- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.

- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport during the hours notified in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new departure-return tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flight will be their own responsibility.

Other Matters

- Wtatil will not accept any responsibility for changes or cancellations made directly by the guest by contacting the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.

- Wtatil will communicate room-related requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Every effort will be made to ensure that reserved rooms correspond to the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.

- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining room designated for groups.

- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin room. Most European hotels provide rooms with 2 beds that can be combined when necessary.

- Any extra beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and based on hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel.

- The maximum capacity of extra beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 (one).

Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds may consist of folding beds and beds called coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept any potential tightness in the rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms and the type of beds in reservations for triple rooms and/or with children.

- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations are falsely declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the ages of the children.

- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid for one "single child" staying with two adults in the age group.

- Daily currency exchange is reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests and extra services you obtain at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes that are applied will be collected from the guests by the hotel upon entry or exit.

- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.

- Wtatil may, in cases of necessity or as deemed appropriate, change the order of cities in the program without altering the content of the program and change the main airline to be flown.

- Guests participating in the tour are solely responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities, and Wtatil is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses for delivering them to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item.

- For possible extra expenses, official photo identification/passport and credit card or cash deposits may be requested by the hotel at check-in. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter.

- At customs crossings/border gates, to ensure an entry-exit stamp is embossed on your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport.

- Being exempt from visa requirements for the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit to the country will be possible; the passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into or exit from the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will be participating in the tour using another country's passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to. Wtatil will not be responsible for any outcomes resulting from failure to do so.

We recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
