General Conditions 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information is conveyed to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, such as domestic connection flights, these are also refunded. If a visa service or travel health insurance has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded once used. If no visa application was made, the visa and travel health insurance are canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from an entity independent of the Agency, the Agency cannot request any refund if the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest agrees in advance to any material or moral losses that may arise from the tour's cancellation; the Agency is not responsible. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency, acting in good faith, has the right not to cancel the tour. In this case, the tour will be arranged individually for the guest, and the guide included in the package will only cover transfer to and from the foreign destination. Cancellation and Changes 4- Tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date, the non-refundable ticket prices, which include penalties, will be charged as cancellation fees. 5- Guests may notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before departure to cancel, with the exception of airfare paid and/or guaranteed by the Agency. For cancellations less than 30 days before departure, a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee for cancellations within 31 days or less, and the full tour fee for cancellations within 15 days or less, will be applied. Additional services such as domestic connection flights, visa services, and travel insurance are subject to varying cancellation and refund conditions depending on the time of cancellation; prior information should be requested. The Agency cannot guarantee refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Additional Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions. During the tours, different guides may accompany guests. 7- Panorama city tours included in the package are maximum 2-3 hours long, designed to introduce the general overview of the cities via guide commentary from within the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. If these tours cannot be realized due to local restrictions, closed roads, weather conditions, or other reasons beyond the Agency's control, the Agency bears no responsibility. Some tours may be conducted via public transit or on foot if roads are closed or access is restricted. 8- Our guide can modify the schedule of city tours or additional tours depending on guest numbers, site closures, or flight schedule changes. This also applies in case of changes in flight times. 9- For tours with speedboats, guests should avoid heavy meals and drinking excessive water right before boarding. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints or pregnant guests should inform the guides beforehand. 10- Services included in the price, such as specific sightseeing tours or meals, are non-refundable if not utilized. Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. In case of disputes, applicable Turkish laws, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will be enforced. 12- Timetable delays or changes in scheduled flights may occur. The Agency is obliged to inform guests as soon as possible. Guests purchase the tour accepting the risk of flight time changes or cancellations. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight purchased as part of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures are individual responsibilities of each guest, who must complete them at the airport or online before the flight. 16- Last-minute delays, gate changes, and other updates are announced at airports via audio and displayed on information screens, which guests should monitor. 17- Guests must be at the airport on time for check-in and boarding. The Agency is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrivals. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for rebooking, transfers, and any additional costs. 18- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg, but this may vary depending on the airline and destination. Internal flights may have a limit of 15 kg. Excess baggage fees are determined solely by airlines and are not under the Agency’s responsibility. 19- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets (business or first class) can do so contingent on airline availability after ticket issuance. No upgrade guarantees are provided. Check whether the program tickets are eligible for upgrade. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for in-flight meals and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The Agency is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with hotels by guests. In such cases, the hotel's cancellation policies apply. 22- If hotel names are not specified but only categories or options are given, the Agency will inform guests at least 48 hours before the tour. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located further from specified locations. In such cases, the Agency will notify guests at least 15 days before departure. 24- During registration for the tour, guests must accurately provide their passport name, birth date, and passport number. Tickets are issued based on these details. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation or change of tickets, with associated penalties borne by the guest. 25- To use your mobile phone abroad, ensure it is unlocked for international use by contacting your service provider before departure. 26- Hotel check-in is typically after 15:00, and check-out is usually before 12:00. 27- Guests' special requests such as high floors, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking rooms, or bed types are communicated to the hotel. Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 28- Breakfast offered at hotels is generally continental, including bread, butter, jam, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall for groups. 29- Some rooms may have double beds instead of twin beds; many European hotels can join two beds into one when needed. 30- Policies regarding children and extra beds vary by hotel and room type. 31- Additional beds and cribs are provided upon request based on availability and confirmed by the hotel. 32- Extra beds or cribs in the room are limited to one per room. 33- In triple rooms, an extra bed is usually smaller than standard beds, consisting of a sofa bed or a folding bed (coach bed). Guests accept that these arrangements may result in tighter spaces. 34- If the number of children and their ages are incorrectly reported at the time of booking, the hotel may charge extra. Responsibility for inaccurate disclosures lies with the guest. Age verification may be requested for children. 35- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed. Child rates are only valid if the child is sharing with two adults. Child discounts apply only for the age group matching the child's description, under the condition of sharing a room with two adults. 36- Currency exchange fluctuations during the day are reflected on prices in TL. Payment is based on current exchange rates at the time of purchase. Additional services at the hotel (mini-bar, iron, etc.) are extra and paid directly to the hotel. 37- Different countries have varying local taxes, city taxes, or tourism fees, which are collected by the hotel at entry or exit. 38- The mileage distances provided in the program are map-based and may vary due to traffic, weather, roadworks, or other conditions. 39- The Agency may, in essential or necessary situations, change the order of cities or flights without altering the content of the program. 40- The personal belongings of participants, such as bags, passports, or IDs, are their own responsibility. The Agency is not liable for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Costs related to the recovery or delivery of lost belongings are borne by the owner. 41- Participants should carry their travel health insurance documents, medications, and reports for any health issues. 42- Extra expenses at hotels, such as deposits for damages requiring identity verification and credit cards, may be requested at check-in. Refunds for deposits are between the hotel and the guest, with no involvement from the Agency. Visa and Passport 1- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the journey. 2- For border crossings, passports must have at least 2 blank pages for entry/exit stamps. 3- Visa exemption or prior visa issuance does not guarantee entry or exit; border control officers can refuse entry. The Agency is not responsible, and the responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or double nationals using another country's passport should consult the relevant consulates about visa requirements. The Agency is not responsible for outcomes resulting from non-compliance. 5- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged should be renewed to avoid issues at border crossings. Responsibility rests with the passenger if not done. 6- Minors traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to show written consent from the absent parent(s). Guests and parents should be aware of this requirement.
