GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation notice will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour, including domestic connecting flights purchased from the Agency, will include the domestic connection flight if purchased from the Agency. Visa services, travel health insurance, and if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using these services, these services cannot be refunded once used. If no visa application has been made, visa and travel insurance fees can be canceled and refunded. If the guest obtained the domestic connection flight from a provider other than the Agency independently, the Agency is not liable to refund any fees if the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest acknowledges and accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour; the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the service will be provided individually to the guest, and the included guide service will only cover the transfers to/from the international departure and return. Cancellations and Changes 4- Tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date, the cost of the flight tickets, which are non-refundable, will be charged as a penalty. 5- Guests may cancel in writing up to 30 days before the departure date with the full refund, excluding the payment made for airline tickets, which the Agency has paid or committed to the airline. For trips starting within 30 days, cancellations are subject to a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee if canceled between 31 days and 15 days before departure, or the full tour fee if canceled with 15 days or less remaining. When requesting cancellation, the conditions for refunds of additional services such as domestic connection flights, visa services, and travel insurance may vary depending on the timing, and prior inquiry is recommended. The Agency does not guarantee refunds for these additional services. Guide and Extra Tours 6- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of the museums and archaeological sites visited and weather conditions. During the tours, different guides may accompany the guests. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are introductory tours conducted from the vehicle with guide narration, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. These tours, including other scheduled tours, may not be held if local authorities do not permit visits, sites are closed due to events, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. The agency is not responsible for these cancellations. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot if roads or vehicle access are restricted. 8- Our guide may change the days of city and additional tours according to the content of the tours, the number of participants, and site closures. This also applies to schedule changes due to flight timing alterations. 9- Regarding tours with speedboats: guests should avoid heavy meals immediately before boarding and should not drink excessive water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, or pregnant guests, should inform their guides. 10- Services specified as included in the price, such as certain tours or meals, cannot be refunded if not participated in. Flights Information 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and in case of disputes, applicable Turkish laws along with the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will apply. 12- Delays or schedule changes in scheduled and charter flights may occur. The Agency is obliged to inform guests of these changes as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of flight timing changes or cancellations when purchasing the tour. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay airport taxes. 14- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip purchased ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures must be completed personally by those traveling on flight packages, either at the airport counters or online, before the flight. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes will be announced at the airport via loudspeaker and display screens; guests are responsible for monitoring this information. 17- The agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the airport on time, do not complete check-in or boarding procedures, or who fail to board the flight despite completing procedures. Those who miss their flight are responsible for obtaining new tickets and covering all related costs for rejoining the tour. 18- The standard luggage weight limit on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg, which may vary depending on the airline and destination country. Domestic flights within certain countries may have a limit of 15 kg. Overweight baggage rules are set by airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class) can do so after ticket issuance, subject to airline availability. No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please verify if the ticket class can be upgraded. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for onboard meals and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The Agency is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel by the guest. In such cases, the hotel's cancellation policies apply. 22- If hotel names are not specified but only category information is provided, or if options are offered for the same destination, the Agency will notify the guest 48 hours before departure. 23- In special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, sports tournaments, or events, hotels may be located farther than usual from the specified locations or distances. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days before departure. 24- During registration, guests must accurately provide their passport information (name, date of birth, passport number). Ticket issuance is based on these details. Any errors may lead to cancellation or extra charges, which will be borne by the guest. 25- To use your mobile phone abroad, check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure international service is active. 26- Hotel check-in time is generally 15:00, and check-out is at 12:00. 27- Requests regarding room preferences (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) should be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 28- Breakfast at hotels typically follows a continental style, offering limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee; it may be served in a dedicated room for groups. 29- Some double rooms may have double beds instead of two twin beds; many European hotels offer rooms with convertible beds. 30- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type. 31- Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request, subject to availability and hotel approval. 32- The maximum capacity for extra beds or cribs is one per room. 33- In triple rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds, comprising one large bed and one fold-away or coach bed; guests acknowledge potential congestion and bed types when booking. 34- If the number of adults and children or their ages are incorrectly stated during reservation, hotels may charge additional fees; liability lies with the guest providing false information. Hotels may request ID for age verification. 35- In reservations with two adults and one child, the child may not have a separate bed; child rates apply only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid for children within the age group accompanying two adults. 36- Variations in currency rates during the trip may affect prices, with current exchange rates applicable at the time of payment. Additional services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel are extra and payable locally. 37- Some countries impose different city, tourism, or local taxes; these are collected at entry or exit points by the hotel from the guest. 38- The distances shown in the itinerary are map-based estimates; actual travel times may vary due to traffic, weather, country-specific conditions, or road works. 39- The Agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary or the primary airline without altering the overall program if necessary due to circumstances. 40- Personal belongings, luggage, passports, and IDs are the responsibility of the guests; the Agency is not responsible for loss or theft. Any costs for recovery are borne by the owner. 41- Guests must carry their travel health insurance policies, medications, and reports if applicable. 42- Additional expenses at the hotel, such as deposits required by authorities, are payable upon check-in and are separate from the tour price, with refunds processed directly between guest and hotel. Visas and Passports 1- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of travel. 2- For customs and border crossings, passports must have at least 2 blank pages for entry/exit stamps. 3- Visa exemption or possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; border officials may refuse entry or exit. The Agency is not responsible for such situations; liabilities rest with the traveler. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship using another passport should consult the relevant consulates about visa procedures for the countries visited; the Agency is not responsible for issues arising from non-compliance. 5- Worn, torn, wet, or damaged passports should be exchanged for new ones to avoid problems at border crossings; the responsibility lies with the traveler. 6- Minors traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to present a notarized consent letter from the absent parent or guardian; travelers under 18 are advised to be aware of this requirement.
