Notes:
1- Your tour may take place with different flights of Pegasus Airlines on certain dates. In this case, our company will call you to request your confirmation, and the ticketing will be done afterward.
2- You are required to confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets that you arrange and purchase on your own without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to the domestic flight tickets purchased by us.
3- Extra tour prices are valid on the day of publication, and any differences in costs due to supplier price increases, exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc., will be reflected in our sales prices. In such cases, the new prices will be valid as stated on the final program sent to you no later than 48 hours prior to the tour departure date.
4 - Depending on the number of people in vehicles;
* For groups of 16 or more people, a bus will be used,
* For groups of 9 to 15 people, a midibus will be used
* For groups of 8 or fewer people, a minibus will be used.
5- The bus and plane routes of the tour can be changed without prior notice, provided that the content remains the same.
6- Reservations for male guests staying alone at Rixos hotel groups or for two male guests staying in the same room are not accepted. Reservations for a single woman, two women, or a woman-man couple are accepted.

SEASCOPE/Semi-Submarine DIFFERENCE
We provide an observation tour of the underwater life in the Red Sea with a standard glass-bottom boat included in your tour package. However, the modern and larger vessels called SeaScope have a glass underwater section, promising a much more beautiful underwater experience for their guests.

RAS MOHAMED BOAT TOUR WITH LUNCH AND UNLIMITED NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS + FARSHAS CAFE and SOHO SQUARE
Located on the southern coast of Egypt, Ras Mohamed National Park is one of the most magnificent places in the Red Sea. DAHAB BLUE LAGOON TOUR
After our breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we enter the facility located at the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim, sunbathe, or take plenty of photos at the meeting point of the Sinai Desert and the Red Sea in these natural wonder lagoons. (the facility entrance fee, one non-alcoholic drink per person, and the sunbed and umbrella fee are included)

If you want to take a break from the monotony of life with experiences full of excitement, we recommend you join this thrilling tour, which includes the Dahab Blue Lagoon trip along with ATV, 4X4, snorkeling, camel riding, Dahab center, and a wonderful lunch by the sea. Our trip begins with a visit to Dahab center to explore the charming village by the Red Sea. Then, we enjoy our lunch at a delightful restaurant by the sea. Following that, we have free time for snorkeling in the 3 Pools area. (One non-alcoholic drink is included) During this time, you will also experience riding a camel. (This is included in the price)  Afterwards, we will have an ATV safari through the desert oasis covered with green palm trees. The Sinai Desert and Mountain Range offer unforgettable views. During our ATV trip, you will also visit a Bedouin camp and learn about life in the desert. (Transfers, helmet, Bedouin tea included; other beverages and scarf not included)
If sufficient numbers are available, our Turkish-speaking guide will accompany you, and the transfer vehicle will only include guests whom our company is hosting.

Full-Day Lunch Cairo Tour Tour (Price varies depending on the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we pick up our breakfast boxes from the hotel and depart from our hotel after midnight to go to Cairo. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, which is considered one of the most mysterious and sought-after places in the world as the only surviving monument of the Seven Wonders of the World. During our tour, we will see the Great Pyramid of Cheops, which reflects countless mysterious techniques and architectural elements, the Panorama Hill, Kefren, Mikarinus, and the tombs of the Queen and other nobles. Next, we will see Kefren Valley Temple, which is the most important part of the Kefren Tomb complex, where embalming was performed, and the Sphinx. Afterwards, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. During our trip, we will also visit a Papyrus Workshop and a Natural Perfume Factory.Recently opened in November 2025 with grand shows, the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum) has become a focal point for travelers and cultural/history enthusiasts from all over the world. Since its opening, this important museum has attracted significant interest and welcomes a limited number of visitors each day. You will be able to visit the Pyramids Valley without paying an additional fee included in your package; however, we recommend purchasing this very important museum tour in advance from us as it is something you should not miss while in Egypt. After our museum visit, we go to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in Africa. The bazaar is located in the heart of Islamic Cairo and was founded by Muiz el din-Allah, one of the founders of Cairo, alongside Amr Ibn el As. The El Azhar Mosque, bearing the name of the world’s second oldest madrassa, and the restored Hussein Mosque, one of the most beautiful mosques in Cairo, are also located here. During our bazaar visit, you can visit the Hussein Mosque, do your souvenir shopping at one of the over five thousand shops and market stalls, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at Fishawi, a café named after the Nobel Prize-winning, world-famous writer Najib Mahfouz, or at the café favored by Mehmet Akif Ersoy. We will return to Sharm by bus. Since our arrival will be late in the evening, we will prepare your dinner as a cold platter for your rooms. This may not be necessary on the plane tour. Note: A visa is required for this tour. You can obtain a visa at the airport upon arrival in Sharm. (25 USD) A visa is not required for Green Passport holders. Minimum participant numbers are required; you can get the necessary information from your guide. If you wish, you can also take this tour as a round-trip flight at the same price, but in that case, the flight ticket is not included in the tour price. You can buy your ticket yourself or ask for help from our representative.

GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:
1- For tours to be conducted in Turkish with a guide, the minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's consent)
B-There may be a price difference for conducting in English or Turkish (with the guest's consent)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guests, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions.
2-When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If there is a doctor-approved health issue for themselves or the person they are sharing the room with, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refunds will be made.
D-Guests not present at the specified meeting point at the designated time may join the tour at another location through their own means. If they choose not to do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-Some tours pick up guests from different hotels; therefore, in case of a delay, guests must contact our responsible personnel to learn the vehicle's arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration, hence it cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and if a cancellation request is made, no refunds will be given.
F-Our responsible staff will provide necessary information on departure times during free time and breaks. It is at our staff's discretion to wait a reasonable period if the guest is late, provided that it does not affect the tour flow; otherwise, the guest may proceed to the next point by their means or return to the hotel, and no refund will be given in this case.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt, all of which meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In the event of incomplete and/or defective service during our tours and activities; since the process you spend your time with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, immediate interventions can solve the problems and/or refund a partial or full amount based on the issue.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions outside its control arising from local and general conditions in Egypt, such as traffic, road closures, bad weather, guest errors, technical failures, and similar situations.
4-Some of our tours may require significant physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult with our responsible personnel about the conditions of the tour before making your decision to participate.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry some risk and can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please ensure that you are aware of the risks involved; if in doubt, please consult with our responsible personnel. If you remain uncertain, we recommend not completing the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly request your compliance with the warnings given by our responsible personnel, adhere strictly to the precautions provided, and wear the safety equipment as required. Failure to do so puts both yourself and other participants at risk.
6-It is the guest's responsibility to wear appropriate clothing at places of religious importance. Our company bears no responsibility for guests denied entry due to their attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothes. The responsibility for bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, flip-flops, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls or for borrowing towels from the hotel lies entirely with our guests.
8-You must inform the guide of any food allergies, other allergies, or special dietary needs for health reasons. We cannot guarantee to meet these special needs, but we will promise to do our best to accommodate them.
9-We strongly recommend that throughout your stay in Egypt and on our tours, you avoid drinking open water or other beverages, eating fruit/vegetables unless you are certain they have been washed thoroughly and peeled, and consuming exposed and unpackaged food sold outside. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, which may result in symptoms like fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention, but related costs will be your responsibility.
