Meet at the Saudi Airlines counter at the Istanbul New Airport International Departures terminal at 15:25. After completing our baggage and passport procedures, we will depart for Jeddah at 18:25 on Saudi Airlines flight SV278. Arrival in Jeddah at 22:20.
Day 2: Jeddah -Bangkok- Pattaya
Then, we will depart for Bangkok at 02:00 on Saudi Airlines flight SV844. After having breakfast on the plane, we will arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 13:40 local time. We will meet our guide waiting at the airport and transfer to Pattaya with our private vehicles. After checking into the hotel, there will be free time. Overnight at our hotel.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In case adequate participation for the trip is not achieved; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the trip date. In such a case, cancellation information will be conveyed to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; internal flight connections obtained through Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, and visa services, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, cannot be refunded since these services are deemed used. If the guest purchased the internal flight connections from a different provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot claim any refund from Wtatil in case of cancellation of the trip by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance the potential financial and moral losses that may arise due to the tour cancellation when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- If adequate participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfer for the international round trip.
Cancellation and Change
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they inform Wtatil in writing no later than 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets for which payment has been made and/or commitments made by Wtatil. If it is less than 31 days before the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty amounting to 50% of the remaining tour fee for the airfare. If it is 15 days or less before the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions of additional services such as internal flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of cancellation request; therefore, it is necessary to inquire about the refund information in advance. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged as a general introduction to the cities and are conducted with a guide's narration from the vehicle, not including entries to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours indicated in the program, will not be held if local authorities do not allow visits on the specified days and times for reasons related to closures or blocked roads due to any events; similarly, if tours become impossible to conduct due to weather conditions, Wtatil cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants or the closure status of museums and archaeological sites, depending on the content of our tours. This condition also applies in cases of changes in flight times.
8- When participating in our tours conducted with Speed Boats, guests should be cautious about the following: do not eat heavy meals or drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints regarding their stomach, back, neck, or those who are pregnant must inform their guides of their conditions.
9- If participation is not provided for the services included in the prices, such as tours or meal services, there will be no refunds.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will be applied.
11- In scheduled and charter flights, delays or changes in flight times may occur. Wtatil is obligated to communicate these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times by purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to the airline's rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- The check-in and boarding procedures to be performed for those participating in tours by air are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be completed by the guests at the airports or online on the airlines' websites before the flight.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information should be monitored by guests themselves.
16- Wtatil cannot be held responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated according to the airline's rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who have completed these procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their own responsibility.
17- The general weight allowance for luggage on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are internal flights in the country to which guests are traveling, this luggage allowance may drop to 15 kg for those internal flights. The rules for excess baggage weight/fees are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrades can be performed depending on the airline’s availability after the tickets are issued (please check the airline you are a member of). Upgrade cannot be guaranteed for every flight. Please check if the tickets in the program are of upgradeable class.
19- Meal and online check-in services may incur additional charges with certain airlines.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in relation to the hotel. In such cases, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.
21- When the names of the hotels are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided and/or options are presented for the same destination, the guest will be notified by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip starts.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther from the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
23- During the registration for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/disclose the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous information will be charged to the guests.
24- In order to use your mobile phone abroad, please check with the company associated with your line before leaving Turkey to see if your phone is activated for international use.
25- The check-in time for accommodation at hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) by Wtatil will be communicated to the hotel. Care will be taken for the reserved rooms to meet the guest's preferences, depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- The breakfast provided at hotels may differ from the wealthy traditional Turkish breakfast. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
28- In some cases, instead of a double bed room, a room with two single beds may be provided. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy can vary according to each hotel and room type.
30- Any additional bed or baby cot is provided upon request and is subject to the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The maximum capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1.
32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed; the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds are composed of folding and coach beds. Our guests declare that they accept the potential congestion and bed type issues in standard rooms with additional beds added to triple or child reservations.
33- If the information regarding the number of adults and accompanying children as well as their ages provided in hotel reservations is inaccurately stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided incorrect information. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. The child prices are only valid when the child is accompanying two adults. Child discounts apply only for "single children" that fit the age group of the accompanying adults.
35- The daily exchange rate changes are reflected in the TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment are applicable. Any requests for additional services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges at the hotel. These expenses will not be included in the payment at the time of purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries may have different applications related to city, tourism or local taxes. All such city, tourism or other taxes applicable will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
37- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical locations of the country visited, road works, and other conditions.
38- Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without disrupting the content of the program, in cases where necessary or deemed appropriate.
39- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities during the tour, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred in delivering them to the country and/or the individual will be borne by the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and reports for any health issues with them.
41- For potential extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no involvement in it.
Visa and Passport
42- There are no visa requirements for Turkish citizens.
43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion.
44- At customs crossings/border checkpoints, to ensure that an entry-exit stamp can be put on your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean you can enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exist the country, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must personally inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to at the relevant consulates; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid issues with customs police at the border checkpoint of the country to be visited due to torn, damaged, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of the parents may be asked by border officials for a document proving the consent of both parents for entry and exit from the country; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this issue.
