Day 1 – Istanbul - Copenhagen

We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before the flight and, after completing our check-in procedures, fly to Copenhagen (CPH) Airport. After landing, we transfer by private vehicle to the 5* MSC Euribia.

Day 2 – Cruising at Sea

We will spend the entire day cruising at sea. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurant, which offers a variety of freshly prepared food prepared by expert chefs to suit every taste, or at your specially reserved table in the à la carte restaurant. During the day, in addition to yoga and fitness classes, you can make use of the open-air tennis, volleyball and basketball facilities, or the state-of-the-art Technogym-equipped gym, which also features bodybuilding equipment. After dinner, you may spend time in our guide’s colorful and entertaining bars and cafés while listening to live music, attend theatrical performances featuring Broadway-style musicals, or try your luck at the casino. Day 3 – Hellesylt/Geiranger | Lake Hornindal & Dalsnibba National Park

We have arrived at one of Norway’s most beautiful fjords. Guests who wish may join the Lake Hornindal & Dalsnibba National Park tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. Accompanied by breathtaking views of nature, waterfalls and fjords, our tour begins early in the morning from Hellesylt. We approach Geiranger Fjord, passing Lake Hornindal, Europe’s deepest mountain lake, as well as wonderfully scenic mountain villages and glacial lakes. We travel to Dalsnibba National Park, which is part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage and whose summit is approximately 1,500 meters high. Once we reach the summit, weather permitting, we enjoy the breathtaking scenery. We then climb along the slope of the world-famous Eagle Road and travel toward a completely different landscape, witness the other beauties of Geiranger Fjord, and make a photo stop at the mountain lake on the opposite side of the fjord slope. The tour ends at our ship waiting for us in Geiranger. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 4 – Alesund | Trollstigen Devil’s Road

After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the “Trollstigen Devil’s Road” tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. It is undoubtedly one of the must-see tours in Norway, along with Flam and Geiranger / Hellesylt. Alesund is an attractive city built on three islands, with a population of approximately 40,000 and the Sunnmøre mountains in the background. The city’s main source of livelihood is fishing. During our tour, we will see charming suburban houses and well-maintained gardens along the “Borgundfjord.” We will then follow the Storfjord (Great Fjord) and see the town of “Sjøholt.” From here, depending on the fjord, we will head south toward Stordal Bay. The town of “Stordal” is famous for furniture production. Afterwards, we will reach the Valldal Valley, renowned for its strawberry production. Heading up the valley, we will reach Trollstigen, 850 meters above sea level. Following the Troll Road, opened in 1939, we will head toward the lower part of the valley and stop for photographs at Stigfossen Waterfall. Afterwards, we will reach Upper Trollveggen and admire the famous 1,000-meter-high rock walls of Europe, the “Troll Wall.” Climbers from all over the world come here to discover different routes to reach the summit. On our return to Alesund, we will see charming small towns famous for woodcarving and rose painting, as well as ship and boat building, along the Romsdalsfjord. We will continue along the fjord, crossing the “Ørskog” mountain plateau, which is also popular among the residents of Alesund, and return to our ship at the port of Alesund. Depending on our schedule, we will have a photo stop at Aksla Hill, where you can photograph all of Alesund from above. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 5 – Flaam | Magnificent Flam Fjord & Gudvangen & Tvinde Waterfall

After breakfast on board, on this tour, where you will feel as though you are traveling through landscape postcards, we will first visit Tvindefossen, one of Norway’s most famous waterfalls, whose name can be translated into Turkish as “twin waterfall.” Our next visits will be Gudvangen, meaning “the meeting place of the gods,” and the Stegastein viewpoint, reached by a scenic route offering magnificent views. During our stop at Grimsetelvi, in another region offering yet another delightful landscape, we will photograph the breathtaking nature before returning to Flam. At the end of the tour, before departing from our final port in Norway, you will have plenty of time to shop at stores offering famous lightweight goose-down Norwegian jackets, fish oils such as Omega-3 and a wide variety of other souvenirs, for which you can also receive a tax refund. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 6 – Cruising at Sea

Day 7 – Kiel | Hamburg City Tour

Our ship docks at the port of Kiel in Germany. Guests who wish may join the Hamburg City Tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. After a 1.5-hour bus journey from Germany’s historic naval base to Hamburg, we arrive in Hamburg, the preferred residential area of the country’s wealthiest and aristocratic population. During our city tour, which was established around the Lower and Upper Alster Lakes, we will walk around the lakes, pass St. Pauli Street with its red-light district, and see St. Michael’s Church and St. Nikolai Church, memorialized as a war monument. We will then enjoy free time around the 115-year-old Rathaus, an architectural masterpiece combining Neo-Renaissance and Baroque styles. Taking photographs with the swans or enjoying some shopping… the choice is yours.

Day 8 – Copenhagen - Istanbul

After completing our disembarkation procedures, we transfer to Copenhagen Airport. Guests who wish may join the Copenhagen city tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide.

The right to cancel unconditionally up to 45 days before the tour departure (the insurance package fee is non-refundable).

The right to change the name once without penalty up to 7 days before departure.

The insurance package can only be added on the day the reservation is confirmed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

From the date of reservation; up to 180 days before departure, a 10% penalty per person / 179–150 days 15% / 149–120 days 25% / 119–90 days 30% / 89–60 days 50% / 59–45 days 60% / 44–30 days 75% / 29–10 days 90% / less than 9 days 100% penalty will be applied.

The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time changes.

The cruise company reserves the right to change service fees and gratuities. Any possible price increase will be reflected in the guests who purchase the tour.

The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, it may change the announced flight route of Nice/Lyon to Marseille, or vice versa.

The documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

During round-trip transfers between airports and ports, and between airports and ports, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agency representative, guide or driver has the right to take custody of luggage, nor can they be held responsible for it.

Two of the evening meals you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there must have at least one suit, while female passengers must have at least one evening dress.

The contents specified in the program itinerary are for illustrative purposes. The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour contents.

During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner are generally predetermined and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise company, while on some cruise companies they will be open seating. On ships where tables are predetermined, everyone will sit at the assigned tables from the first evening meal through the last evening meal, while guests who wish may also dine at other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements by the ship’s authorized personnel.

During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving the cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization of 300 euros will be charged to each credit card. This is for the expenses you will incur on board after checking in and during the voyage. You will be able to make your onboard expenses (for alcoholic drinks, soft drinks or beverages) using the magnetic cards provided to you by the ship’s reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except at the casino. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.

At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.

Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the ship’s first day of departure. This is a situation caused by the crowds and congestion and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack the essential items you will need on the first day of boarding in a small hand bag and carry it with you.

The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.

At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave it in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE KINDLY ASK EACH OF OUR GUESTS TO TAKE THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.

It is not possible to travel abroad with passports that are more than 10 years old, even if they are still valid.

Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date the tour ends.

Your passport must not be torn or worn.

For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the relevant tour from that tour’s program.

ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.

We recommend that our guests enable their mobile phones for use abroad.

On ships, Euro or USD currencies are generally used depending on the region in which the ship sails. On the first day on board, you can pay a deposit to your room account in cash or by credit card using the machines available on the ship.

The minimum participation number for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). If a majority is not reached, the operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance. It may offer the guest an alternative program.

Cancellation conditions are stated separately for each program in the content of the relevant program.

During the tour, the ship’s captain has the right to disembark guests who physically assault or insult ship employees. In such a case, no refund will be made to the passenger.
