Our guests are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type resulting from extra beds added to standard rooms when making reservations for triple rooms and/or reservations with children.
33- If the number and ages of children staying with adults, as stated in hotel reservations, are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children’s ages.
