Some tours may be organized using public transportation or on foot, where vehicle entry is prohibited or on closed roads. 7- Our guide can change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the closure status of museums and sites. This situation is also valid for potential changes in flight times. 8- Important points to consider for tours conducted by Speed Boats are: avoid heavy meals right before boarding and limit water intake. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their situations. 9- There is no refund for participation in included tour or meal services that are specified in the prices if not attended. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of changes/cancellation to the flight schedule when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay for airport tax. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures to be performed by passengers participating in flights are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guests at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the airlines' websites before the flight. 15- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes will be announced at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. These updates must be monitored directly by the guests. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the airport at the scheduled times as per airline regulations, do not check in and board in time, or check in and board on time but do not board the plane. Any costs incurred for missed flights, including obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers within the destination, are entirely the responsibility of the guests. 17- Generally, the luggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This limit may vary depending on the airline and the destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this weight limit may drop to 15 kg for those flights. Extra baggage weight/price regulations are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- Guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with mileage (to business or first class) can carry out upgrade processes after tickets have been issued, depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of). An upgrade guarantee cannot be given for every flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for services such as food and drinks and online check-in. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not be responsible for any changes or cancellation transactions made directly by the guest communicating with the hotel. In that case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- If the names of hotels are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided, and/or options are presented for the same destination, the guest will be informed by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip's departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. Tickets will be issued based on this information. Any penalty for cancellations or changes due to erroneous information provided will be charged to the guests. 24- To be able to use mobile phones abroad, ensure before leaving Turkey that your phone is activated for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs. 25- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests for the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. It will be ensured that the reserved rooms are in accordance with the preferences of the guest, subject to the hotel's availability. These requests depend on the availability at the time of check-in and Wtatil cannot guarantee them. 27- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast. It is typically served as a limited selection known as continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups. 28- In some cases, instead of a double bed room, a twin room may be provided. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary between hotels and room types. 30- Any extra bed and baby cot requests are provided upon request and are subject to hotel availability and require approval by the hotel. 31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is one (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, extra bed applications exist, and the bed designated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple room consists of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds include beds known as pull-out beds and sofa beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept any crowding and bed types due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or family reservations. 33- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations are mistakenly declared by our guests, relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for “single child” within the age group staying with two adults. 35- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests, some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) in the hotel will be subject to additional charges. These costs are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. All applicable city, tourism, or other taxes are collected by the hotel from the guest during entry or exit. 37- The distances given in the programs are based on map measurements. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country being visited, road works, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary. 39- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal items, bags, luggage, passports/identifications. Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for their return to the country and/or to the individual are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health issues with them. 41- For potential extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel. 44- To be able to stamp the entry-exit mark on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- The exemption from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit into/from the country will be allowed; the passport police have the authority to not allow you entry to the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country’s passport must personally consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures of the respective country they will be visiting; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held liable for any resulting consequences. 47- To avoid issues at the border crossing with customs police due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler. 48- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that they may be asked by the police on duty to provide a document showing the consent of both parents for entry-exit into/from the country; it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
