Important Notes
• The duration of the tour is 3 Nights 4 Days, including the departure and return days, with 2 nights of hotel accommodation. The journey lasts 2 nights.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Discounts for children applied in tour packages are only valid for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are Dgn Travel's preferred accommodation facilities. Changes may be made to the region and hotels based on occupancy, provided that hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours prior to departure if requested, subject to availability.
• The rooms in the selected hotels are determined by the hotel. Selection between rooms is not permitted.
• Our rest stops can be changed regarding location and service standards due to reasons beyond our control such as heavy traffic or renovations.
• In the tour program, the tour guide may make changes in the itinerary (in the order of visited points or between days) as deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, and the density of visitors at the sites.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that may not be visited as indicated in the tour program due to unavoidable reasons (weather, road conditions, visitor density, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by the guide during the tour. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim.
• In our air and bus tours, guests coming from other provinces can join the tour collectively from the airport. In such cases, there may be waiting times at the airport due to flight times.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package increases and the date approaches, tour prices may also rise incrementally. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be done without prepayment.
• It is not possible to guarantee specific seat numbers during booking. There is no guarantee for notes entered in the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back is not available.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is determined by the Dgn Travel Operation based on the order of reservation. In cases of objections regarding seat arrangements, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles have the same standards.
• Extra tours, such as night tours, included in the tour program will occur depending on the number of participants and the available personnel. Extra tours planned along the route will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour accepting to wait in designated rest areas.
• In case an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any right to claim. Dgn Travel has no liability in this situation.
• Extra tour prices may vary depending on the periods. In these cases, the date of the tour is considered over the date of purchase. The extra tour price valid for the period in which the tour is held will apply. The guest accepts this upon purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may occur caused by the guest in all services provided by the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand compensation for damages caused by guests.
• In cases where minors under 18 years of age, who are not considered adults, participate, it is mandatory to keep a consent form from one or both parents during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour must keep medical reports related to existing health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they are using with them.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the specified times for departure points.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any delays that may arise from unavoidable reasons.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we collected them from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist to the vehicle personnel to be dropped off at a different location.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seatbelts throughout their journey; otherwise, Dgn Travel is not liable in such cases.
• All personal belongings in the vehicle are the guest's responsibility during rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day's tour will start before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to bring separately.
• Due to the busy nature of the program, finding ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., may not always be possible, so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered during the conducted programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches are prepared with local, economic menus. Groups will use divided tables for lunch and dinner depending on regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to the regional density. Guests may contact us two days prior to the start of the tour to learn about the finalized starting and ending routes.
• In cases where the agency does not reach the sufficient number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed, and according to the guest's preference, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, booking can be made for the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obligated to notify the guest three (3) days in advance by phone, SMS, or email. In this situation, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• If the guest cancels or changes their request at least 30 days before the service start date, the amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a deduction of 30% of the reservation amount; cancellations and changes made 15 to 7 days in advance will incur a deduction of 50% of the reservation amount; cancellations and changes made within 7 days will incur a deduction of 100% of the reservation amount.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without providing a reason up to 72 hours prior to the tour start date. Upon cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees to museums and cultural sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel the purchased package tour without any reason up to 72 hours prior to the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover transportation by air for tours with flights. For this tour, the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package is 100 TL.
COMPULSORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
The 1618 No. Compulsory Travel Insurance covers the insolvency of the agency or any reason preventing the provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It does not cover health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance expenses are the responsibility of the guest.

Day 2
- Silifke - Kız Kalesi – Kanytelis Ancient City – Heaven and Hell Caves – Silifke Asthma Cave – Göksu - Mersin
- After our night journey, we start the day with a breakfast break for the Mersin Tarsus Hatay Tour with Dgn Travel. After breakfast, we head towards Silifke. Following the Flamingo Road, we listen to the story of Kız Kalesi and take photos. Accompanied by our guide, we visit the ancient city of Kanytelis (Kanlıdivane), an important ancient city of Cilicia in Mersin Erdemli, which has a sinkhole with a diameter of 100 meters in the middle. Then we see the Heaven and Hell caves. After seeing and photographing these natural wonders, we give free time for lunch.
- We visit the Silifke Asthma Cave, which is recognized for its stalactites and stalagmites and is also used for asthma treatment. After our free time, we receive information about Silifke Göksu Delta and then begin our return journey to Mersin. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.

