• The duration of the tour is 2 Nights 3 Days including the day of motion and return, and it includes 2 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling. • In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding tours are packaged and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, surrounding tours, etc. cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. In hotels, children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed during accommodation. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally accommodates in an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities of DGN Travel. The region and hotels may change based on availability, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. The names of the hotels will be communicated 48 hours before the tour departure upon request, subject to availability. • The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not permitted. • Our break locations may change for reasons such as density, renovations, etc., while keeping the location and service standards the same. • In the program timing (order of places to visit during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at visit sites, etc. • DGN Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited during the tour for reasons beyond control (weather, road, crowding at visit sites, etc.) or if guests do not follow the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim. • A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and as the date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. DGN Travel reserves the right to raise prices. In this case, price locking cannot be done without an advance payment. • A seat number cannot be guaranteed during the reservation process. There is no guarantee of notes entered during the reservation. Special seat selections, such as front or back, cannot be made. • The seat arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged by the DGN Travel Operation based on the order of reservation. In case of objections regarding seat placement, a refund is not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, are subject to the number of participants and the conditions of available personnel. Extra tours to be conducted along the way will be carried out even without the participation of all guests. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the break spot. • In the event that an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have the right to claim. DGN Travel is not responsible in this case. • Extra tour prices may vary by period. In such cases, the date on which the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the date on which the tour takes place is taken into account. The extra tour price valid in the period of the tour applies. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour. • DGN Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may occur due to the guest in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim for any material damages incurred by the guest. • In cases where a child under 18 years old, who is not considered to be of legal age, is not accompanied by one or both parents, a consent form is required to be carried during the trip. • Guests participating in the tour should carry reports related to their health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use continuously. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the designated departure times. • Information related to the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate and DGN Travel is not responsible for delays that may develop due to force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we have picked them up from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location to the vehicle staff. • According to traffic law, all our guests are required to wear seat belts during their trip, and DGN Travel is not responsible for any situation otherwise. • Responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle rests with the guest at break locations, etc. • As the first day's trip will begin before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to bring separately. • Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is beneficial to be prepared. • Long journeys may be undertaken during the programs to be carried out. The necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle. • Lunch menus have been prepared economically based on local specialties. For lunch and dinner, tables are used that are divided into groups based on regional density. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed starting and ending points of the tour up to 2 days before it begins by contacting us. • If the agency determines that the tour does not reach the required number of participants, the guest will be informed, and based on the guest's preference, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, tickets may be arranged for the nearest departure point to ensure the guest can participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest via phone call, SMS, or email three (3) days in advance. The guest does not have the right to claim in this situation. • Guests may cancel and change services without specifying any reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service, and the amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a deduction of 30% of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made between 15 to 7 days will incur a deduction of 50% of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before will incur a deduction of 100% of the reservation fee. • Guests who have purchased a Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel their purchased package tour without specifying a reason until 72 hours before the tour start date. The Cancellation Refund and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets. • Museum Cards and entrance fees for museum sites are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
