• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing activities are included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, guidance, and sightseeing cannot be refunded.

• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.

• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays on an extra bed.

• The hotels specified in the program are Dgn Travel's priority accommodation facilities. Changes may be made based on the area's occupancy and hotels, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be provided 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour upon request, depending on availability.

• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not allowed.

• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to reasons such as congestion, renovations, etc., provided that they remain the same.

• The timing of the program (the order of places to be visited during the day or between days) may change at the guide's discretion due to weather conditions, road conditions, congestion at visitor sites, etc.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, roads, congestion at visitor sites, etc.) during our tour or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide. In such a case, the guest does not have any entitlement to claims.

• In our tours with flights, changes may be made at the regional airports in a way that does not affect the sightseeing points in the program. In such a case, Dgn Travel will inform the guest along with the flight tickets. If there is no deficiency in the program regarding airport changes, the guest does not have any entitlement to claims.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or delays caused by the airline in our tours with flights. In such cases, the guest does not have any entitlement to claims.

• Dgn Travel is not liable for changes in flight times made by the airline company in our tours with flights. Changes in flight times will be communicated to the guest by Dgn Travel.

• A tiered pricing system is applied in all of our tours. As the number of reservations in the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may also increase gradually. Dgn Travel reserves the right to raise prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be done without an advance payment.

• Absolutely no seat number promises and guarantees can be given during the reservation. There is no guarantee for the notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back are not allowed.

• The seat arrangement in the vehicle is made by Dgn Travel Operations, taking the reservation order into account. In case of objections regarding seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.

• Extra tours such as nighttime excursions included in the tour program will take place depending on the number of participants and available personnel. Extra tours to be held on the way will still be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to wait at the stop, thus participating in the tour.

• In case an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any entitlement to claims. Dgn Travel has no responsibility in this situation.

• Extra tour prices may vary according to periods. In this case, the date when the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the price of the extra tour at the time of the tour is valid. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any financial damages arising from the services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers caused by the guest. Businesses have the right to demand financial damages caused by the guest.

• In situations where minors under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, a consent form required for participation in the tour must be carried along during the trip.

• Guests participating in the tour are required to carry their health issues, pregnancy status, and reports of regularly used medications with them.

• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the departure times determined for departure points.

• Information regarding the arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.

• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we collected them at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle personnel to get off at a different point.

• Due to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey. Dgn Travel is not responsible for situations where this is not adhered to.

• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at stops, etc.

• Since the first day of the tour will start before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to carry separately.

• It is advisable to be prepared as it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., due to the program's intensity during the tour.

• Long distances may be covered during the scheduled programs. The necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.

• Lunch will be made with locally unique economical menus. During lunch and dinner, tables will be used according to groupings based on regional density.

• The starting and ending route of our tours is determined according to regional density. Before the start of our tour, guests can find out the confirmed starting and ending points of the route 2 days in advance if they wish.

• In case the agency does not reach the required number for the tour, the guest will be informed, and according to the guest's wish, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Or by ticketing to the nearest departure point, the guest's participation in the tour may be facilitated. In such a situation, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. In this case, the guest does not have entitlement to claims.

• The amount paid by the guest for cancellations and changes made without reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service will be refunded to the guest. Cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction from the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made between 15-7 days will incur a 50% deduction; cancellations and changes made 7 days or less will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation fee.

• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the package tour they purchased without specifying a reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The total amount of the package tour paid will be refunded without any deductions, depending on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.

• Museum cards and entrance fees to museums and historical sites are not included in the tour fee. All entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.

 

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE

The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the package tour they purchased without specifying any reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the method of payment. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flights in tour packages. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservations during the booking process.

 

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NUMBER 1618

Mandatory Travel Insurance Number 1618 covers the bankruptcy of the agency or the non-provision of packaged tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance expenses are the responsibility of the guest.

  • For our Sivas Divriği Kemaliye Elazığ Erzincan Ovacık Munzur tour, we take our seats on the high-speed train from Söğütlüçeşme and Pendik stations early in the morning and start our unforgettable journey. This early morning journey is not just a city change; it marks the beginning of a meaningful trip into the heart of Anatolia. After a comfortable and pleasant journey lasting about six and a half hours, we arrive in the Republic City of Sivas. After meeting our vehicle, we start our tour right away.
  • First, we visit the Gök Medrese, built in 1271, and learn about it from our guide. After viewing the Ulu Mosque, famous for its leaning minaret, we continue our tour of Sivas Square with visits to Buruciye Madrasah, Double Minaret Madrasah, and Şifaiye Madrasah. We take photos at the Sivas Congress Building, which is engraved in history with Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's words, "We established the Republic here." Feeling the significance of this place where the critical decisions of the National Struggle were made, we then have some free time in Cumhuriyet Square. During this free time, you can see Madımak Hotel, shop at Taşhan, and enjoy your coffee at the famous Çerkez’s Coffee. We meet at a time determined by our guide and head to our hotel. Day 2

