Day 1 Istanbul – Bologna – Venice Meet in front of Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures. After luggage and ticket procedures, depart to Bologna. Arrive locally in Bologna. Then, with our private vehicle and guide, transfer to Venice. Upon arrival, we start a panoramic city tour of Venice Island. We will see Piazza San Marco, Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Clock Tower, Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Guests who wish can join an extra gondola tour (€30) organized by your guide. Additionally, you can take part in the Big Canal (€45) tour, where you'll see the beauty and historic buildings of the entire city from the Grand Canal in a special boat. After the tour, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel. Day 2 Venice – Florence (Montecatini) After breakfast, we head to Florence. Upon arrival, we begin a panoramic city tour of Florence, photographing its historic streets and squares, ending at Piazza della Repubblica. After a short break, guests who wish can continue exploring Florence with our guide on a step-by-step tour of Renaissance landmarks. In the afternoon, you can join an extra tour following the Medici footsteps and Renaissance works (€35), exploring detailed information about Florence's history, artists, and scientists who shaped the Renaissance. Visit Palazzo Vecchio, which was ruled by the Medici family, Piazza della Signoria with the Hercules and David sculptures, Uffizi Gallery, the historic Ponte Vecchio and Medici corridor, the house of Dante Alighieri, the 13th-century Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with its high dome, the Baptistery known for its "Gates of Paradise," and the city's famous historic markets. After the tour, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay. Day 3 Florence (Montecatini) After breakfast, a free day. Guests who wish can join an optional full Toskana tour (€110), visiting Pisa, San Gimignano, and Volterra. Pisa is renowned for its famous leaning tower. During the panoramic tour, visit Pisa Tower, cathedral, baptistery, and Miracles Square, with photo opportunities. San Gimignano, known as the "City of Towers," was built in the 12th and 13th centuries by rival noble families, centered around the Cisterna Square, which is great for shopping. Volterra, a medieval walled city with ancient Etruscan and Roman roots, has appeared in Hollywood films and series like Game of Thrones and Twilight Zone. Here, you can walk through its narrow medieval streets and squares with breathtaking views of the Toskana Valley. Visit the Roman Theater, forum ruins, Priori Square, and the 12th-century Volterra Cathedral. You can enjoy local cheese and wine, and relax in historic cafes. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay. Day 4 Florence (Montecatini) – Rome After breakfast, depart from the hotel by private vehicle and guide to Rome. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour of Rome, visiting the Vatican (St. Peter’s Basilica), Castel Sant’Angelo, the ancient Circo Massimo ruins, and the Baroque streets by bus. Take a short photo stop at the Colosseum. After the tour, free time in the afternoon. Guests interested can join an extra tour of Rome’s famous landmarks and New Year’s Eve transfer (€75), exploring the ancient Pantheon and the lively Piazza Navona with its fountains and baroque architecture, the Trevi Fountain, known for the legend of throwing a coin to ensure return, the Spanish Steps, Castel Sant’Angelo and its bridge. This guided tour immerses you in Rome’s rich history. Afterward, celebrate the New Year with special lighting, fireworks, and street concerts in the city’s historic squares. Non-participants can add a one-way year-end transfer from Rome center to the hotel (€35). Day 5 Rome After breakfast, a free day. Guests who wish can join an optional tour of Lake Albano & Nemi (Strawberry Village) & Castelli Romani Outlet (€75), enjoying the natural beauty where popes used to spend summer. Tour includes visits to Nemi, famous for its wild strawberries. Also, shopping at Castel Romano Designer Outlet with many famous brands. Later, those interested can join an extra tour of Rome’s monuments and masterpieces for New Year’s Eve (€75), visiting the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Castel Sant’Angelo, and its bridge, exploring the city’s historic locations. In the evening, experience New Year’s Eve celebrations with special lighting, fireworks, and street performances. Those not participating can add a one-way New Year’s Eve transfer from the hotel to the city center (€35). Day 6 Rome – Istanbul After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to the airport. Depart to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. Arrive in Istanbul, marking the end of our tour.

Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not ensured; Wtatil reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the guest will be notified of the cancellation. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, if the domestic connection flight purchased from Wtatil is included, it will also be refunded. If a visa service or travel health insurance is used for visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded once used; if no visa application was made, visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and the fee refunded. If the guest obtained the domestic connection flight from a provider other than Wtatil, they cannot claim any refund from Wtatil if the tour is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral loss arising from the tour’s cancellation, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not ensured, Wtatil has the goodwill to possibly cancel the tour. In this case, the tour will be arranged on an individual basis for the guest, and the guided services included in the package will only cover the international roundtrip transfer. Cancellation and Changes 4- Guests can cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the departure date by notifying Wtatil in writing, excluding the payment and/or commitment made to the airline. If the departure date is less than 31 days away, the guest must pay a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee after deducting the flight ticket cost; if 15 days or less remain before the start date, the full tour fee must be paid as penalty. When requesting cancellation, the conditions for refund of additional services such as domestic connection, visa service, and travel insurance may vary depending on the timing of the request; prior inquiry is recommended. Wtatil cannot guarantee refunds for additional services. Guided Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums/sites and weather conditions. During tours, different guides may accompany the guests. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the package, organized to introduce the general features of the cities and performed panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, do not include entrance to museums or historical sites and last no more than 2-3 hours. These tours, including other tours specified in the program, are subject to local authority permissions. If events, road closures, or weather conditions prevent the tours, Wtatil is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if roads are closed or access is restricted. 7- Our guide may make changes to city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of the tours, number of participants, and the closed status of sites. This applies also to changes in flight times. 8- For tours involving speed boats, it is advised not to eat heavy meals immediately before boarding and not to drink excessive water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 9- If guests do not participate in the services included under the services they paid for (such as specific tours or meals), no refunds will be made. Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline; in case of disputes, applicable laws of Turkey, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will be applied. 11- Scheduled and charter flights may experience delays or schedule changes; Wtatil is obliged to notify guests as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of changes or cancellations when purchasing the tour. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay for the airport tax. 13- According to airline rules, if the onward flight included in the round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Participants in air tours are responsible for check-in and boarding procedures; these must be completed personally at the airport counters or online before the flight. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced at airports via loudspeaker and information screens, which guests are responsible for following. 16- Guests who do not show up at the airport at the designated times or fail to perform check-in and boarding on time, but still go through these procedures and do not board the plane, are responsible for their own costs for new tickets and transfers. Wtatil is not responsible for these. 17- The general baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg, but this may vary depending on the airline and destination. For internal flights within the destination countries, the limit could be 15kg. Overweight baggage rules are set by airlines and are not Wtatil’s responsibility. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets to business or first class can do so after ticket issuance depending on availability of the airline; no mileage guarantee is provided. Check if program tickets are upgradeable. 19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meals, beverages, or online check-in services. Other Matters 20- Wtatil does not accept responsibility for changes or cancellations made directly with hotels. In such cases, hotel cancellation policies apply. 21- If the hotel(s) are not specified by name but only by category or offers options for the same destination, Wtatil will notify the guest at least 48 hours before departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther from the specified locations; guests will be notified 15 days prior if such changes occur. 23- When registering for the tour, guests must correctly enter their passport name, date of birth, and passport number; incorrect information may lead to ticket cancellations or changes with penalties at the guest’s expense. 24- Guests should ensure their phones are open for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting their service providers. 25- Hotel check-in time is at 15:00, check-out at 12:00. 26- Requests regarding room preferences (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil and are subject to availability; not guaranteed. 27- Breakfast served at hotels may be continental-style with limited options (butter, jam, bread, tea/coffee), often in separate dining areas. 28- In some cases, twin rooms may feature a single large bed rather than two separate beds. Many European hotels offer convertible twin rooms. 29- Policies regarding children and extra beds vary by hotel and room type. 30- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability and approval. 31- Extra beds or cots have a maximum capacity of one per room. 32- In triple rooms, an extra bed is usually smaller and consists of a foldaway or coach bed, in addition to the main large bed. Guests accept the possible discomfort and bed types when booking such rooms. 33- Changes in the number of adults and children or their ages provided at reservation, if incorrect, may result in surcharges by the hotel. The responsibility lies with the guest for incorrect declarations. Age verification may be requested by the hotel. 34- For reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, the child might not have a separate bed; child rates are only valid when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only when the child falls within the specified age group and stays with two adults. 35- Currency fluctuations within the day are reflected in TL prices. Exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional services (minibar, iron, etc.) provided at the hotel during stay are extra and paid directly to the hotel. 36- Some countries may impose city, tourism, or other local taxes; these are collected at entry/exit points by the hotel from guests. 37- Road distances given in the programs are map-based; actual travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, and other factors, especially in foreign countries. 38- Wtatil reserves the right to change the order of cities or main airlines in the program if necessary, without altering the overall content. 39- Personal belongings, luggage, passports, and identification are the responsibility of the guests. Wtatil is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. The costs related to finding or returning lost items are borne by the owner. 40- Guests are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications or reports during the trip. 41- Additional expenses in hotels (like deposits, minibar, etc.) may be requested at check-in, with refunds made upon checkout. Wtatil is not responsible for these transactions. Visa and Passport 42- No visa is required for Turkish citizens to participate in this tour. 43- Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel. 44- For border crossings, passports must have at least 2 blank pages for entry and exit stamps. 45- Visa exemption for entry into the countries visited does not guarantee entry; border police may refuse entry or exit, and Wtatil is not responsible. 46- Guests who are non-Turkish citizens or dual citizens using another country’s passport must consult relevant consulates regarding visa procedures; Wtatil is not responsible for resulting issues. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged should be renewed to avoid problems at border crossings; responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Under 18s traveling alone or with only one parent may require a notarized consent document from parents; guests are advised to be aware of this requirement.
