After panaramic viewing of the Historic Stone Bridge over the Seyhan River, we head to Adana Sabancı Central Mosque, one of the most important mosques in the region. The main dome with a 32-meter diameter corresponds to the 32 farza, the 28 domes in the courtyard correspond to the 28 prophets mentioned in the Quran, and the 40 windows in the main dome correspond to the age of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and 40 rakats of prayer. The 6 minarets at 99 meters correspond to Allah's 99 beautiful names. After visiting this architectural marvel, we bid farewell to Adana and move towards Halfeti.

  • After the construction of the Birecik Dam, part of Halfeti is submerged underwater. For our guests who wish, we board the boat waiting for us to start the Halfeti Boat Tour (extra). During our boat trip on the dam lake, we will see the Cave of the Daughter of the King, Rumkale, and the mosque and minaret of the village of Bilesur underwater in the Euphrates waters. After finishing our boat tour, we take a short break in Halfeti. After our break, we head towards Şanlıurfa, the City of Prophets, where Prophet Ibrahim was born, cast into the fire, Prophet Job suffered, and Prophet Shu'ayb worshiped.

  • Next, we head to Balıklı Göl, one of the first places that comes to mind when mentioning Şanlıurfa. Balıklı Göl is located southwest of the city center and is known as the place where Prophet Ibrahim was thrown into the fire. It is one of Şanlıurfa's most visited places due to its sacred fish and historical sites surrounding it. After seeing the Balıklı Göl (Halil-Ür Rahman) formed at the place where Hz. Ibrahim was thrown into the fire, and Aynzeliha Lake, which is said to be formed from the tears of Nimrod's daughter Zeliha, we take a photo break after receiving information from our guide. After the sunrise, the giant god statues will reveal themselves, and our guide will begin detailing the site. At the peak at 2150 meters, the Tomb of King I. Antiochos is located. On the eastern and western terraces, statues of Zeus (Oromasdes), Apollon, Mithras, Helios, Hermes, Heracles, Artagnes, Ares, Kommagene, Tiche, and his own huge statues have been erected under the order of King I. Antiochos. King I. Antiochos clearly emphasized a blend of Greek-Persian religion and culture in these works. After hearing the information from our guide, let’s enjoy the unique sunrise view while recalling Antiochos' testament; “My birthday will be celebrated every month and year, and for this day, the high priest will dress in Persian clothes provided by me and the laws and will place golden wreaths over us, burn fragrant incense generously, slaughter sacrifices, and prepare the holy banquets filled with the best food and wines. My nation assembled here will feast abundantly.” After the narrations of our guide, we will descend from Nemrut Mountain.
