1-For tours to be conducted in Turkish, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours can be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-They can be conducted in English or Turkish for a price difference (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without any deduction. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-Once the guest purchases a tour, necessary reservations are made and payment is made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the tour they have purchased;
A-If they or anyone in the same room has a health issue confirmed by a doctor’s report, the paid tour amount will be refunded without any deduction. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-If cancellations are made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
D-Guests who are not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by arriving at another location on their own. If they do not prefer this or if the nature of the tour makes this impossible, there will be no refund.
E-Since some tours also collect guests from different hotels, if any delays occur due to this reason, the guest can contact our authorized personnel to learn the vehicle's arrival time. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, these cannot be considered as reasons for tour cancellation and if cancellation is requested, there will be no refund.
F-Our authorized personnel will provide necessary information for the movement times during free time and stops during the tour. If the guest is late, the journey will not be affected. It is at the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable time if the tour flow is not affected or to proceed without waiting. Otherwise, the guest may continue to the next point with their own means or return to the hotel. In this case, there will be no refund.

6-The responsibility for appropriate dress in places of religious significance rests with our guests. Our company accepts no responsibility for guests who are not allowed entry due to clothing issues.

8-Food allergies or other allergies, special dietary issues for health reasons must be reported to our guide. Please understand that we may not always be able to meet these specialized needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-It is highly recommended that you do not drink tap water or any other beverages while in Egypt and refrain from eating fruits and vegetables unless you are sure they are properly washed and peeled; avoid consuming unwrapped foods for sale in the open. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in getting the necessary medical intervention. However, any related costs will be your responsibility.
