GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-Tours must reach a minimum number of participants to be conducted in Turkish with a guide. If these numbers are not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English speaking staff (with the consent of the guest)
B-For a price difference, they can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the consent of the guest)
C-If the above options do not receive guest approval, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will receive a full refund for the amount paid for that tour. If the discount of the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
 2-At the moment the guest purchases the tour, reservations are made for the local service providers, and payments are made. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health problem verified by a medical report occurs for them and/or anyone sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount of the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
B-Refunds of 50% of the paid amount will be made for cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure. If the discount of the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
 C-No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-Guests who do not appear at the specified meeting point at the designated time can reach the tour at another point on their own. If this is not preferred, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refunds will be made.
E-Some tours also take guests from different hotels, so in the case of delays, guests are required to contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the transportation. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, this cannot be a reason for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refunds will be made.
F-During the free time and break stops during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide necessary information for the movement time. Should a guest be late while the flow of the tour is not affected, the personnel can choose to wait for a reasonable time or continue. Otherwise, the guest can either arrive at the next point using their own means or return to the hotel using their own means. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: All vehicles, restaurants, menus, places, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all are certified by International Tourism Standards and Egyptian Authorized Bodies. In the event of incomplete and/or defective service during our tours and activities, since the process you spend in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, any resulting problems are solved by instant interventions or partial or full refunds can occur based on the problem. The discount from discounted packages is deducted from the total amount paid.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions outside its control, such as local and general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, and delays due to technical faults.

Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes. Ensure you are aware of these risks when participating in such tours and activities; if you have any doubts, please seek information from our authorized personnel. If you still are uncertain, please refrain from completing the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly request you to strictly follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, the measures provided, and wear the security equipment given based on the situation. Otherwise, you would be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing in religiously significant places. Our company does not hold any responsibility for guests who are not allowed entry due to their clothing.

8-Guests need to inform the guide of any food allergies or other allergies, or special dietary needs. Please be aware that we may not always be able to meet such special needs; we only guarantee that we will do our best.
9-While you stay in Egypt and during our tours, we strongly recommend that you avoid drinking open water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables unless you are certain they are thoroughly washed and peeled, and consuming unwrapped foods sold in the open. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local Egyptian conditions, you may experience symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical care. However, the related expenses will be borne by you.
