1-Tours conducted in Turkish require a minimum number of participants to occur. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with guest approval)
B- Embark on the journey in English or Turkish at a price difference (with guest approval)
C- If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the guest will receive a full refund for that tour. If the discount amount of discounted packages is greater than the amount to be refunded, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-At the moment the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If a health problem confirmed by a doctor arises for the guest and/or anyone in the same room, the amount paid will be refunded in full. If the discount amount of discounted packages is greater than the amount to be refunded, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will receive 50% of the amount paid. If the discount amount of discounted packages is greater than the amount to be refunded, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure will not receive any refunds.
D- Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time can catch up with the tour by making their own way to another location. If they choose not to, or if it's not possible due to the tour content, no refunds will be provided.
E-Since some tours also receive guests from different hotels, there may be delays. In such cases, guests will be informed about the arrival time by our authorized personnel. Delays caused by this type of scenario do not affect the tour content or duration, and hence cannot be used as a reason for cancellation, and refunds will not be provided if cancellation is requested.
F-Our authorized personnel will provide necessary instructions regarding free timings and break locations during the tour. If the guest is late and this does not affect the flow of the tour, a reasonable wait may be established or the tour may continue at the discretion of our personnel. Otherwise, if the guest chooses to do otherwise and requires to continue on their own, they will have no right to a refund.

9-We strongly advise you against consuming open water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged foods sold in the open air throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions of Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur.
