline. In such cases, the guest does not have a right to claim.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for changes in flight times made by the airline. Any changes in flight schedules will be communicated to the guest by DGN Travel.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of bookings within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may gradually rise. DGN Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, it is not possible to secure a price without a prepayment.
• No seat number guarantees can be given during the reservation. There is no guarantee of the notes entered during the reservation. No special seat selection such as front or rear is allowed.
• The seat arrangement inside the vehicle is organized by DGN Travel Operations based on the order of reservation. Refunds are not possible in case of objections regarding seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, will take place based on the number of participants and available staff. Extra tours on the way will be carried out even if all guests do not participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by our guide. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to join the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest area.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, guests do not have a right to claim. DGN Travel has no responsibility in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary according to periods. In such cases, the date of the tour is considered rather than the date the guest purchased the tour. The price of the extra tour for the period in which the tour takes place is applicable. The guest agrees to this by purchasing the tour.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• In cases where minors under 18 years old are not accompanied by one or both parents, a consent form is required to be kept with the individual during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour should have their health problems, pregnancy conditions, and reports of medications they use regularly with them.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., according to the times designated for departure points.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and DGN Travel is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops where we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle staff for different drop-off points.
• According to traffic law, all our guests must wear seat belts throughout the journey, otherwise DGN Travel is not responsible for any situation.
• The responsibility for personal belongings inside the vehicle belongs to the guest, especially at rest points.
• Since the sightseeing on the first day will start without entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need separately.
• Due to the program's intensity during the tour, it is advisable to be prepared as finding ATMs or currency exchange offices may not always be possible.
• The program may involve long journeys. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of economical menus unique to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables divided based on crowding in the area will be used.
• The starting and ending route of our tours is determined according to the area's density. Before the tour starts, guests can inquire about the confirmed starting and ending points two days in advance if they wish.
• If the travel agency does not reach the sufficient number of participants, they are obliged to inform the guest, and the guest may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it, or the travel agency may arrange for the guest to participate by ticketing to the nearest departure point. In such cases, the agency must inform the guest three (3) days in advance through a call, SMS, or e-mail. Under such circumstances, the guest does not have a right to claim.
• Guests may cancel and change the service without providing a reason until 30 days before the service's start date, and the fee paid will be refunded. For cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days before the tour date, a 0% cut is applied to the reservation fee; for cancellations and changes made 15 to 7 days before, a P% cut is applied; and for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before, a 0% cut is applied to the reservation fee.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without specifying a reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and museum entrance fees are not included in the tour price. All museum entries must be paid by the guests.
