• The duration of the tour is 1 Night 2 Days, including the day of travel and return, and includes 1 night of hotel accommodation. • In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing tours are considered as a package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child next to two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed during hotel accommodation. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays on an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are the priority accommodation facilities of DGN Travel. The regions and hotels can be changed based on availability, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated if requested 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour, based on availability. • The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not permitted. • Our rest areas can be changed in terms of location and service standards for reasons such as density and renovations, provided that they remain the same. • In the tour program, in the event of changes in scheduling (during the day’s sightseeing or between days) due to weather conditions, road situations, and density at the visitation sites, the guide may make changes if deemed necessary. • DGN Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited in the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, density at visitation places, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timing given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, the guest has no right to claim. • A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations in the package increases and the date approaches, the tour prices may also rise incrementally. DGN Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, it is not possible to fix the price without a down payment. • It is not guaranteed or promised to have specific seat numbers during the reservation. There are no guarantees for notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selection, such as front or back, is not allowed. • The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is determined by DGN Travel Operations based on the order of reservations. In cases of objection regarding seat allocation, no refunds are possible. All our seats are of the same standard. • Extra tours, such as night tours mentioned in the tour program, are carried out based on the number of participants and the conditions of the present staff. Additional tours along the way will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Those who do not participate in extra tours have signed up for the tour by accepting to wait at the rest area. • If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. DGN Travel is not responsible for this situation. • Extra tour prices may vary by season. In such a case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered; instead, the date of the tour is taken into account. The extra tour price valid during the period of the tour applies. The guest accepts this condition upon purchasing the tour. • DGN Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may occur to the services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers as a result of the guest. Businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by the guest. • In cases where minors under the age of 18 do not accompany either or both parents, consent documentation is required to be kept with them during the trip. • Guests participating in the tour must carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy, and medications they constantly use. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the designated departure times. • Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and DGN Travel is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the stops we collected them from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location. • According to traffic law, all passengers in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout the journey, and DGN Travel is not responsible for situations where they are not worn. • The responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle lies with the guest at rest stops, etc. • Since the first day of the tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need separately. • Due to the intensity of the program, it may not always be possible to find places such as ATMs and currency exchange offices; therefore, it is advisable to be prepared. • Long distances may be covered during the planned programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle. • Lunches will consist of region-specific economical menus. For lunch and dinner, tables will be divided into groups based on the region's density. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to the area's density. Before the tour begins, guests may contact us to learn about the confirmed starting and ending routes two days in advance if they wish. • In cases where the agency does not reach a sufficient number of participants for the tour, they are obliged to inform the guest and based on the preference of the guest, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing may be done for the nearest departure point to ensure the guest’s participation. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via a call, SMS, or email. The guest has no right to claim in such situations. • Guests can cancel and change their reservation without any reason up to 30 days prior to the start date of the service, and the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; for cancellations and changes made between 15 and 7 days before, 50% will be deducted; for cancellations and changes made less than 7 days before, 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted. • Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without providing reasons up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets. • Museum cards and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
