GUEST INFORMATION ON EXTRA TOURS:
1-For the tours to be conducted in Turkish, it is necessary to reach the minimum number of participants. If this number is not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B-The tour can be conducted in either English or Turkish for a price difference (with the guest's approval)
C-If none of the above options are accepted, the tour will be canceled and the guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that tour. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-Once the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the tour they have purchased;
A-If a health problem approved by a doctor occurs for the guest and/or the person they are sharing a room with, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-Guests who do not show up at the specified meeting point at the specified time may choose to get to the tour at another point on their own. If they do not do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refunds will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if delays occur, guests should contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour and cannot be used as a reason for tour cancellation, and refunds will not be made if cancellation is requested.
F-Our authorized personnel provide necessary information for the movement times during free time and breaks during the tour. In case of the guest's delay, if it does not affect the tour flow, the staff has the right to wait for a reasonable time or continue. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour or return to the hotel using their own means. In that case, no refund will be provided.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE:  The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours adhere to an optimum price/quality balance and are based on our years of experience in Egypt, all of which comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In the event of deficient or flawed services in our tours and activities, the process you spend in Egypt will be continuously monitored by our company, and any issues will be addressed promptly, with partial or full refunds available depending on the problem. Discounts on discounted packages will be deducted from the price to determine the net amount refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control that may arise due to Egypt's local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, bad weather, guest error, technical delays, etc.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour conditions before deciding to participate.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and other similar activities come with certain accident risks that can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse developments. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please obtain information from our authorized personnel. If you are still uncertain, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to adhere strictly to the instructions and safety measures provided by our authorized staff and to wear the safety equipment provided where necessary. Otherwise, you may be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing in religiously significant places rests with our guests. Our company holds no responsibility for guests who are not allowed entry due to their clothing.
7-Some tours and activities may require specific belongings/clothing. It is the guests' responsibility to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, and sunblock, as well as to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
8-You must inform our guide of any food allergies or other allergies, such as special dietary needs due to health reasons. Please be aware that we may not always be able to meet such specific needs, but we will always do our best.
9-Throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, we especially advise you not to consume open water or other beverages, not to eat any fruits/vegetables unless you are certain they have been washed and peeled, and not to consume any unpackaged foods sold openly in the market. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in receiving the necessary medical attention; however, the costs incurred will be your responsibility.
10-As with any prudent individual, we highly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international trips.
