GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-For the tours to be conducted in Turkish, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B-A price difference may apply for conducting in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If none of the above options are accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. In case the discount from the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made, and if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If the guest or any person sharing the same room has a documented health issue, the paid amount for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount from the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made, and if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-If cancellations are made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount from the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made, and if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-Guests who do not arrive at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their way to another location. If they prefer not to do this, or if it is impossible due to the nature of the tour, no refunds will be made.
E-Since some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, guests should contact our authorized personnel to learn when their vehicle will arrive. Such delays cannot be a reason for tour cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-Our authorized personnel will provide necessary information regarding the departure time during the free time and break periods during the tours. If the guest is late, and if the flow of the tour is not affected, our personnel has the authority to either wait for a reasonable time or continue. In cases where tour flow is affected, the guest will need to make their way to the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services we use during our tours meet the quality/price balance based on our many years of experience in Egypt and are among the best, all certified by the Egyptian Authorities. If there are deficiencies or faulty services during our tours and activities; since your experience in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, issues can be resolved through immediate interventions, and/or partial or full refunds can be made depending on the issue. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical malfunctions causing delays, and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require significant physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly request you to consult our authorized personnel to learn the conditions of the tour and make your decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Motor Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, camel rides, and similar activities carry certain risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any possible negative outcomes. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please ensure that you are informed of these risks; if you have any doubts, make sure to consult our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, please do not make the purchase. We kindly request that you follow the instructions of our authorized personnel, adhere to the safety measures indicated, and wear the provided safety equipment as necessary. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing in places of religious importance. Our company is not responsible for guests denied entry due to improper attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Guests are responsible for bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimsuits, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, as well as borrowing and returning towels from the hotel.
8-Guests need to inform the guide of food allergies or any other allergies, as well as special dietary needs due to health reasons. We must inform you that we may not always be able to meet these special requirements. We can only promise to do our best.
9-Throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, we highly advise against consuming open water or other drinks, eating fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and consuming unwrapped food sold outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you with the necessary medical intervention. However, the related costs will be at your expense.
