Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and consist of approximately 2-3 hour tours conducted with guided narration from inside the vehicle, which do not include entrance to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be conducted if they cannot be realized due to the local authorities not allowing visitation or due to closed roads for any events, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be done by public transportation or walking in locations where roads are closed or where vehicle entry is not permitted. 8- Our guide may make changes to the dates of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants, the closure status of museums and historical sites. This situation also applies in case of changes in flight times. 9- Important points to consider during the tours conducted with Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. About Flights 11- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, along with the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled or charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of flight time changes/cancellations upon purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip flight ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- The check-in and boarding procedures to be carried out for participants on flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be performed at the airport by the guests at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline's website before the flight. 16- Last minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced verbally at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves. 17- For those who are not present at the specified airport at the instructed times, who do not timely perform check-in and boarding procedures, or who perform timely but do not board the plane, Wtatil is not responsible for their inability to complete the flight. All expenses for necessary new return tickets and transfers in the region for guests who miss the flight are their responsibility. 18- The standard luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the country visited, this luggage weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 19- For guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be carried out based on the availability of the airline (please check the airline to which you are a member) after the tickets are issued. A mileage guarantee is not provided for every flight. Please check if the tickets in the program are of an upgradeable class. 20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meal and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in contact with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where hotel(s) are provided only with category information instead of names, or where options for the same destination are offered, the hotel will be communicated to the guest by Wtatil 48 hours before the tour movement. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at locations or distances further than those specified. In this case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date. 24- During the registration for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phone abroad, check with the carrier company before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, near general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Every effort will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms comply with the guest's preferences, based on hotel availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in, and Wtatil cannot guarantee them. 28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it consists of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, also served in a separate room allocated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a twin room. Most hotels in Europe offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel, according to room types. 31- Any extra bed and baby cot is provided upon request and is subject to the hotel's availability and approval. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is the application of an extra bed, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are typically foldable or coach beds. Guests acknowledge that they accept the potential crowding in rooms reserved for triple occupancy and/or reservations with children due to the extra beds to be added to standard rooms. 34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults is misreported during hotel reservations, the related hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age determination concerning children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for "single child" within the age group accompanying two adults. 36- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.), provided at the hotel may be subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the fees during purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes that may be applicable in this manner will be collected from the guest at the hotel upon entry or exit. 38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road constructions, and conditions. 39- Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program and the primary airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in mandatory conditions or when deemed necessary. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. Any costs incurred in the event that forgotten items are found and delivered to the country and/or individual fall to the owner of the item. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies along with relevant medications and reports for any health issues. 42- For possible extra expenses, the hotel may request a deposit in the form of a credit card or cash upon check-in, along with an ID/passport issued by official institutions with a photograph. The return of the requested deposit at check-out is between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no involvement in this process. Visa and Passport 43- For Turkish citizens holding a Bordo Passport (Ordinary Passport), a visa application is required. Special (Green Passport) holders do not require a visa. 44- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date. 45- In order for an entry/exit stamp to be placed on your passport at customs crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 46- The exemption from visa requirements for entry into the countries included in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit from the country; the passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this, as the responsibility lies with the passenger. 47- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those holding dual citizenship and will join the tour using their other country's passport must personally inquire about the visa procedures applicable to the destination country's passport from the relevant consulates; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for any consequences that arise. 48- To avoid issues with customs at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn out, wet, or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. In the absence of renewal, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 49- Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with just one parent should be aware that on country entries/exits, officials may ask for a document showing the joint consent of both parents; we recommend that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