  • Kangal - Divriği Ulu Mosque - Arapgir – Euphrates River – Karanlık Canyon - Kemaliye – Mani Path – Stone Path – Lökhané - Elazığ
  • On Day 2 of our Sivas Divriği Kemaliye Elazığ Erzincan Ovacık Munzur tour, after having breakfast at the hotel, we enjoy a delightful trip to Kangal, the center of Kangal Dogs known as the Anatolian Lion. After learning about and photographing these powerful and agile dogs, we arrive in Divriği.
  • We will be visiting the Divriği Ulu Mosque and Darüşşifa, considered a masterpiece of the 13th-century Seljuk Period, while observing how marble is transformed into art. This masterpiece of Islamic architecture is also included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. (It will be visited if restoration work has been completed.) After our visit to Divriği, we head to Arapgir. The village, built of adobe and stone, will fascinate you with its historical texture and nature as we gather information and take a panoramic view. Afterward, we cross the Recep Yazıcıoğlu Bridge and make our way to Kemaliye. Along the way, our journey through Karanlık Canyon, which reaches a depth of 100 meters, formed by the Euphrates River, will leave you amazed. Depending on the program availability and water level, a boat tour in Karanlık Canyon will take place for guests who wish to participate (Extra).
  • In this district, named Kemaliye upon the words of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, "You Eğin people are mature people, this is why I give you my name," we view the Stone Path created by the residents. Walking along Mani Path, where couples in the Ottoman Period expressed their longing for their partners through verses, we read the manis written there. We then have some free time in the markets of Kemaliye for Lök dessert and shopping. Afterward, we get on our bus to our hotel in Elazığ. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.

  • Elazığ – Harput Castle – Arap Baba Tomb – Mansur Baba Tomb - Pertek – Keban Dam - Pertek Castle – Hozat – Munzur Springs – Ovacık – Munzur Valley - Tunceli
  • On Day 3 of our Sivas Divriği Kemaliye Elazığ Erzincan Ovacık Munzur tour, we start with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a short visit in Harput. We learn why Harput Castle, which has a history of approximately 3,000 years, is called the Milk Castle. Next, we visit Harput Ulu Mosque, famous for its Leaning Minaret, referred to as the Pisa Tower of the East. After seeing Harput Historical Houses from outside, we visit Arap Baba Tomb and hear the story of Arap Baba from our guide. We then visit Mansur Baba Tomb, the tutor of Hoca Ahmet Yesevi. After gathering information from our guide, we take a ferry from Elazığ Meşeli to cross Keban Dam and reach Tunceli Pertek. We take panoramic views and photographs of Pertek Castle, which has transformed into an island due to the dam’s water. In Pertek, we see the Sungurbey and Çelebi Ağa Mosques that were rescued from being submerged by the dam and we get information about them. We then proceed towards Ovacık, continuing our journey through Hozat. Ovacık, the district situated in one of the flattest areas of Tunceli, is surrounded by mountains. The Munzur Water, which flows through Tunceli, rises near this district. After visiting Munzur Springs and Munzur Baba in Ovacık, we have free time to explore the natural beauty and agricultural areas of this region, both of which attract thousands of tourists. With the unique beauty of Munzur Valley, we continue our journey and see the Halvori Springs, the water source of Halvori stream. As we bid farewell to Munzur Valley, abundant in visual splendor and rich biodiversity, we visit the Fatma Ana Shrine at the end of the valley. We return to our hotel with our vehicle.   • On Day 4 of our Sivas Divriği Kemaliye Elazığ Erzincan Ovacık Munzur tour, we start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then head towards Girlevik Waterfall. Located near the Çağlayan region of Erzincan, Girlevik Waterfall, formed by the cool waters flowing from the Munzur Mountains, offers a breathtaking view. You can feel that Anatolia carries not only history but also a powerful natural memory as you listen to the water crashing onto the rocks. After our photo breaks and short walk, we meet up with our vehicle. On our way to Erzincan city center, we enjoy a journey with the splendid view of Keshish Mountain until we reach Erzincan.
  • We arrive at the historical Erzincan Train Station, an important stop of the Eastern Express, which symbolizes reunions and sturdiness. After taking photos and gathering information about the historical building, we move on to the Erzincan Museum. We explore the archaeological treasures retrieved from the region as well as the ethnographic exhibits. Then we have free time to taste Erzincan Doner and regional delicacies. After some leisure time, we head to our next stop, Terzi Baba Tomb. Known as Terzi Baba by the public, the real name of this beloved figure is Mehmet Vehbi, and he is one of the most significant spiritual personalities of Erzincan.
  • After visiting Terzi Baba Tomb, we go down to the city center and mingle with the social life of Erzincan. The Erzincan Underground Bazaar is a delightful stop for shopping and local products; you can find everything from souvenirs at copper stores to regional delicacies at small merchants. After our free time, we begin our journey to Erzincan Yıldırım Akbulut Airport.
