Important Notes
• The duration of the tour is 3 Nights and 4 Days, including the departure and return days, with 2 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night involves travel.
• The tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and excursions as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, guidance, excursions, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are priority accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. Changes may be made to the standards of hotels and regions due to occupancy, provided that the same standards are maintained. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours prior to departure upon request, subject to availability.
• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel itself. Room selection is not available.
• Our stopover locations may change due to density, renovations, etc., while maintaining the same location and service standards.
• In the schedule of the program (during the course of the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, and density at visited sites.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited during the tour due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, density at visited sites, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings given by the guide during the tour. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. The increase in the number of reservations within the package tour and the approach of the date may cause an increase in tour prices as well. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be done without an advance payment.
• It is not possible to guarantee specific seat numbers during reservations. The notes entered in the reservation do not guarantee anything. Special seat selections like front or back seats are not available.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the Dgn Travel Operations considering the order of reservations. In case of disputes regarding seat arrangements, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program will take place depending on the number of participants and the existing personnel conditions. Extra tours along the way will still be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests not participating in additional tours will be directed by the guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour accepting to wait at the stopover locations.
• If an additional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any rights to claim. Dgn Travel is not responsible in this case.
• The prices for extra tours may change according to periods. In such cases, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered, but rather the date the tour departs. The prices for extra tours during the period of the tour will apply. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim from guests for material damages caused by them.
• Children under 18, who are not considered adults, are required to have a notarized consent form with them if they are not accompanied by one or both of their parents during the tour.
• Guests participating in the tour are required to carry reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications they are constantly using.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., during the specified departure times.
• Information about the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we pick them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location with the vehicle staff.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during their trip, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any situations otherwise.
• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle lies with the guest at stopovers, etc.
• Since the first day’s tour will start without entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to bring with you separately.
• It is advisable to be prepared as finding ATMs, currency exchanges, etc. places may not always be possible due to the intensity of the program during the tour.
• Long distances may be covered during the scheduled programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of local, budget-friendly menus. Tables grouped according to regional density will be used for lunch and dinner.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to the regional density. Guests can inquire about the confirmed starting and ending route of our tour 2 days in advance if they wish.
• In the case the tour does not reach sufficient numbers, the agency is obliged to inform the guest and provide the option to postpone to the next date or cancel the tour. Alternatively, tickets may be arranged for the nearest departure point to ensure the guest's participation in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obligated to inform the guest via phone, SMS, or e-mail three (3) days in advance. In such circumstances, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• Cancellations and changes made by the guest without providing a reason up to 30 days before the service start date will result in the refund of the amount paid. Cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a 0% charge on the reservation amount; cancellations and changes made between 15 to 7 days will incur a P% charge; cancellations and changes made within 7 days or less will incur a 0% charge on the reservation amount.
• Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel the purchased package tour without any reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. Upon cancellation, the full amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deduction, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and entry fees to historical sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entrances must be paid by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without providing any reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. Upon cancellation, the full amount of the package tour will be refunded without any deduction, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight transportation in packaged tours. For this tour, the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package is 100 TL.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the non-provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover medical treatment costs. Private health insurance expenses are the guest’s responsibility.

- After picking up our esteemed guests from the specified points, we start our night journey with Dgn Travel for the Tokat Amasya Çorum Tour.
Day 2
- Hattuşaş - Yazılıkaya - Çorum - Clock Tower - Çorum Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum - Tokat
- We start the 2nd day of our Tokat Amasya Çorum Tour with Dgn Travel after having breakfast in the morning. First, we move to Hattuşaş, the capital of the Hittites’ Late Bronze Age kingdom, which is included in UNESCO's "World Heritage" list. We begin our exploration of the city surrounded by 6 kilometers of walls and monumental gates known in ancient texts as Hatti (Hittite). At Hattuşaş, we will see the Great Temple, Lion Gate, Lion's Gate, Sphinx Gate, Hittite Walls, Potern, Nişantaşı, and an example of Hittite house and obtain information. We bid farewell to the city after seeing the Green Rock, which is known among the locals as the "Wishing Stone," which keeps its mystery.
- We move to Yazılıkaya, the open-air temple of the Hittites. We will visit Yazılıkaya, the national temple of the Hittite Empire, where we will see the reliefs of the male and female gods and goddesses, known as the Land of a Thousand Gods, carved into natural rock in Rooms A and B, and after receiving information, we take a short break in the village square where local products are sold. After having lunch, we see the historic clock tower located in the center of Çorum.