Day 3
- Tarsus – Ashab-ı Kehf (Seven Sleepers) Cave – Tarsus Waterfall – Tarsus Houses – Prophet Daniel's Tomb – St. Paul’s Well – Forty Spoons Bazaar – Nusrat Mine Ship – İskenderun
- On the 3rd day of the Mersin Tarsus Hatay Tour with Dgn Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we board our bus and start our journey to Tarsus. In Tarsus, we first visit the Seven Sleepers Cave, which has great significance in Islam and Christianity.
- We visit the cave where seven people, believed to have slept for three centuries to escape the persecution of idolaters, went to hide with their dog, as mentioned in the Quran, Surah Al-Kahf. After that, we visit the Tarsus Waterfall, which is created by the high flow of the Berdan (Kydnos) River. After completing our therapy with the sound of the waterfall, we move to our bus.
- We see the Cleopatra Gate, which is the only surviving entrance gate of Tarsus that is surrounded by strong walls from the Roman period. Then we visit the tomb and mosque of Prophet Daniel, who delivered the Jews from Babylonian captivity. Afterward, we explore the famous Forty Spoons Bazaar, previously known as Beyaz Çarşı, and have free time for shopping. Then we visit St. Paul's Well, which is recognized as a pilgrimage site for Christianity. After receiving information about the parts that have survived from the house declared as a pilgrimage center, we take a walk among the old streets and houses of Tarsus. After some free time for tasting and shopping local products, we go to a famous place for tantuni for lunch.
- After lunch, we move on to the Nusrat Mine ship, which changed the course of the Gallipoli naval battles.
- The Nusrat Ship, which earned the title of "the world's most famous mine ship" on March 18, 1915 due to its significant impact on the course of the war, was sold to a private company in 1962 and sank off Mersin in 1990. It was rescued in 1999 and brought to Tarsus in three pieces before opening for visitation in 2003. After exploring the Nusrat Mine ship museum, we take our bus to our hotel in İskenderun.

Day 4
- Belen Pass – Amik Plain – Hatay - Titus Tunnel – Beşikli Cave - Harbiye Waterfalls – St. Pierre Church – Adana - Istanbul
- On the 4th day of the Mersin Tarsus Hatay Tour with Dgn Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we board our bus and head towards Antakya, passing through Belen Pass and seeing Amik Plain. We receive information about Amik Plain, known as the site of the "Last Battle" mentioned in the Old and New Testaments as the place where the apocalyptic war will take place. After passing through the Samandağ district of Hatay, we arrive at the Titus Tunnel on the Mediterranean coast, constructed by Roman Emperor Vespasian to redirect water during sudden floods, and was completed during the reign of his son Titus. We listen to the enchanting story of this entirely man-made tunnel and travel back 2000 years. Near the Titus Tunnel, we visit the Beşikli Cave, also known as a necropolis area where 12 rock-cut graves are found. Then we head to the Harbiye Waterfalls, known as the waterfall area of Hatay. The waters that rise from the valley create cascades and reach the Asi River. The Harbiye Waterfalls have been an important resort since ancient times. After giving free time here, we will have our lunch to taste the famous Hatay dishes. After lunch, we will visit the St. Pierre Church, known as the first cave church in history. After receiving information about this structure where the term "Christian" was first used and seeing the relief of Kharon, the Ferryman of Hell from Greek mythology, we say goodbye to Antakya. We stop in Adana, famous for its cuisine, for dinner. After unforgettable meals, we begin our return journey to Istanbul. We complete the Mersin Tarsus Hatay Tour with Dgn Travel and bid farewell, leaving our valued guests at the points we picked them up from, hoping to meet again in another Dgn Travel organization.
