Tour details
Day 1 ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – FLORENCE
Meeting at Istanbul Airport, Outside the International Flights Terminal at 06:00. Depart on Turkish Airlines flight TK1321 at 09:10 to Bologna. Arrive at Bologna Airport at 10:00. Transfer to Florence with our private bus. En route, there will be a break at Barberino Designer Outlet, home to renowned brands. After shopping, we will proceed to a city tour of Florence. During the tour, visit the Cathedral (Duomo), Baptistery, Giotto's Bell Tower, Signoria Square and Palace, Ponte Vecchio Bridge, and Arno River. After the tour, transfer to the hotel and check into our rooms. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 FLORENCE | THE MALL LUXURY OUTLET & PRADA OUTLET
After breakfast, depart from the hotel for a full day at The Mall Luxury Outlet & Space Prada Outlet. Discover renowned brands (Prada, Gucci, Armani, Burberry, Etro, Dolce & Gabbana, etc.) with discounts up to 70%. Enjoy shopping opportunities at this center. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 3 FLORENCE | TUSCANA BELLA
After breakfast, free day. Guests interested can join the optional Toskana Bella (Pisa & Lucca) tour for 125€. Visit Pisa, famous for the Leaning Tower, and see the tower, cathedral, Baptistery, and Miracles Square. Photos can be taken by those who wish. Then, continue to Lucca, a city in Northern Italy built on the Serchio River, known for its well-preserved Renaissance walls and maze-like streets filled with medieval buildings, restaurants, gift shops, and gourmet shops. Return to Florence in the evening and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 FLORENCE – BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, depart for Bologna Airport. Depart on Turkish Airlines flight TK1324 at 14:50 to Istanbul. Arrive in Istanbul at 19:30, marking the end of the tour.
Need to Know
General Conditions
1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation notice is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. Refund conditions for additional services purchased outside of the tour; if domestic connecting flights have been purchased from Wtatil, they will also be refunded. If visa services, travel health insurance, and visa applications have been used on behalf of the guest, these services are non-refundable once used. If no visa application has been made, visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest obtained the domestic connecting flight from a provider other than Wtatil, the cancellation of the tour by Wtatil does not entitle the guest to any refund from Wtatil. The guest explicitly accepts any material or moral losses resulting from the tour's cancellation and holds Wtatil harmless.
3- In case of insufficient participation, Wtatil has the good faith to refrain from canceling the tour. In this case, the tour will be organized on an individual basis for the guest, and the included guide service will only cover the international departure and return transfer.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Guests can cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the departure date. Apart from airline tickets that have been paid or committed to the airline, airline tickets can be canceled free of charge. For cancellations less than 30 days before departure; if less than 31 days, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee applies; if 15 days or less, the full tour fee must be paid as penalty. Additional services such as domestic connection flights, visa services, and travel insurance may have different cancellation and refund conditions depending on the timing, so prior inquiry is necessary. Wtatil cannot guarantee refunds for additional services.
Guidance Services and Extra Tours
5- The schedule and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on museums, archaeological sites’ open/closed status, and weather conditions. During the tours, different guides may accompany guests.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the package are designed to provide a general overview of the cities, including museum and archaeological site exterior visits, lasting up to 2-3 hours. These tours are subject to local authority permissions, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances, and Wtatil is not responsible if they are not conducted. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot if roads are closed or access is restricted.
7- The guide may modify the city tour and/or additional tour schedule based on the number of participants and site closures, including schedule changes due to flight times.
8- For tours via speedboats; avoid heavy meals immediately before boarding and refrain from excessive water intake. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues or pregnant guests should inform the guide of their condition.
9- Services included in the price (such as specific tours or meals) cannot be refunded if not utilized.
Flights Information
10- Wtatil acts as a mediator between the passenger and airlines; in case of disputes, Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
11- Schedule delays and changes may occur in scheduled and charter flights; Wtatil commits to notifying these changes promptly. Guests purchase the tour accepting the risk of flight schedule changes or cancellations.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline policies, if the outbound flight purchased as part of a round trip is not used, the return flight may be canceled by the airline.
14- For participants in flights, check-in and boarding are personal procedures, and must be completed by guests at airports or online prior to the flight.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced at airports and displayed on information screens; guests are responsible for following these updates.
16- Guests must be present at the specified time and place for check-in and boarding. Those who miss these processes or do not board the plane are not the responsibility of Wtatil. Rescheduling or new tickets due to missed flights are entirely the guest’s responsibility.
17- On flights departing from Turkey, checked baggage weight is generally 20 kg, but this may vary by airline and destination. Internal flights within some countries may have limits of 15 kg. Excess baggage fees are set by airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets (business or first class) after issuance should check availability with the airline; upgrades are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
19- Some airlines may charge extra for meals, beverages, or online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with hotels by guests. Such cancellations will follow the hotel’s policies.
21- When hotel names are not specified in the program, only the category is given, or options are offered for the same destination, guests will be informed 48 hours before departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, sports tournaments, or events, hotels may be located farther from the specified locations or km, and guests will be notified 15 days before departure by Wtatil.
23- During booking, the guest must accurately enter their passport name, date of birth, and passport number into the system; tickets issued based on incorrect data may be canceled or changed with penalties paid by the guest.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please verify before departure that your phone is unlocked and your provider allows international roaming, by contacting your service provider.
25- Check-in time at hotels is 15:00; check-out is at 12:00.
26- Wtatil will communicate special requests regarding the room (such as high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking or nonsmoking, bed type) to the hotel. While efforts will be made to fulfill these, they depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
27- Breakfast at hotels typically comprises a continental style, limited selection (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee). In group arrangements, breakfast may be served in a dedicated hall.
28- Double rooms may feature a double bed or twin beds that can be joined. Most European hotels offer joinable twin beds.
29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type.
30- Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request and subject to availability and hotel approval.
31- Capacity for additional beds or cribs in a room is generally one.
32- In triple rooms, an extra bed (smaller than standard beds) is used; typically consisting of 1 large bed plus one additional bed. Guests agree to potential space and bedding limitations due to extra beds or child accommodations.
33- Incorrectly specified number of children and their ages in reservations may result in extra charges by the hotel; responsibility rests with the guest. Hotels may request age verification documents for children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed; child rates apply only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for the age group residing with 2 adults.
35- Currency fluctuations during the day can affect prices; exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional purchases (minibar, iron, etc.) at the hotel are extra and paid directly to the hotel.
36- Local taxes and fees vary by country, city, and region; these will be collected by the hotel during check-in or check-out.
37- Distances on the program are map-based; traffic, weather, country geography, roadworks, and other conditions may extend travel times.
38- Wtatil may change the order of cities or the main airline without altering the content of the program if necessary.
39- Personal belongings, luggage, passports, and IDs are the responsibility of individual travelers. Wtatil is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Costs related to retrieving lost items are borne by the owner.
40- Guests must carry their travel medical insurance policies, medications, and reports if applicable.
41- Additional expenses may be requested by the hotel upon check-in (e.g., deposits for ID, passport, or credit card) and are refunded upon check-out; Wtatil has no role in these transactions.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after travel completion.
44- For border crossings, passports should have at least 2 blank pages for arrival and departure stamps.
45- Visa exemption does not guarantee entry; border authorities may refuse entry. Wtatil is not responsible for such refusals.
46- Non-Turkish or dual citizens using their other country’s passport should verify visa requirements with relevant consulates. Wtatil is not responsible for results of non-compliance.
47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged should be renewed; otherwise, travelers may face issues at borders. Responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Minors traveling alone or with only one parent may need a notarized parental consent document; parents and minors are advised to prepare this in advance.
