Important Notes
• The tour duration includes the day of departure and return, totaling 1 Night 2 Days, with 1 night hotel accommodation.
• Our tour package includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and local excursions as a single package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, excursions, etc. rights are non-refundable.
• Child discounts applicable on tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed in hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels mentioned in the program are Dgn Travel's preferred accommodation facilities. Depending on occupancy in the region and hotels, changes may be made as long as hotel standards remain the same. The names of hotels will be provided 48 hours before departure, upon request and depending on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not allowed.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to unavoidable reasons such as crowd or renovation, while remaining the same otherwise.
• The program schedule may change at the guide's discretion due to circumstances such as weather conditions, road conditions, or crowding at visiting sites.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places in the tour program that are not visited due to unavoidable reasons (weather, road conditions, crowding at visit sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings provided by the guide during the tour. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim.
• All our tours operate under a graduated price system. As the number of bookings within the package increases and the date approaches, tour prices may increase gradually. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price fixation is not possible without prior payment.
• During reservation, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed. There is no guarantee for notes entered in the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or rear is not possible.
• The seating arrangement on the vehicle is determined by Dgn Travel Operations based on the order of reservations. No refund will be possible for objections regarding seat arrangements. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours such as night excursions included in the tour program depend on the number of participants and the available staff. Additional tours planned on the way will take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not join the extra tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by our guide. Guests not participating in extra tours have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest area.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no claim for the situation. Dgn Travel bears no responsibility in this case.
• Prices for extra tours may vary by season. In such cases, the date of the tour's departure is taken into account, not the date when the guest purchased the tour. The price of the extra tours in effect during the tour will be applicable. The guest agrees to this when purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests in services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• In cases where minors (under 18 years old) are attending without either parent, a notarized consent letter must be carried during travel.
• Guests participating in the tour need to carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy, or medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur at the specified departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is indicative, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays that may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops where we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location.
• According to traffic regulations, all guests in the vehicle must wear seatbelts during the journey; otherwise, Dgn Travel is not responsible.
• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at rest areas etc.
• Since the tour will begin before check-in at the hotel on the first day, please prepare your belongings that you need to carry separately.
• Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it is advisable to be prepared as finding ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc. may not always be possible.
• Long distances may be covered during the programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Lunches will be served with economically prepared menus specific to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables will be assigned based on the crowd.
• The starting and ending route of our tours is determined according to regional density. The exact starting and ending points of the tour can be learned by guests by contacting two (2) days in advance if they wish.
• If the agency does not reach the required number of participants, the guest will be informed, and the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled according to the guest's preference. Alternatively, ticketing can be arranged for the nearest departure point allowing the guest to join the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In this situation, the guest does not have any claim rights.
• Guests can cancel and make changes to their reservations without stating any reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service, and the amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction from the reservation fee; between 15 and 7 days will incur a 50% deduction; and cancellations made 7 days or less before will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation fee.
• Guests who purchase a Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without stating a reason, up to 72 hours prior to the start date without any deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package do not cover flight tickets.
• Museum cards and entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without stating any reasons up to 72 hours before the start date. Following cancellation, the entire fee paid for the package tour will be refunded in full without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight arrangements included in tours. The cost for this tour’s Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package is 1500 TL.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
The scope of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any failure to provide package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance is at the expense of the guest.

Our vehicles do not include headphones. For vehicles equipped with TV units, it is recommended to use an external charger instead of charging your phone, as doing so can reduce battery life.

- After picking up our valued guests from the designated points, we will start our journey with Dgn Travel for the Safranbolu Amasra Abantu tour.
- We head towards Abant Lake, located at the foothills of Bolu Mountain. When we arrive at the lake shore, you can optionally participate in various activities. Guests can either take a walk or enjoy a carriage or horseback ride. After our lunch, we will reach Safranbolu, a museum town that is under the protection of UNESCO, which reflects the traces of the coexistence of Turks and Greeks.
- First, we will go to Hıdırlık Hill to have a panoramic view of Safranbolu, the Government House, and the Clock Tower. From here, we can clearly see how well-organized the houses are, as no house obstructs the view of another. After taking beautiful photos, we will walk through the streets reflecting the spirit of Safranbolu, visiting the markets of Shoemakers, Merchants, Blacksmiths, and Coppersmiths, as well as the Cinci Inn and Bath, İzzet Mehmet Pasha Mosque, Akçasu Canyon, Köprülü Mehmet Pasha Mosque with its Sun Clock in the courtyard, and the Kaymakamlar Mansion. In this town famous for its houses and Turkish delight, you will feel as if you are in a time machine. While getting information about Turkish delight at the famous confectionery of the historic town, we will also have the chance to taste its delicious delights and shop. After our shopping break in Yemeniciler Market, we will visit the Republic Chocolate Museum. In this 500 square meter area, using 12 tons of chocolate, you can see miniatures and statues including Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. It is a unique experience museum with walls covered in chocolate, where the rich aroma of chocolate triggers happiness hormones. After learning and tasting about chocolate, we complete our visit to Safranbolu and check into our hotel.
- Dinner and accommodation at our hotel. For guests who wish to contribute to Safranbolu's tourism, we will go to the Crystal Terrace (Glass Viewing Terrace) built 80 meters above Tokatlı Canyon and to the İncekaya Water Aqueduct. The glass viewing terrace can support 75 tons and consists of three pieces of glass, each 3 centimeters thick, with vents that can support 750 kilograms each. The terrace, covering an area of 100 square meters, can accommodate 400 people, but only 30 people can be present at one time. The terrace offers us the unique view of Tokatlı Canyon. (Extra)

Day 2
- Amasra - Yörükköyü - Laundry House - Kemere Bridge - Bartın - Devrek
- On the last day of our Safranbolu Amasra Abantu tour with Dgn Travel, after breakfast at our hotel, we will arrive at Yörük village, formerly known as Yörükan-i Taraklı Borlu, an old Bektaşi village inhabited by Yörük Turks. After visiting the village's public spaces, including the Old Laundry House, Sipahioğlu Mansion, and the village market, we will take a break at the village café before heading to Amasra. We reach the beautiful Amasra, which gained fame with the words of Fatih Sultan Mehmet, "Lala, Lala, Çeşm-i Cihan dedikleri bu mu ola (Is this the eye of the world?)". We will have our lunch at a seaside fish restaurant with fish and Amasra's famous salad. After the meal, we will start exploring Amasra. We will visit the Amasra Castle from the Genoese period, the Fatih Mosque from the Byzantine period, converted from a church, the Kale Mosque, Boztepe, and Ağaç İşleri (Woodworking) in Çekiciler Market. Those who wish can join a boat tour in Amasra (Extra). At the end of our trip, we will stop by a cane workshop in Devrek, known for its canes, and head back to Istanbul via Bolu - Adapazarı, returning guests to the points where we picked them up and bidding farewell in hopes of meeting in another Dgn Travel organization.
