1. DAY ISTANBUL – PARIS – LOS ANGELES We meet in front of the AirFrance / KLM Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours prior to departure. After baggage and ticket processes, we will fly with the scheduled AirFrance flight to Paris. Upon arrival, we switch to our connecting flight to Los Angeles. After arriving, we will transfer to our hotel with our private bus. After check-in, free time. Overnight at the hotel. 2. DAY LOS ANGELES After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join our optional Los Angeles Combines Tour (per person 90 USD). During this tour, we will go up to Hollywood Hills to take photos at the best spot to see the Hollywood sign. Then we will visit Beverly Hills, one of Los Angeles' most upscale neighborhoods. We will explore Rodeo Drive, famous for luxury brands. After free time here, we will head to Santa Monica Beach, the most famous beach in Los Angeles, and visit the iconic pier. After leisure time for entertainment and shopping, we will move to Venice Canal District, a small canal area reminiscent of Venice. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 3. DAY LOS ANGELES After breakfast, free time. Guests who want can join our optional San Diego Tour (per person 85 USD). Our first stop will be La Jolla, known for its sea lion beach and beautiful coasts, where you will see the harmony of nature and luxury homes. Then, we head to Old Town, the birthplace of California, where you will feel like you are in Mexico. Next, we will visit Sea Port Village, the USS Midway aircraft carrier, the iconic Unconditional Surrender Statue from World War II, Coronado Island with its historic Hotel del Coronado (featured in the film "Some Like It Hot"), and the U.S. Navy base. After the tour, return to the hotel for overnight stay. 4. DAY LOS ANGELES After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join our optional California Coastal Cities & Outlet Tour (per person 100 USD). This includes visiting Long Beach, home to the second busiest port in America, along with the famous Queen Mary ship and the Formula 1 race track (Grand Prix of Long Beach). We will also visit Newport Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, and Balboa Island accessible by small boat. Following this, shopping will be at Citadel Outlet. After free shopping time, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 5. DAY LOS ANGELES After breakfast, free time. Those interested can join an optional Universal Studios tour (per person 250 USD), offering the chance to visit film sets, enjoy thrilling rides, and experience one of the world’s largest theme parks. We will see where famous movies are made and learn why Universal Studios is the world’s number one film studio and amusement park. The tour features over 40 shows, film sets, and attractions, offering immersive experiences inside cinematic worlds. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay. 6. DAY LOS ANGELES – PARIS After breakfast, transfer to the airport. After baggage and ticket formalities, fly with Air France to Paris. 7. DAY PARIS – ISTANBUL Arrive in Paris, then transfer to connect to our flight to Istanbul and depart. 8. DAY ISTANBUL Arrive in Istanbul and the tour concludes.

Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation notice is conveyed to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee is refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if a domestic connecting flight was purchased from Wtatil, it will also be refunded, visa services, travel health insurance, if a visa application was made on behalf of the guest, these services are considered used and cannot be refunded. If no visa application was made, the visa and travel health insurance are canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest obtained the domestic connecting flight from a provider other than Wtatil, and the tour is canceled by Wtatil, no refund can be claimed from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance the possible material and spiritual losses resulting from the cancellation of the tour; Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil reserves the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the tour will be provided on an individual basis for the guest, and the guided services included in the package will only cover round-trip outbound and inbound transfers. Cancellation and Changes 4- Guests may cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the departure date. Payments made to the airline, which are confirmed or paid by Wtatil, are exempt from cancellation penalties. If cancellation occurs within 31 days of departure, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee applies if less than 15 days are remaining before departure; if 15 days or less remain, full payment of the tour fee as penalty applies. For cancellations, the conditions for refund of additional services like domestic flights, visa services, travel insurance may vary depending on the timing of the request. Wtatil cannot guarantee refunds for additional services. Guided Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of tours indicated in the program may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums, historical sites, and weather conditions. During the tours, different guides may accompany guests. 6- Panorama city tours included in the package are designed to introduce the city overall, lasting 2-3 hours, including inside vehicle commentary, excluding entrance fees for museums and historical sites. These tours may be adjusted or not conducted due to restrictions by local authorities, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Some tours may be conducted on foot or via public transport if roads are closed or access is restricted. 7- Our guide may alter the content and schedule of city tours and additional excursions based on participant numbers and site closures. This also applies to changes caused by flight schedule alterations. 