During tours, different guides may accompany guests. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the package, which are designed to introduce the cities generally and include no entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, are limited to 2-3 hours and may not be carried out if local authorities or events do not permit or due to weather conditions. Some tours might be conducted by public transportation or on foot if roads are closed or access is restricted. 7- Our guide may modify the schedule of city tours or optional excursions based on the number of participants, site closures, or other conditions, including changes in flight times. 8- For tours involving speedboats, guests should avoid heavy meals immediately before boarding and refrain from excessive water intake. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, or pregnant guests, should inform the guide about their condition. 9- Services included in the price, such as tours or meals, are non-refundable if not utilized. Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the guest and airlines; in case of disputes, Turkish regulations along with the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- Scheduled and charter flights may experience delays or schedule changes, and Wtatil is obliged to notify guests as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of changes or cancellations when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return ticket is automatically canceled by the airline. 14- Passengers on flight tours must complete check-in and boarding procedures personally, either at the airport or online, prior to the flight. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes will be announced at airports. Guests should monitor information screens and announcements themselves. 16- Guests who do not arrive at the airport at the specified time, do not complete check-in or boarding, or do not board the flight after check-in, do not hold Wtatil responsible for inability to participate or any costs incurred due to missed flights, including new tickets and transfers. 17- The baggage weight limit for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg; this may vary by airline and destination, e.g., internal flights within the destination country may limit to 15 kg. Excess baggage fees are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets (to business or first class) after issuance can do so based on airline availability, but no mileage guarantees are provided. Check if your program tickets are eligible for upgrade. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for meals, beverages, and online check-in services. Other Matters 20- Wtatil is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with hotels by guests. In such cases, hotel cancellation policies apply. 21- If hotel names are not specified in the program, only their categories are provided, and options are offered for the same destination; guests are informed at least 48 hours before departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther from the initially specified locations. Guests will be informed at least 15 days prior to departure. 23- When registering for the tour, guests must accurately provide their passport name, date of birth, passport number, and other details, as tickets are issued based on these. Incorrect information may result in ticket cancellation or reissuance at the guest’s expense. 24- To use your mobile phone abroad, contact your provider before leaving Turkey to ensure your device is unlocked and compatible with international networks. 25- Check-in at hotels is at 15:00; check-out is at 12:00. 26- Wtatil will relay guest requests (room high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Preferences are subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed. 27- Breakfast served at the hotels is typically continental, with limited choices such as bread, butter, jam, and beverages, served either in a common dining area or a designated room for groups. 28- Double rooms may sometimes have a double bed instead of two single beds; many European hotels offer rooms with beds that can be joined if needed. 29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type. 30- Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request, subject to hotel approval and availability. 31- The capacity for additional beds or cribs in a room is generally one. 32- In triple rooms, the third bed is usually smaller than standard beds and consists of a larger bed plus an extra bed (rollaway or coach bed). Guests agree to potential discomfort or bed types in these rooms when booking triple or family-type rooms. 33- If the number of adults or children and their ages are incorrectly specified in hotel reservations, hotels may charge extra. The responsibility lies with the guest providing false information; hotel may request ID for age verification. 34- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed; child rates are valid only when the child stays with two adults of eligible age. Child discounts apply only when the child is within the specified age group and accompanied by adults. 35- Exchange rate fluctuations within the day are reflected in prices in TL. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional services (mini-bar, iron, etc.) at the hotel are extra and paid directly to the hotel upon use. 36- Various cities, tourism regions, or local taxes may be applicable depending on the country, payable at check-in or check-out by the hotel from the guest. 37- Distance information provided in programs is map-based; actual travel times may extend due to traffic, weather, geographic conditions, roadwork, or other factors. 38- Wtatil reserves the right to change the order of cities or main flight providers without altering the overall program in necessary circumstances. 39- Personal belongings, luggage, passports, and IDs are at the guest’s risk; Wtatil is not responsible for loss or theft. Expenses related to finds or delivery of misplaced items are borne by the owner. 40- Guests are required to carry their travel health insurance policies, medications, and relevant documents during travel. 41- Extra expenses at the hotel (photo ID, passport, credit card deposit) may be requested at check-in; refunds at check-out are handled between the guest and the hotel, without Wtatil’s interference. Visa and Passport 42- No visa is required for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. 44- To facilitate entry/exit at customs or border crossings, passports must have at least 2 blank pages. 45- Visa exemption does not guarantee entry or exit; border authorities may refuse entry/exit at their discretion. Wtatil is not responsible, and the responsibility lies with the guest. 46- Guests holding non-Turkish or dual passports should consult the relevant consulates regarding visa procedures for the countries to be visited; non-compliance is at their risk. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged must be renewed to avoid problems at border controls; the guest is responsible for renewal. 48- Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that border officials may request a notarized consent form from both parents; guests and parents are advised to prepare this document in advance.
