You need to be at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport's international terminal 3 hours before departure. After baggage and ticket processing, we will depart to London Stansted Airport with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ9 40 at 11:45. After arriving at local time 13:05, our panoramic city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. During the city tour, places to be seen include Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben Clock Tower, Trafalgar Square, Admiral Nelson Monument, the Parliament Building, Westminster Bridge and Abbey, Oxford and Regent Shopping Streets, and the Thames River. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at the hotel.

After the breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the optional Westminster & London Eye & Thames River Tour (155 Pounds). The London Eye, standing at a height of 135 meters, is set to be the most popular tourist attraction in the UK with nearly three million visitors a year. After the tour of the Westminster area, you will have the chance to see historical London from a different perspective on a boat tour on the Thames River. After free time at Covent Garden, we return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

After having breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the optional Oxford & Bicester Outlet Tour (130 Pounds). We are heading to Oxford, which is one of the culturally and historically important cities in the southeast of England. This city, hosting one of the oldest universities, Oxford University, has maintained its feature as a student city for centuries. With the presence of students from all over the world, this city has a quite cosmopolitan structure and attracts tourists with its architecture and cultural past. After this tour, we will have free time at Bicester Outlet, one of the world's popular shopping centers housing hundreds of brands. After the tour, we return to our hotel for free time. Overnight at the hotel.

  1. Day LONDON - IZMIR

After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to Stansted Airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport formalities, we will depart for Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 941 at 12:30. Arrival at local time 19:15 and end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • It is the guest's responsibility to follow the procedure changes due to Covid determined by the Health Ministries of the countries to be traveled.
  • It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn passports.
  • For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the required documents list for the visa, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour date.
  • The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or the country where the most accommodation will take place; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
  • In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between the clients and the consulate and has no responsibility for any reasons for visa non-approval, delays, and/or errors in the visa; the traveler has no right to compensation from Adonis.com in any way.
  • Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  • During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or changes to tickets due to incorrect information will incur no-show fees charged to the guests.
  • Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by guests by calling the head office at least 48 hours before the travel dates.

  • Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not held liable for changes in domestic flight transfers by Adonis.com.
  • On group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  • The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/rates are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
  • In cases where the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
  • The tour itinerary specified in the program is an example, and changes may occur along the tour route.
  • City introduction tours may be conducted on the following day(s) according to the arrival time in the city.
  • Tours mentioned in the programs may be conducted on days other than the specified day(s) at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
  • Optional tours can only be carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people; otherwise, it is at the discretion of the guide, and if necessary, prices may be changed accordingly. Adonis.com is not responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
  • Extra tours along the way will occur if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest area.
  • Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Adonis.com is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours.
  • Museum and ancient site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
  • Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.
