1- Your tour may take place on different flights of Pegasus Airlines on some dates. In this case, our company will contact you to request your confirmation, and your ticket will be booked afterwards.
2- You need to confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by ourselves.
3- Extra tour prices are valid as of the publication date and may reflect cost changes due to supplier price increases, currency fluctuations, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc. In such cases, the new prices will be valid as stated in the final program sent to you at least 48 hours before the tour departure date.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;

SEASCOPE/SUBMARINE DIFFERENCE
We provide a standard glass-bottom boat tour to observe underwater life in the Red Sea as part of your tour package. However, in recent years, the trend in Egypt has been the SeaScope boats, which are semi-submarines that are much larger and modern, and their underwater sections are made of glass, allowing for a much more beautiful underwater experience for their guests.

After our breakfast, we will leave the hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we enter the facility located in the lagoons. If you want to break the monotony of life with adventurous moments, we recommend that you join our exciting tour combining the Dahab Blue Lagoon trip with ATV, Jeep, snorkeling, camel rides, and a grand lunch by the sea. First, we will visit Dahab center to explore the most charming town along the Red Sea. Next, we will have our lunch at a delightful restaurant by the sea. Then, we will provide free time for snorkeling in the 3 Pools area. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price.) During this time, you will also experience a camel ride along the beach. The Sinai Desert and Mountain range offer breathtaking views. During our ATV tour, we will also visit a Bedouin camp to learn about desert life. (Transfers, helmets, Bedouin tea included, other beverages and scarves are not included) As long as there are enough participants, our Turkish guide will accompany you, and the transfer vehicle will only accommodate our guests.

Day Trip Lunch Included to Cairo Tour (Price varies according to the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we pick up our breakfast boxes from the hotel and set off for Cairo after midnight. Upon arrival, our first stop is the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, which is one of the most sought-after places as the only surviving piece from the Seven Wonders of the World. During our tour, we will see the largest pyramid of the Giza Plateau, the Pyramid of Khufu, the Panorama Hill that overlooks the entire plateau, as well as the pyramids of Kefren, Mykerinos and the tombs of other nobles. Next, we will see the Kefren Valley Temple, which is the most crucial part of the Kefren burial complex where mummification occurred, and the Sphinx. Afterwards, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. During our trip, we will also visit the Papyrus Workshop and the Natural Perfume Factory.In November 2025, opening with splendor, the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), which holds the title of the largest museum dedicated to a single civilization in the world, will be an attraction for travelers and culture/history lovers from all over the world. This important museum, which has been receiving significant interest since its opening, accepts a limited number of visitors each day. You will be able to visit the Valley of the Pyramids included in your package free of charge, but we recommend purchasing this essential museum tour in advance to guarantee your entrance. After our museum visit, we will head to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in Africa. The bazaar is located in the heart of Islamic Cairo, called "Beyn-el Kasreyn" (meaning "Between the Two Palaces"), founded by Muiz el din-Allah, one of the founders of Cairo alongside Amr Ibn el As. The Al-Azhar Mosque, which carries the name of the oldest second madrasa in the world, and the beautifully restored Hussein Mosque, one of the most beautiful mosques in Cairo, are located here. During the bazaar visit, you can visit Hussein Mosque, do your souvenir shopping in one of the over five thousand shops and alleys, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at a cafe named after the Nobel Prize-winning world-renowned author Naguib Mahfouz or a favorite spot of Mehmet Akif Ersoy: Fishawi. We will return to Sharm by bus. Since our return will be late, your dinner will be prepared for you in cold trays in your rooms. This may not be necessary depending on the flight tour.
Note: A visa is required for this tour. You can get a visa upon arrival at the airport in Sharm. (25 USD) Visa is not required for Green Passport holders. A minimum number of participants is required; you can get more information from your guide. If you wish, you can also do this tour by plane with round-trip flights at the same price, but in this case the flight ticket is not included in the tour price. You can purchase your ticket yourself or ask for assistance from our representative.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- To conduct the tours with a Turkish Guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B-For a price difference, tours can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will be refunded the amount paid for that tour without deduction.
2-Once the guest purchases the tour, the necessary bookings and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If the guest and/or the person they are staying with has a health issue that is approved by a doctor's report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, no refunds will be made.
D- Guests not present at the specified meeting point at the indicated time can choose to reach the tour at another location on their own. If they do not choose this option or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refunds will be made.
E-Since some tours also take guests from different hotels, guests can contact our authorized personnel to learn about the time the vehicle will reach them in case of delays. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, they cannot be considered valid reasons for cancellation, and if a cancellation is requested, no refunds will be made.
F-During the free time and breaks given during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide necessary information about the departure times. In case of the guest being late, depending on whether the flow of the tour is affected, they may wait for a reasonable time, or continue the tour at the discretion of the personnel. In cases where the tour flow is affected, the guest can either reach the next point on their own or return to their hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, places, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our years of experience in Egypt, and all are documented by the International Tourism Standards and Egyptian Authorities. In the event of incomplete and/or defective service during our tours and activities; since your process in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company and can be resolved with immediate interventions, and/or due to the problem, partial or full refunds will be issued.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest mistakes, technical malfunctions leading to delays, etc.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn about the conditions of the tour and to make your decision accordingly.
5-Watersports, boat trips, ATV/ Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and such activities carry certain risks of accidents that can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative situations that may occur. When you participate in these types of tours and activities, ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please ask our authorized staff for information. If you are still unsure, do not complete your purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please adhere strictly to the warnings of our authorized personnel, follow the safety equipment provided, and comply with the specified precautions. Otherwise, you are putting not only yourself but also other participants at risk.
6-It is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing in places of religious significance. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothes. The responsibility for bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, or shawls, and borrowing and returning towels from the hotel rests completely with our guests.
8- Food allergies or other allergies, along with health-related special dietary requirements, must be reported to our guide. You must understand that we may not always be able to meet these special needs; we can only promise to do our best.
9- We strongly recommend that you do not consume open water or other drinks, eat fruits/vegetables unless you are certain they are washed and peeled, and consume unpackaged foods sold openly. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms like fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, related expenses will be your responsibility.
