IMPORTANT NOTES

• For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn and worn passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the necessary documents listed in the visa document required by our agencies must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made, otherwise Adonis.com is not responsible for the entry denial by passport police.
• In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and bears no responsibility in case of visa not being approved for any reason, not being issued on time, or errors in the visa. The passenger has no right to claim compensation from Adonis.com in any way.
• Adonis.com is merely an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
• At the time of registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will result in no-show charges being passed on to the guests.
• Flight times may change prior to departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the main office 48 hours before the departure date.
• The city where the flight will land may vary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for any flight time changes or delays that may occur by the airline companies.
• Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not responsible for any changes in domestic connection flights that occur. Adonis.com is not liable for such changes.
• For group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and if the outbound flight cannot be used according to group ticket rules, the return flight cannot be used either.
• The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation will be notified to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
• The tour itinerary specified in the program is a sample route and may change. City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day(s) according to the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may take place on different days than originally scheduled at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Extra tours can only be conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people; otherwise, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide and prices may change if necessary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the non-conductance of these excursions or tours.
• Additional tours along the route will occur only if at least 10 people participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be kept waiting at the rest area.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited or gone to for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Adonis.com can't be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.
• Museum and historical site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs and so on (and similar) are illustrative and written to serve as examples for star categories and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made at the specified named hotel.
• In triple rooms, there is a supplementary bed application; the third bed is smaller than the standard bed and/or an expandable folding extra bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for certain age group children staying with 2 adults.
• In cases where children under 18 do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, consent forms required for participation must be kept with them during the trip.
• In case of cancellation and change, the "Adonis.com sales contract" will apply.