- In Çorum, which served as the capital for the Hittites and made significant contributions to world civilization history, we start our tour with the Çorum Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum, which displays many different artifacts unearthed from excavations in Çorum and its surroundings, including important findings from places like Hattuşa, Şapinuva, and Alacahöyük. Then, we have free time for shopping at the famous Çorum Roasted Chickpea shop and head towards Tokat. After arriving in Tokat, we check in to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 3
- Taşhan - Tokat Castle - Sulu Street - Yağıbasan Medrese - Takyeciler Mosque - Ballıca Cave - Amasya – Ferhat and Şirin Museum – Ferhat Water Canals - Yeşilırmak
- We start the 3rd day of our Tokat Amasya Çorum Tour with Dgn Travel after having breakfast at the hotel, by exploring the streets of Tokat. We begin our exploration at Taşhan, which is one of the largest caravanserais in Anatolia, built between 1626 and 1632. Today, the historical inn continues to function as a local shop and café. After receiving information about the han, we have a short free time, then walk through the alleys to Sulu Street. Sulu Street is a historically significant street that has been restored and contains important works from the old trade route. We will also see the 12th-century Yağıbasan Medrese, Deveciler Han, Takyeciler Mosque, Ulu Mosque, and Tokat Houses from the outside and gather information about them. Next, we visit Gökmedrese. After receiving information about the building, which is currently used as a museum and the exhibits it houses, we reconvene at our vehicle. Our next destination will be the enchanting Ballıca Cave. Discovered in 1987 and opened to the public in 1995, this cave is among the most notable caves in the world. The cave has 8 visitor-friendly chambers, is 680 meters long, and rises 95 meters high, continuing to keep its mysteries with parts that remain unexplored.
- Ballıca Cave, with over 3 million years of formation age, creates the feeling of visiting a natural museum with its formations. The rooms, stalactites and stalagmites, cave pearls, and other breathtaking formations provide visitors with an unforgettable experience. After our visit to Ballıca Cave, we will have lunch and head towards Amasya. In Amasya, we will see the water canals that Ferhat is believed to have carved for Şirin in the legendary tale of Ferhat and Şirin. We listen to the story from our guide, visit its museum, and take pictures. After a rest break, we make our purchases and enjoy our coffee before settling into our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

- Amasya Archaeological Museum – 2nd Bayezid Complex - Amasya Miniature - Strabon - Yeşilırmak – King Rock Tombs – Princes Park - Hazeranlar Mansion - Sabuncuoğlu History of Medicine and Surgery Museum - Saraydüzü Barracks Building - Istanbul
- We start the 4th day of our Tokat Amasya Çorum Tour with Dgn Travel after having breakfast at the hotel. We begin our day by viewing the open-air museum of Amasya city. First, we walk along the Yeşilırmak River and see the historical Yalıboyu Houses while gathering information. We continue our walk to see the House of the ancient geographer Strabon.
- We see the Hazeranlar Mansion, a beautiful example of Ottoman-era civil architecture built in 1865, and its ethnographic artifacts, traveling back in time.
- We view the King Rock Tombs and take in the magnificent views of Amasya. After viewing the rock tombs, we have a short shopping break. Then we visit the 2nd Bayezid Complex, which was built on the order of 2nd Bayezid, one of the sultans who served as a prince in Amasya and later became the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire. We will see the sycamore trees used as a paratoner, the historical fountain illustrating the skyline of Istanbul for those Amasyans who were curious about it but could not go, and the entrance columns and the interior of the mosque. After that, we will see the miniature of Amasya that allows us to view the city’s settlement in the 1900s, both by day and night. Next, we visit the Amasya Archaeological Museum, which is known as the mummy museum, where artifacts from a total of 13 different civilizations, including the Ottoman Period, are exhibited. After our museum visit accompanied by our guide, we proceed to our restaurant where we can also taste local dishes.
- We start our visit to the Health Museum, which claims to be the first place in Anatolia where music was used for healing. Here, we will encounter many astonishing surgical techniques related to medicine and a work written in Turkish by Sabuncuoğlu Şerafettin, one of the most significant physicians during the reign of Fatih Sultan Mehmet, who made great contributions to medical history. After enjoying our coffees with the beautiful Amasya view, we move to our last sightseeing spot. We explore Saraydüzü Barracks Building, where the Amasya Declaration was prepared and announced, which was one of the most important steps leading to the establishment of the Republic of Turkey.
