1ST DAY ISTANBUL-ROME Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures terminal at Istanbul Airport. After luggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Rome. Arrival in Rome according to local time. We are heading to Rome together with our guide and our private vehicle. After arrival, we take a **panoramic city tour of Rome**. On our tour, we will see the most valuable treasures of the city, including Vatican City (San Pietro), Castel Sant'Angelo, the ruins of the Circus Maximus from ancient Roman times, and the Baroque streets from the Baroque Era, all from the bus. A short photo break at the Colosseum, and after the tour, free time in the afternoon. In the evening, for those who wish, we will embark on an **extra** night tour of Rome (45€), where we will explore the famous squares and stroll through its streets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 2ND DAY ROME After breakfast, a free day. For those who wish, we will depart for an **extra** tour to the stunning nature of **Albano Lake & Nemi Rome Villages (Strawberry Village)** & Castelli Romani Outlet (95€). We will visit the area known for its natural beauties where the Popes spent their summers, and we will explore the village of Nemi, famous for its wild strawberries. Continuing the tour, we will have the opportunity for shopping at Castel Romano Designer Outlet, where we will find famous brands. After this tour, participants can choose to join the **extra** tour of Rome's Monuments and Masterpieces (65€). During this tour, we will witness the most ancient monuments in the imperial city of Rome, which has shaped European Civilization and has a 23-century history. The tour includes visits to the ancient Pantheon temple, the famous Piazza Navona, known for its Baroque architecture and famous fountain; the Trevi Fountain, where throwing coins is believed to ensure a return to Rome; and the famous Spanish Steps, Castle Sant'Angelo - the Angel's Castle and its bridge, among other sights. Get ready to get lost in the ancient stories and historical fabric of Rome while exploring the city step by step with your guide. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 3RD DAY ROME-FLORENCE (MONTECATINI) After breakfast, we set off for Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, we start our **panoramic city tour**, photographing the historical streets and squares of Florence, which we conclude at Piazza Della Repubblica (Republic Square). After a short break, for those who wish, we will continue our exploration of Unesco World Heritage Florence, the capital of the Renaissance, with our guide. In the afternoon, there is an optional **Medici Trail and Renaissance Works (45€)** tour. During our tour, we will closely examine the monumental works of this historic city, accompanied by the life stories of Florentine artists and scientists who shaped the Renaissance. Sights include Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled in Florence; Palazzo Medici Riccardi, which houses Hercules and David statues, the Uffizi Art Gallery, the historic Ponte Vecchio bridge, the residence of Dante Alighieri, the famous Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with Italy's 3rd highest dome, the Baptistery known for its "Gates of Paradise," and Florence's famous historical markets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 4TH DAY FLORENCE (MONTECATINI) After breakfast, a free day. For those who wish, we will depart for the **Great Tuscany Tour (145€)** with our guide. On this tour, we will visit **Pisa - San Gimignano - Volterra**. **Pisa**; famous for its leaning tower, is considered one of the most significant historical sites. During the panoramic tour, we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the cathedral, the baptistery, and Miracoli Square, and guests may take photos in this historical city. **San Gimignano** (City of 13 Towers), built in the 12th and 13th centuries by rival noble families, will include a visit to the central Cisterna Square where shopping can be done at reasonable prices. **Volterra** is a medieval walled town rich in history, featured in Hollywood films (Game of Thrones, Twilight Zone, etc.). This unique Tuscan town has a history that dates back to the Etruscans and Romans, offering many possibilities for visitors. During our visit to Volterra, we will walk through its narrow streets and squares, with stunning views of the Tuscan Valley. Notable sites include the Roman Theatre, forum ruins, and the main square, Priori Square, and the Volterra Cathedral, built in the 12th century. During free time, visitors can taste local cheeses and wines from the town's small shops or enjoy coffee in the historical cafes at the square. Transfer back to the hotel and overnight stay. 5TH DAY FLORENCE (MONTECATINI)-VENICE After breakfast, we depart from our hotel and head to Venice. Upon arrival, we start our **panoramic city tour of Venice**. Our stops will include Saint Mark's Square, Basilica, Doge's Palace, Clock Tower, Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Guests may choose to join the optional **Gondola Tour (30€)**. Additionally, we can participate in the **Grand Canal Tour (55€)** on private boats, where we will explore all the beauty and historical architecture of the city, passing through the canal that runs through the heart of Venice. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 6TH DAY VENICE After breakfast, a free day. For those who wish, we can participate in the **extra** tour organized by our guide to **Verona & Venedik Designer Outlet** (125€). In this tour, we will visit the birthplace of the two young lovers Romeo and Juliet, as described by Shakespeare in the 15th century. We will see Juliet's house, the arena completed in AD 30, where gladiatorial games were staged in the Veneto region, and the Erbe and Signori squares. The tour will continue with a shopping trip at Venedik Designer Outlet, where we can find world-renowned brands. Return to the hotel and overnight stay. 7TH DAY VENICE-MILAN After breakfast, we head to Milan and upon arrival, we embark on a **panoramic city tour**. During the Milan city tour, we will visit famous landmarks such as the Scala Theatre, where renowned artists like Maria Callas, Pavarotti, and Leyla Gencer performed, Duomo or Cathedral Square, and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery. Afterward, we will have time for shopping. After the tour, those who wish can join an optional tour of **Lake Como (75€)** organized by our guide. In this tour, we will visit the world-famous Como, located at the foothills of the Alps. Como, situated in Italy's Lombardy region bordering Switzerland, features a lake that is a holiday destination for celebrities and jet setters. The breathtaking views of the lake will mesmerize you. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 8TH DAY MILAN-ISTANBUL After breakfast and check-out procedures from the hotel, we will transfer to the airport and fly to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. Arrive in Istanbul according to local time, and this concludes our tour.

Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the trip date. In this case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour, domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest. If a visa service or travel health insurance has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been used, if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be cancelled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot claim any refund from Wtatil in case the trip is cancelled by Wtatil. The guest accepts all material and moral losses arising from the trip cancellation when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the trip. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the international round-trip airport transfers. Cancellations and Changes 4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing until 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have been paid and/or committed by Wtatil. In cases where there are less than 31 days left until the start of the trip, they may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airline ticket price; in cases where there are 15 days or less until the start of the trip, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the time of cancellation requested, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of excursions indicated in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of museums and historical sites being open or closed and weather conditions at the destinations. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are not included in the entrance fees to museums and historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, as well as other tours mentioned in the program, will not be conducted if local authorities do not permit visits or if there are closed roads due to any event or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted collectively by public transport or on foot in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not allowed. 7- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed. This applies to any changes that may occur in flight times. 8- Important points to pay attention to during our tours with speed boats include: not eating heavy meals and not drinking excessive amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints of stomach, back, or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their conditions. 9- If participation is not provided for the services included in the prices, such as tours or meal services, no refunds will be made. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied. 11- Flight delays or schedule changes may occur in scheduled and special flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations to the flight schedule when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay an airport tax fee. 13- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of air tickets purchased on a round-trip basis is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures that need to be done for participants on flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be performed by the guests at the airports before the flight at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline's websites. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards at the airport. This information should be monitored by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil cannot be held responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by the airline in accordance with the airline regulations for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures in time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and necessary transfers for the guests who miss their flight to participate in the tour will be their own responsibility. 17- The general luggage weight for outgoing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country being traveled to. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may be reduced to 15 kg on those domestic flights. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For our guests wishing to upgrade their tickets to business or first class using miles; upgrade transactions can be performed depending on the airline's (check with your airline membership) availability after tickets have been issued. No guarantee of upgrade for each flight is provided. Check if the tickets in the program are of an upgradeable class. 19- In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra fees. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where hotels are presented with just the category information without specifying the names of the hotel(s) in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before the departure of the trip. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In this case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the departure date of the tour. 23- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the guest's name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered/declared into the system correctly. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fees for cancellations or changes in flight tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check with your service provider to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey. 25- Hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms comply with the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- The breakfast served in hotels may differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. Generally, it is served with limited choices consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 28- In some cases, a double room may have a double bed instead of two separate beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined if necessary. 29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by each hotel and room type. 30- All types of extra beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 (maximum). 32- There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in this type of room is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Our guests acknowledge that they accept possible crowding and bed types in standard rooms due to extra beds to be added in triple rooms and/or reservations with children. 33- In hotel reservations, if the number of children and their ages to stay with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age determination for children. 34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed for the child may not be available. Child prices only apply if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only for the specified age group of the "single child" staying with 2 adults. 35- Daily exchange rate adjustments are reflected in TL prices. The rates that are valid at the time of payment apply. Any additional requests and some extra services you may acquire at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges imposed by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes that are applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country traveled to, road works, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without changing the content of the program in necessary or perceived necessary situations. 39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identification of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs of delivering the items to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- Participants of the tour are required to keep their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports for health problems with them. 41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit issued by official authorities may be requested at check-in by the hotel. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 44- In customs crossings/border checkpoints, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for entry-exit stamps to be stamped. 45- The exemption from visa requirements for entry into the countries included in this tour does not mean that entry/exit into/from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit from the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for the consequences. 47- To avoid potential issues with customs police at the border due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; passports need to be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveller. 48- Guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a joint consent document from both parents so that they do not encounter any issues when entering or exiting the country if they are traveling alone or with only one parent; it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
