GENERAL TERMS 1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic connecting flights purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, visa services and travel health insurance will not be refunded if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using these services, but if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and the fee refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in the event that the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchase, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil reserves the right to show good faith and not cancel the tour. In this case, as the tour will only be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfers for international departure and return. Cancellation and Change 4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for the airline tickets for which payment has been made and/or committed to by Wtatil. If there are 31 days or less remaining until the start of the trip, they can cancel by paying 50% of the remaining tour fee based on the price of the airplane ticket, and in the case of 15 days or less remaining until the start of the trip, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the requested cancellation period, so it is necessary to inquire beforehand about the refund process. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the cancellation refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide due to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with narration from the vehicle, not including entrance to museums and historical sites, typically lasting up to 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with any other tours mentioned in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit access on the day and time of the tour, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted. 7- Our guide, while adhering to the content of our tours, may make changes to the days of city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and historical sites. This also applies in the case of changes to flight times. 8- Important considerations for tours to be conducted with Speed Boats include avoiding heavy meals immediately before getting on the boat and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions. 9- There is no refund for services included in the prices if participation in said tour or meal services is not provided. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 11- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of change/cancellation of the flight time when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations; if the departure flight of purchased round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. 14- The check-in and boarding procedures that participants must complete for flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's website. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes will be announced at the airports by voice and displayed on information boards; this information must be monitored by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not ready at the specified airport at the notified times, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers etc., for guests who miss their flight to be included in the tour are their own responsibility. 17- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the country of destination, the bag weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not Wtatil's responsibility. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using their miles (to business or first class); upgrades may be made after the tickets have been issued, depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline your membership is with). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Check if the tickets in the program are in a class that can be upgraded. 19- Some airlines may charge additional fees for food and drink services and online check-in. Other Issues 20- Wtatil will not accept any responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest communicating with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In situations where the hotel(s) are listed only by category information, and/or offered as options for the same destination without specifying the names, Wtatil will notify the guest 48 hours before the travel date. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified locations or kilometers. In this case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the departure date of the tour. 23- During the registration for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees for canceled or changed flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use mobile phones abroad, it is advisable to check with the telecommunications company whether your phone is activated for international usage before departing from Turkey. 25- The check-in time for accommodation at hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Wtatil will inform the hotel of requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). Efforts will be made to ensure that the booked rooms conform to the guests' preferences according to the availability of the hotel. The realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- The breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast traditionally offered in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served in the form of a limited selection consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, referred to as a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups. 28- In some cases, instead of a twin-bed room, a double bed may be provided. Most European hotels offer rooms that can be joined, which have two separate beds. 29- The child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel's room types. 30- Any additional bed and baby cot will be provided upon request and is subject to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an application for additional beds, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds are made up of pull-out mechanisms and are referred to as coach beds. Our guests accept that they will be cramped in rooms with triple occupancy or additional beds for children and have declared their awareness of the types of beds due to additional beds added to a standard room. 33- If the number of children to be accommodated with adults and the children's ages declared during hotel reservations are false, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child is traveling with two adults. Child discounts apply only to one "single child" staying with two adults, fulfilling the age group requirements. 35- Daily exchange rate fluctuations will be reflected in TL prices. The applicable rates will be those at the time of payment. Additional requests and any extra services you will receive at the hotel (mini bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to additional charges as determined by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes currently being applied will be collected from the guest at the hotel during entry or exit. 37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road work, and other conditions. 38- Wtatil may alter the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without changing the content of the program in case of mandatory situations or if it deems it necessary. 39- The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. For items found afterwards, the costs incurred for delivery to the country and/or person belong to the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health issues. 41- For possible additional expenses, the hotel may request a cash or credit card deposit, along with an official photo ID/passport upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervening role. Visa and Passport 42- Visa application is not required for T.C. citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of completion of the trip. 44- At customs crossings/border gates, to have an entry-exit stamp placed in your passport, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages. 45- The exemption from visa requirements for the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exiting from the country can be guaranteed, as the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exiting; Wtatil is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the traveler. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens and those who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure for the country being traveled to. Otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 47- To avoid issues at the border checkpoint of the visited country due to torn, damaged, wet, or similarly impaired passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler. 48- Guests under the age of 18 should be aware that they may be asked for a joint consent document from both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent during entry-exit at the country; it is recommended that they and their parents show sensitivity to this issue.
