2-When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers, and payments are made. Therefore, in case the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;

The staff can wait a reasonable time if the guest is late, provided it does not affect the tour flow, or they can continue. If discounts are applied to bundled packages, the net payment made will be deducted from any refund.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, including Egypt's local and general circumstances, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, and technical malfunctions that may cause delays.

5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel riding, and similar activities may carry certain risks of injury and can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held liable for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, ensure that you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please consult our authorized personnel for information. If you are still uncertain, please refrain from making any purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we request you to adhere strictly to the warnings given by our authorized personnel and to wear the provided safety equipment. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At religious sites, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing falls on our guests. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to clothing issues.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Comfortable shoes, clothing, flip-flops, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarf, and shawls must be brought or rented; also, obtaining and returning beach towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-Any food allergies or other allergies or special dietary requirements should be reported to our guide. Please understand that we may not always be able to meet such specific needs, but we will endeavor as much as possible.
9-During your stay in Egypt and in our tours, we strongly advise against consuming open water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables unless certain they are thoroughly washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged foods sold openly. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting may occur, in which case our company will assist you with the necessary medical intervention. However, any associated costs will be your responsibility.