8- For tours on Speedboats: avoid eating heavy meals immediately before boarding and drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, or pregnant guests, should inform guides. 9- The services included in the prices are subject to participation; if guests do not participate in the specified tours or meals, refunds are not provided. Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline; in case of disputes, applicable Turkish laws, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will be enforced. 11- Schedule changes, delays, or modifications to flight times may occur for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is responsible for informing guests as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of schedule changes or cancellations upon purchasing the tour. 12- Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax. 13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures are personal; guests must complete these online or at the airport before the flight. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the airport PA system and displayed on information screens. Guests are responsible for following these updates. 16- Guests must be at the specified airport on time for check-in and boarding. Those who miss their flights for any reason are responsible for any extra costs incurred to rejoin the tour, including new tickets and transfers. 17- The maximum luggage weight for flights from Turkey is generally 20 kg, which may vary by airline and destination. Domestic flights within the destination country may have a 15 kg limit. Excess baggage fees are determined by the airline, not Wtatil. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets (business or first class) can do so after ticket issuance, depending on airline availability. No upgrade guarantee is provided; check if the program tickets are eligible. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for in-flight meal services and online check-in options. Other Matters 20- Wtatil is not responsible for changes or cancellations made directly with hotels. In such cases, hotel cancellation policies apply. 21- If the program indicates only hotel category without specific names or provides options for the same destination, guests will be notified 48 hours before departure. 22- During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, sports tournaments, or special events, hotels may be located further from the specified locations. Guests will be informed at least 15 days prior. 23- During booking, guests are required to provide accurate passport information, including name, date of birth, passport number, which are used for ticketing. Incorrect information may result in penalties or ticket cancellations at the guest’s expense. 24- Before international travel, guests should verify that their phones are unlocked for international use with their service provider. 25- Hotel check-in time is 15:00, check-out time is 12:00. 26- Wtatil will communicate guest requests regarding room preferences (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed types) to the hotel, but preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 27- Breakfast in hotels generally consists of basic items like bread, butter, jam, tea, and coffee, often served in a designated lounge. 28- In some cases, double rooms may have a single large bed or two beds that can be joined. 29- The policy regarding children and additional beds varies by hotel and room type. 30- Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request and subject to availability, with hotel approval. 31- Rooms can have only 1 extra bed or crib. 32- Triple rooms typically include 1 large bed and 1 small bed (or fold-out couch). Guests accept that third beds in such rooms may be smaller and may involve some congestion. 33- Incorrectly stated number of adults and children or ages at booking can lead to extra charges at the hotel’s discretion. The responsibility lies with the guest. Hotels may request age verification documents. 34- In bookings with 2 adults + 1 child, the child may not have an extra bed; child discounts only apply when sharing with 2 adults and are valid only for children within the specified age group. 35- Currency fluctuations during the day can affect prices; prices are valid at the time of payment. Extra services (minibar, iron) booked locally are charged directly by the hotel. 36- City, tourism, and local taxes may vary by country or city; these are collected by the hotel at entry or exit. 37- Distances listed in the program are based on maps; actual travel times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions. 38- Wtatil may alter the order of city visits or transportation modes in case of necessity without changing the program content. 39- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings; Wtatil is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. 40- Guests should carry their travel health insurance, medications, and relevant reports during travel. 41- Additional expenses such as deposits or fees may be required by the hotel at check-in or check-out, which are settled directly with the hotel. Visa and Passport 42- No visa is required for Turkish citizens. 43- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date. 44- Passports should have at least 2 blank pages for entry/exit stamps at border crossings. 45- Visa exemption does not guarantee entry; border authorities may deny entry or exit. Wtatil is not responsible, and the guest bears all risks. 46- Non-Turkish or dual citizens using a different passport should verify visa requirements with relevant consulates; Wtatil is not responsible for consequences of non-compliance. 47- Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or otherwise compromised must be renewed to avoid problems at border crossings; responsibility lies with the guest. 48- Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by border authorities for a notarized consent letter; minors and parents should be aware of this requirement.
